I toured Orchard Park and was very pleased with our visit. Everyone was super friendly and every resident we spoke to mentioned how happy they were to be there. It was good to see everyone smiling and to know that they actually enjoyed it.[Name Removed] was so sweet, and helped to answer all of our questions and was knowledgeable about the community. We really liked this one.

The staff there are warm and friendly and very welcoming and accommodating. They encourage interacting with each other so during lunch and dinner, my mom has lunch with "the girls." There's a reason for her to get up, get dressed and have meals served to her in a restaurant-like setting. And the food is really good. She never has to cook if she doesn’t want to. There's someone that cleans her apartment once a week and will even do linens as part of the service. And when she's not feeling well, they will deliver her meal for a very small fee. The grounds are well maintained, she feels safe, and I am properly informed of any issues if they occur. They also take field trips to different locations. They have many elderly people in their 90s and I think a few topping 100 yrs old. I call it the "Blue Zone" of Coral Springs. Also, I appreciate the fact that everything is all included as part of the rent, including electric, water, garbage, and basic cable. It's not cheap, but the benefits are great and worth the money.

Let's just say 5 across the board. The care staff does their job very well. They seem much more experienced than staff I've seen at other facilities. Yes, we would recommend Cedar Crest to other families based on the experience so far.

The entire facility and rooms were very clean. The staff was always attentive to all needs and truly cared for the residents whether they were independent or in need of more advanced care. It was always nice to visit to see the happy faces on the residents and staff especially during the many activities that are offered.

I’m very impressed with how open and airy the building was. The apartments are very roomy. Everyone was very friendly.

1. My overall experience to date has been great & I remain very comfortable at the Reserve after 9 months of being a resident. 2. The upkeep is quite good & the staff is diligent about keeping the property clean. 3.,Both the staff & residents are most friendly & welcoming. There's always someone to chat with . There's a morning coffee get together every day where one can always meet people. 4. Because the reserve is a senior independent facility residents are basically on their own. If an emergency arises however help is always there & prompt. 5. The administrative staff are friendly & always available if necessary. 6. When food is served at various functions it is usually casual fare but there are pizza nights & movie nights with popcorn & hot dogs. As an independent facility meals are the responsibility of the residents. 7. There are daily activities from breakfast club to exercise with an instructor to games to prayer groups to movies to guest entertainment 8. Although a bit expensive I feel I am generally getting my Monies worth. However I must make note of the fact that a new management company has just taken over the Reserve & it remains to be seen as to whether they will continue the policies of the prior management.

The staff was very attentive, kind, and helpful. This includes all ancillary staff as well.

Looking for my mother and staff was very helpful. Invited my mother to 2 parties they had. I signed her up to be a resident.

Fun,friends,good food,nice living quarters ,all good! Just like being on a cruise ship! Every third floor is an atrium. Bingo hall,card room, gym, ball room, etc! Spectacular views! We wouldn’t want to be anywhere else

Setting up the appointment was easy. We met them in the waiting room. They went over the facility procedures and answered all our questions. Faculty was clean, smelled clean, they have a chapel, physical therapy room, movie room, living spaces for gathering, looked like a nice cafeteria, friendly staff. Overall very nice.

All 5 had my mom there 8 months it was excellent staff is the best tell everyone its great. Tell everyone you can't go wrong

Outgoing friendliness if the staff. The outing opportunities they have for the residents as another option to get out and about.

I really enjoy living here at Oak Hill Terrace! The food is good, I enjoy all the meals! The staff and caregivers are so kind and friendly. I also enjoy all the activities and games that are offered, especially the entertainment that we get to enjoy. I’ve made friends playing sheep‘s head in our specialty cards group. I am very happy to call Oak Hill Terrace my home!

They were so helpful and knowledgeable. Made us feel comfortable and they did answer all my questions. I thought the activities were great. The place was clean and seemed like a great place to live.

Friendly people at office and facilities. We visited one of the houses with several people in there and a person caring for them, who was guiding a time for fun and exercise. We liked the gardens, the general atmosphere and concept of home living.

Very nice facility. Very friendly staff. The residences looked like they were having a blast in the memory wing while we walked through. The residence’s room were a nice size and updated.

The staff ask questions and go visit the place before putting you loved one there. Stone creek is wonderful!! The staff are so kind and loving with my dad. They have gone over and beyond to help my dad. I would definitely recommend place.
