My husband and I were very impress with the facility, and are interested in making it our future home. We have a second appointment to view the facility with our sons on the [date removed].

Placement went well. I would highly recommend Stratford Court. Staff is caring, compassionate & very accommodating. Staff is caring & attentive, also kind & compassionate. The facility is spotless with lots of activities for residents. The monthly fee includes transportation to appointments within 10 miles & laundry. The Director & staff are responsible &accessible to residents and visitors. I would definitely recommend this community to others. I looked at several communities in the area and this was, by far, the best one.

They were very quick to respond and locate the best place for my mom. Everyone was very friendly and took a stressful situation and made it easy. The location that my mom is in is a wonderful facility. It's very clean. The staff is helpful. The food is awesome and they allow her puppy to be with her, which is wonderful. I couldn't be more happy. Thank you. I would highly recommend the facility to friends and family and others.

The apartment size is great. Staff is lovely and know our names. Reception is in the center and see everyone going to and from which is very helpful. Residents are all happy and friendly. We are very happy with our choice of The Gardens.

The Estates at Knightsbridge was clean and modern. Hallways were quiet and calm. The person giving the tour was very knowledgeable and helpful even with questions unrelated to the specific property. They are definitely on our short list of options.

My dad lived at Coral Oaks for 8 years. He was so thankful we found this community for him. Prior to move, he was home alone watching TV and not eating healthy foods. Dad loved the meals, happy hour twice a week and having family over for parties. The staff is incredible and it was a family atmosphere. Highly recommend this place!

I enjoyed visiting this facility- everyone was very friendly and it was the most residents I’ve see n enjoying activities, everything was neat and tidy and it appears to be great value for the money.

My sister & I toured Riverside Senior Living looking for a place for our mom & grandma. We found the staff very nice & are hoping to convince our mom (grandma is already on board) that it is time to move to a place that is less work & more fun! We think Riverside would be great!

[name removed], the community resource director, was very informative. She answered all my questions. She provided me with information to take home. She knew everyone's name that we saw while touring the facility. The feeling was very homey.

Friendly, caring, and well informed staff. Very clean surroundings. Residents were very welcoming as well. Services and amenities are exactly what the residents require: Good food, activities and wellness services. The one bedroom apartment was modern and spacious. Hoping my parents will decide to move here one day!

The place overall is decent. The people were friendly and engaging, and the nurse staff was friendly and helpful. They kept the facility pretty clean overall, but I noticed that sometimes when I would come see my mom, her room was a little messy. There would be food particles on the floor, small bits of trash, or half-eaten food containers sitting around. I pretty much cleaned up every time I went there. It wasn't a big deal, but it was noticeable and made it seem like her room was sometimes neglected. There was also an issue with the back screen door that opens to the courtyard. A bad storm came through and blew the door open, and after that it wouldn't fully close or latch. Whenever it rained, water would seep in, and the wind would cause the door to slam around. I let management know, and they said they put in a work order, but it was never fixed. I eventually ended up tying wire from the handle to the striker plate on the threshold just to keep the door from blowing open. The other thing that felt a little shady was the money/billing situation. When I first signed the contract and made the initial payment, the amount was more than the monthly price, which was around $[removed] a month, because of some additional fees. I specifically asked if that was everything and was told yes, and that going forward it would just be the normal $[removed]/month. After I wrote the check, I asked if they had any specials or discounts. The lady helping me called her manager, and they said they could give me the next month's rent at half price. I agreed. When I came in the next month expecting the half-off rate, they said they had forgotten to put it in writing. Then they said they would still honor it, but printed out something saying I hadn't paid another initial fee of $[removed]. They basically said, "We missed this." At that point I just said whatever and paid half of the $[removed]plus the $[removed]. So it really wasn't much of a deal. They weren't unpleasant to deal with, but the whole situation felt a little sketchy. Other than that, I thought the place was decent. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. The main things that stood out to me were that the room sometimes seemed a little neglected, the maintenance issue with the door never got taken care of, and the billing situation felt confusing and somewhat shady.

I have a 1 bedroom. The living room is very large so I divided the room into the dining room and living room. The 3 piece Lazy Boy recliner separates the living room and dining room table The recliner faces the TV and the dining room table makes it into dining room and living room. The dining room is also my computer area and computer desk area. My housekeeper does an excellent job on their weekly schedule. She changes the sheets and vacuums. The daily 2 meals for lunch and dinner are excellent. They also give you choices from a menu that's always available if the specials don't appear to your liking.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at orchard Park. This community is run nicely and have made lots of updates in the last few weeks. We are so glad to have found a place that mom enjoys with things going on and nice staff.

I visited a friend who lived there and her family were all up north. She invited me to have lunch with her. She was happy there and said the people who work there and some residents were her family. They seemed to have fun activities and. Celebrated holidays with together.

We have been so pleased with the care and environment at Coral Oaks. The staff is incredibly friendly, compassionate, and attentive, and it is clear that they genuinely care about the residents. The personalized care and attention each resident receives really stand out. We feel confident knowing that our loved one is well cared for and treated with kindness and respect. The new Executive Director, [name removed] has also gone above and beyond to get to know the residents personally. She is friendly, approachable, and genuinely listens to both residents and their families. Her willingness to take the time to understand each resident and their individual needs really makes a difference. The food is absolutely fabulous, which is such a wonderful bonus! The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the entire community is clean, welcoming, and well cared for. Overall, Coral Oaks provides a warm, comfortable, and caring environment that truly feels like home

I recently visited this facility and loved how nice everyone is and how clean it looked. It’s hard enough moving a loved one out of their home so finding a place that makes you feel comfortable is everything.

Wow, is all i can say. Staff is so friendly. Hello's from the time we stepped in the door and thorough out our entire tour. Very clean, and apartments looked very nice.

It is bright and cheerful. The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and went out of their way to be as helpful as possible.

The administrator is terrific. She's on top of everything. All the staff is very nice. Their menu is diverse. If you don't like the main entrée, there's always an alternative. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for themselves or a loved one. I'm very pleased. I chose this place. In fact, I think it chose me. The food is very good. The staff is excellent, friendly and caring. There are a lot of activities and 95% of them I attend. I'm very pleased to be here under the circumstances. Living here has made things much easier for me.
