the facility is pretty old but location makes up for it, my father is happy at this facility, they do need to change the signs as the company was recently sold, activities seem to be repetitive maybe change it up once in a while make it more fun, My father loves the food and has gained healthy weight, i think housekeeping could be better in cleaning restrooms but overall good place !!

Excellent service, my mother loves the facilities and loves her room, and the service reminds me of a hotel, love the decor of dining room and amazing food that my mother can't stop talking about, only thing wish there was 7 day transportation to shops.

What I like the most about the community is the friendliness, the food and the activities. Yes, I would recommend this community to others and have already.

What we feel made the experience very positive and helpful: 1. Consistent follow up and direct text message ability with staff to check on her status - especially in the first few weeks as she adjusts. 2. Text or call communication with any and all medial updates so we are made aware of any changes to her health.

Since adding Assisted Living services at Oak Hill Terrace, I’ve been receiving so much help, and it has truly made a difference in my daily life. The staff here are very kind and always willing to lend a hand whenever I need it. I really enjoy attending the Deacon’s church service each week and saying the Rosary — it means a lot to be able to continue those traditions right here at home. I’m grateful to be part of the Oak Hill Terrace community.

Truly such a blessing!! Couldn’t recommend them enough!! Wish I could give 6 stars! So warm and welcoming. Truly treat the residents like family. They provide such a peace of mind and love their residents so well.

My sister had such a wonderful Care and all the staff was kind and wonderful I can not thank you enough to the Pine on Carmel and thank you very much to the all staff of memory care.

Very clean and lots of activities. [name removed]was a great help in helping me navigate this facility. After reviewing 3 total facilities it was a no brainer. Partnership with the rehab facility was very important. Made a tough situation very much easier and I’m hoping my dad will love his time there

The staff here are very friendly & helpful. [name removed]the ED is amazing! Everything is always organized & upbeat, the residents all look happy to be here everytime I visit. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who is in need.

Well kept facility with attentive staff from management to nursing staff. Full course meals with great selections and plenty of drink options. Lots of community activities integrated with independent living and assisted living .

My sister is so happy and really likes living here. Everyone there is super friendly and she love all the activities that are going on almost all of the time. Since she moved into assisted living her health has gotten much better. She has now moved to independent living but still has access to all the things offered. The sale of Brookdale was just final so we are waiting to see how many changes there will be. We are hoping not many.

[name removed], the sales director was very helpful in making my mother's transition from an assisted living in New Jersey to Florida seamless. All the staff has been welcoming. The Pointe is immaculate and they offer many activities.

The friendliness of the staff and other residents. They put my sister at ease for her two week respite stay. I would recommend it to others. I think if she goes back again when we vacation I would opt for her doing her own medications as the transition when she left ( she had used) Omnicare threw us off with her regular pharmacy and we had to pay out of pocket for her insulin.

Friendly and supportive atmosphere. Residents looked well cared for. Staff cares about the residents and their life.

Great staff, great location. Close to the turnpike and I-95 in a growing area of Pompano Beach. Quiet secluded area with terrific room views.

I wanted to express my deepest gratitude for all the work our counselor from A Place for Mom helped us in finding my mother in law her new home. We were feeling lost and overwhelmed, but her support, advice, and kindness truly helped us through this challenging time. We had a good discussion with her and she saw the value of moving to The Point at West Palm. The facility offers everything she will be needing and if she ever does need assisted living we can still have her there… of course we also live close by allowing us to provide any support she might need. The most important thing to her is regaining her independence and socializing with others her same age. Knowing that she will safe and comfortable means the world to us. And we could not have done this without you! Forever grateful

They were very transparent about care, cost, and any other question I would ask them. I found the staff to be extremely responsive in not only the application procedure, but in the initial few months that my sister began residency. I had lots of questions!

Staff is caring and has skills to deal with dementia patients. My husband has learned how to roll over in the bed to get himself sitting and then able to get in a wheelchair. He received pt and ot 3 times a week. Staff is encouraging to patient as well as family and friends visiting.

The level of direct care and caring is very high. While they do have a full house currently they do make concerted efforts across all residents to ensure safety, comfort, and contentedness.
