At this point I would say a 5 on 1-7. Maybe a 4 on value. Creekside is friendly, well organized and clean. They are totally on top of what the residents need medically and emotionally. I would absolutely recommend this community to others

Sometimes smells but it's hard not to since so many people wear diapers. The staff are very friendly. Lots of turnover and sometimes they seem understaffed. Always available and they respond quickly. Food seems bland. Activities is a 5+, there's always something to do and they always try to include my dad. Their rate is very fair for the level of care

The staff and the residents all seemed happy to be there. The fact that their dining room is serving all day was a very attractive feature.

I really liked this facility. It is well run, has a very friendly staff and is on a spacious, beautiful property. Plus they have three levels of care, which give you a lot of options.

Her only complaint is the food is not that good. My mom loves her apartment. She says the place and staff are great there and we would recommend Westlake Pointe to other families.

The staff are very helpful. I see them every time I visit my mom. They answer all the questions I have and if not they get back to me as fast as they can. They have a lot of activities. They play bingo, they have people come in to sing or play instruments and they have many different outings that they can sign up to go on. The food that I have seen is always proportioned correctly and if they don't like it, there is a list of meals they can have instead. The place is kept very clean. In the assisted living side the person needs to let them know if something needs cleaning if the staff doesn't see it. The room size is perfect if you do up to a queen size bed. A king size might take up a lot of room. For my mom we have a twin size bed. She has her recliner with a side table. 2 other chairs for visitors with a small table in between, a dresser and a mini fridge There are 2 closets which is nice.

I am looking for a place for my sister. This place looks like it will be a perfect fit. A lovely facility and very friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent tour! Very competitive pricing with many options available. A smaller, more personal facility with good staffing levels.

Enjoyed the atmosphere and cleanliness as we entered the facility. Connected to community indoor park area so there is activities going on all day. Dining facilities are unique overlooking park area. Room types and views are great.

Both [name removed] and [name removed] were amazing and were kind to my aunt. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and the open feel of the community sold.

Love it. I was so happy to see a one that has exactly what I want for my mom, great facilities, good care, friendly staff, and happy residents. The level of care price is considerable higher than other places but the studio and apartments are in good condition.

Available when needed. Great whisperers for getting residents to settle down. Foods tend to be casseroles style. Very clean. Staff answer any and all questions. We would recommend Eagle Ridge community to other families.

Yes! I love the nurses and staff. They are amazing and very easy to work with. I visit on a weekly basis and they're always giving updates on mom. Sometimes I get photos from the activity coordinator, [name removed], who does an amazing job. They've been through a couple chefs and sometimes what's on the menu is not what's served, or veg etc is missing entirely. Mom hasn't complained but I've noticed. Upper admin was difficult to deal with at first (saying I needed to hire an additional aide to help with my mom's transition) which just felt like them not giving her a chance to settle in. Overall, feeling lucky that she's there. She's happy and cared for. She's in the apartment suite and it works for her. It's a great size, not too big, not too small

As a whole, they get 5 stars. The staff is very nice and attentive to my mom. The facility is always having activities even though my mom doesn't really participate. The place is always clean. It's still a little pricey, especially now that my mom needs help bathing but I guess I will get that anywhere. But overall, it's a great place with great people.

The facility and the staff at Palm Aire are excellent in every area. The tenants are mostly older and most have trouble walking. Most have been there 4 or more years. Facility and staff were great. The age of the residents is higher than I expected. The one bedroom is just the right size for one person.

Very pleased with The Palms. I have a friend's parents there too, at the independent living houses. They moved in last month, same as my mother moved into assisted living apartment. Staff are very friendly, patient, and helpful. Food is very good. Soups are excellent. They have activities that keep the residents stimulated mentally and physically. My mother is calmer and happier since moving in, which is what we prayed for.

The tour of the Pointe at Teaneck went well. The staff, many of whom worked there for more than 20 years, were friendly and welcoming. The building was clean and had all the amenities needed for senior living. It was truly a Five-Star facility.
