My apartment is perfect--newly decorated; small but with plenty of closet space and well-designed. I am not an activities person, but I can appreciate their extensive schedule. Food is ok and food service is excellent--the wait people are well-trained, polite and caring people. Housekeeping is excellent--much better than I was accustomed in my previous facility. I general I am very happy with my move and choice of my new facility and would unquestionably make the same decision.

I would give y'all a 5 across the board. You were very helpful, and I am doing great here. Everyone was friendly, responses were quick, they were very nice to my representative (,I was in the hospital), I think I heard from every assisted living that belongs to A Place for mom, I decided on The Gardens and have been very happy here for the past 2+ months

The staff was so kind to my mom, who has dementia. The room was perfect for her and she said she liked the food. I'm so grateful they offer respite care so I can leave town and not worry about my mom. She'll be going there again for respite care.

Some of the things we like the most about the community are that we can share a meal free with our loved one, so many activities and every staff member knew my loved ones name and had a nice little story to share

They are taking extremely good care of my dad. Extremely caring and attentive. I would definitely recommend.

The staff was very informative, knowledgeable and eager to assist. I cannot say enough about the warmth inviting feeling.

It's so clean. Everyone, employees and residents are so very friendly and happy. It's beautiful and the apartments are large, bright and sunny. I would recommend to others.

Place was clean, staff all friendly. I will hopefully be as excited after my wife is admitted. The patients all appeared to be happy with the facility and one person told me his mother had been there for 6 years!!

I did not take a tour of the Reserve but visited a long term resident as I lived at the Reserve over ten years ago. I however, found the facility and current staff to be friendly and engaging.

The staff was professional, personable, and took great care of her. Her room was always clean, and there were always activities available for residents. I can't say much about the food because my mom does not remember what she eats, but she definitely ate well. Overall, I would highly recommend this community and would use them again.

New administrator is friendly and visibly present to everyone on a daily basis, huge improvement in engagement and patient satisfaction. Front desk [name removed] is an exceptional human being, so friendly and calls you by name every visit. Activity coordinators [name removed] and [name removed] are terrific!

Yes. It is a great place but we are looking to move. My wife was moved to memory care and it is a very depressing area. My wife is physically very healthy and half the people there are nearly incapacitated. I am looking for a more active memory care or an assisted care with security to prevent wandering. I visited Summit of [removed] today and also [removed]. So far [removed] seems to have a more active and happier group of people. It doesn’t work for my situation but still a high quality facility

Everyone has been so helpful. They are very kind to my parents. Very happy that my parents are there.

I feel that the facility is well managed. I trust the care my dad receives there is good.

Staff are super friendly, call every one by their name. Food choices are decent with acceptable alternatives at every meal. Coffee is good and available in the lobby al day. Grounds are well maintained I am able to walk my dogs all the way around the property or cut the walk short by cutting through the lobby. All the staff are friendly with my dogs and take the time scratch their ears. Silverware in the dining room could use an upgrade. The fork tines have square ends and that makes it hard to use the to pick up food.

Loved how welcoming everyone was at this facility. Unfortunately would not work for our needs at this time but I will definitely recommend them in the future for any one I know looking.

It's clean. There are a variety of activities to try, only if you want to. The dining room has plenty of windows to let in light and most of the time my mother says the food is very good. There are plenty of staff to care for the residents.

Quiet, clean and a professional on floor staff. Way to much paperwork but that is probably necessary.

I really enjoyed my visit at this facility. The staff were so friendly and the facility was nice. I would definitely consider this for my father. I like that they have laundry machines that are accessible to the residents, while still providing 2 days a week service. I have concerns about the SLW traffic, especially if my father continues to drive. I will definitely consider setting up a tour here with my father.
