Brookstone is an amazing care facility. My husband has been there almost a year. The staff are great, providing excellent care and services. Very professional, loving and caring. I've watched them, first hand, caring for the patients making sure they are safe, clean, happy and meeting their every need. My husband likes this place and has never asked to come home. Although that makes me a little sad, Brookstone is the best place for him. I highly recommend this Memory Care Facility

Myrtle Beach Grove has been wonderful. Was told they treat residents like family and in many ways they do. [name removed] has been very happy there. Thank you so much for helping us to find them during a very difficult time.

I am here 2 months now. I have made lots of friends. There are so many things to do. I am learning to play Rummyque. My apartment is nice. Lots of room for me. I have found the staff to be nice and helpful. Room for improvement in the food area. Other than that, I love living here

Facility was clean, and the residents were friendly and talkative. [name removed] answered all our questions. We were shown a respite room-- nicely furnished and appeared comfortable and had all the safety features that we were looking for. We were favorably impressed with the facility. There were many activities in which he could participate.

[name removed] was delightful and gave us a very thorough tour. The upgrades being done to the facility will improve the overall impression.

Staff was friendly and residents seemed to be well cared for. I enjoyed my tour of the facility and would recommend.

The place is always clean. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The food is fantastic. They have so many activities my sister is always busy. If she doesn't go for lunch they send someone to check to see if she is OK or maybe didn't realize the time. Very satisfied.

It was a great place for mom to rehab. She wasn't ready to give up living in her own home, so chose to go back. She said she would move back there in the future if necessary. She was disappointed in the food as the kitchen was being remodeled during her entire stay.

Good location. Comfortable surroundings. Good looking rooms. The only serious problem is they do not provide vegetarian meals. As my wife and I are longtime vegetarians it would make it difficult for us to survive.

My uncle is taken care of, listened to, and has a great quality of life at The Gardens. He doesn't participate in activities, but I see they have lots of them. All staff have been friendly that I've encountered, and I can tell they care for their residents. The kitchen staff are wonderful as well. The know what he likes, and have always been friendly and attentive.

Top notch for food. Lots of options and the food staff care. -Physical facilities is about as good as you can get. -The aids we so kind and spent a lot of time just talking with her and would just listen. -When mom transitioned over to hospice, so many of the staff would still come in and hug her. -In her last few days a large amount of staff would come in and say bye. Many moved to tears. Magnolia offers a top tier place.

This is our 3rd place since the beginning of May with 6 falls and 9 days in the hospital under our belt. We need a place that can meet all our needs. So North Oaks seems to be the answer with trained staff that understands the dementia mind. My family hopes this is grandma’s forever home.

[name removed] liked the place as soon as she visited [name removed] was very accommodating to [name removed]. She wanted to show the facility to her boyfriend, that was not a problem. [name removed] had a few meals there before moving in and enjoyed them. all communication was on phone and on line. I thank you for directing us to the Terraces at Lakewood. We even received a referral go who move the furniture from [name removed].

Staff & administration are both focused on the individuals under their care. Since [Name Removed] wasn't there for even a month, I have no more experience to share.

Beautiful facility! Loved the "look" of the decor, employees were outstanding. I would want a 2 bedroom, as the one bedroom was too small for me, however I must be put on a waiting list as there weren't any available at the present time. I was offered lunch - which was lovely. Many activities and in the area I like (I presently live in Deer Creek - Verona area, so the surroundings are perfect.) The "concierge" on duty was lovely, helpful and gave me a thorough "tour".

I really like the place. It's an adjustment for my parents but the staff have been wonderful. They call me and keep me informed. They are also really responsive when I call. Nurses on staff and a doctor on site once a week that we started using for them. The relief our family feels having them there. It's taken so much stress off of me not worrying to remind them to take their meds and to eat and knowing they have help there 24 hrs a day. Also they have 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms so my parents are able to stay together or this move would not have happened.

The administrators took their time explaining everything, showing us the place and answering any questions that we had. They showed concern for my mom and she wasn’t even there yet. Walking around the facility I just felt like it was home from my mom.

We're extremely happy with the care our parents receive. Mom arrived needing help with all daily activities but thanks to consistent medication reminders and attentive staff support she's rehabbing and now manages most tasks on her own. Both Mom and Dad have made friends and enjoy a strong support network. Dining is a highlight - great food, friendly company and excellent service.

I liked the people and efficiency of them. They were and are helpful, honest and professional.

[name removed] is awesome and has been a great resource. I also like that they always have the front desk staffed.
