We found the Arboretum to be a perfect place for mom and dad. They had the most beautiful apartment available in the price range that my parents could afford. Most of all, the staff and people are all very warm and welcoming. It has been an exceptionally positive experience. I feel so grateful to have found this amazing community for them.

Everyone there is caring, loving, and takes special care for each residence. I used to feel guilty every time I left my mother in the facility. She was in before but now when I leave my mother, I have a smile on my face, knowing she is happy and in good hands. It is a very special place if you were looking for your loved one.

With the help of caring and attentive management and staff especially [name removed], my brother is now enjoying every minute of his stay at Edgewood Point. He feels truly valued and cared for and we are very thankful that he has found a home away from home!

Administration was extremely helpful. Staff consistently reported issues so they could be resolved in a timely manner.

I liked the staff to patient ratio and I felt like for the most part the facility was kept clean. The staff really have a heart for their patients. You just have to be present often. Get to know the staff. Be as helpful as you can to your loved one and that helps the staff.

The building is very clean, with excellent care from the staff. Everytime I’m here, the residents are doing puzzles, games or enjoying the pretty courtyard. It’s a very well kept facility. I would recommend Cinco Ranch if you’re needing reliable memory care for your loved one.

We felt the Pines fit Dad’s personality. The facility is nice. The staff is very friendly. I feel he is getting the best care there. The rooms are well kept. There are a variety of activities if the residents want to participate. We are very satisfied with The Pines on Carmel.

The staff at Faye Wright are very attentive. Moving into assisted living is a big adjustment and they made mom feel welcome and comfortable. The front desk is very helpful too for any questions or administrative tasks.

Carver Heights has a family friendly atmosphere. It is small which allows everyone to know everyone. The staff always have a smile on their faces and they have been working at Carver for many years. The location is a little secluded with woods all around. I would recommend to everyone.

My brother was the one who lived there. He died in January. Based on what my wife and I saw, and our dealing is with the staff, I would give them a 5 on all of the areas.

It's not a dark place when comes to inside lighting. Good open spaces. Wide halls for walking. I've not seen all rooms offered ones with 2 residents are spacious. Good closet space. All have windows facing court yard or outside. Haven't explored the amenities much. Residents can have own TV etc but unless a resident is ill staffers get everyone up and out of their rooms to be among others.

My MIL seems to be really liking it there. It’s easy to communicate with the facility. Always will help when needed. Great food. Friendly people. On the small side, but very quaint which is perfect for my MIL. It’s not like the bigger facilities with a bar and big events all the time but that’s not what we were looking for. Only downside so far is the elevator that goes to the basement stinks like a basement and is very over powering.

I have been thoroughly impressed with this facility. Management and all staff are professional, loving, kind, very good listeners,accommodating and personable. My Mother adapted very quickly because of all of these things. Her apartment is very nice. The meals and dining facility are above standard. The entire facility is like a huge house. Comfortable, clean and it always smells nice. I reviewed 14 different facilities before we chose this one. I am very pleased and more importantly my Mother is very pleased. I highly recommend this facility.

My brother and I are so happy with Brookedale Whitby. The community is small and tight knit. We chose this location over the other assisted living facilities because of its homey feel and welcoming staff. We are so thankful for the Whiby team and residents for welcoming my brother with open arms.

I placed my mom here after seeing a few places. The staff treat the residents with respect. They have activities, outings, 2 court yards. The facility is secure and offers memory care. PT on site. The food is good. The staff answer the phone. Management is available and willing to listen. Nowhere is perfect and the price is up there but all facilities are expensive. All in all this is one of the best facilities downriver. This is comming from a nurse who has seen many facilities and also cared for residents here in the past. I saw first hand the level of compassion before I had to make the decision that my mother needed a team of people to care for her. Hope this helps.

I would sat 5 for each. We were very disappointed that she couldn't go back there. Their activity schedule was robust. The food got rave reviews. Her room was very nice and situated on a corner of the building with a bay window. Fresh carpet and paint.

he care giving staff are great. They really care about the residents. The rooms are a nice size, with private bathrooms. My mom is in a single private room. The meals are quite good. I just think that they should have alternative meals available, in case a resident doesn't like what is being served.

It was a beautiful, cheerful place. The staff were amazing, compassionate and attentive. The administration was outstanding. The facility director was so engaged and vested in each and every patient. I was simply amazed and so grateful. The care at each level was wonderful. Let me add this. We visited several places and interviewed staff and administration. They were all OK. Willow Fork was just ... more. It made you happy when you walked in. It was sunny and colorful and just joyous. Almost every member of the staff had a personal family member that had dementia - it brought out such empathy, compassion and understanding. Everywhere we looked, we saw a member of the staff quietly sitting with a resident, or walking with them, or stroking their arm. They were quiet and gentle and could read what each person needed. It was lovely to see. We went in some places that were nice, but they were dark and depressing, so the brightness really impacted me at Willow Fork and immediately lifted my spirits. But the spirit of the staff was just so beautiful. It made it OK for me to leave my mother in their care. The last night I was with my mother, the med tech, [name removed], stayed and worked a double shift because she felt my mother was going to pass that night and she wanted to be there for my mother and all of us. How do you quantify something like that?

Moving my father into Cinco Ranch has been the relief and blessing we've looking for. The much needed engagement he's benefiting from makes my heart break with joy. All of his friends who've stopped by agree that he is so much better and happier. Thank YOU Cinco Ranch team for taking good care of him.

So far we are super pleased with the facility. Everyone's been super nice, supportive & wonderful with my Mom.
