All staff members gave and offered the best of them. Explaining, helping in getting smooth transition. They help us to see it as a normal but supported system to transition to. Am very grateful for each one, surely will the place when time comes. Thank you so much!

I was very impressed by the size of the Memory Care section. It was small enough to govern the residents plenty of attention! The staff seemed very helpful and willing to care for each of the patients. There was plenty of light on the rooms and a nice green area adjacent to their activity and dining area. I am thinking very positively about placing my sister there when the time is right! The lady, Ashley, was very helpful, kind, described everything very nicely! I really enjoyed my visit there. Very positive feelings from the tour. Everyone we met was pleasant and seemed to be genuinely interested in my 92 year old mom. Walking in there is a homelike feeling. We are just beginning our search for mom's forever home. The good thing is I could see this as a great option. We will definitely be continuing our review of Knightsbridge with return visits.

My mom has been at a couple memory cares but this one is where I feel she is at her best. [name removed] the med tech in memory care has been extra exceptional! My mom is very picky with who she adores at this stage and she tells me she loves [name removed]. Also, the communication from her has been the best she lets me know all concerns with mom right away. She is kind, compassionate and empathetic with her patients and genuinely think she treats them as she would her own grandma. Overall, the care and staff have been great as well. I am happy with the care. She is always well groomed and clean when I pick her up from there.

My call to A Place for Mom was extremely helpful! They were friendly, courteous and so very helpful, and also professional. I would recommend Lakeside memory care in Plymouth for families seeking a memory care facility.

Multiple members of the staff greeted us upon observing our entrance and communicated a very welcoming tone. The interior was clean and appear to be well maintained. The exterior implies wood frame construction and a number of years old other than the front entrance. Activities provide social interactions on and off site. Multiple common areas provide places for residents to interact. Meal menu indicate a variety of options. Site was being assessed for a respite stay. Existing visiting nursing staff we use at home are welcome to continue their services while my wife stays there.

I would give it a five most definitely , starting with the executive director down to the aides, they're all amazing. They care so much for the residents. Also, whenever I have a question they immediately responded to me. They have so many activities, its kind of mind blowing how much they offer. My mom seems to be very happy and content there. The facility is always clean, they decorate for the holidays.

I had two parents w Alzheimer's in 2 different facilities at the same time. Oak Ridge was run like a well-oiled machine. Like any company, it starts at the top. The woman who ran this place ([name removed]) was the difference maker. From communication w families to how she treated staff and the expectations she set was the reason I give this place 5's. An addition: When my stepmom died, they came to her funeral. My dad struggled to let go of the caretakers there after she passed. He considered them friends who had just gone through this terrible thing w him. He would go up there to visit for over a month until we, his family convinced him they were busy and he needed to move on. One thing I learned is to ask to speak w the director. Everyone has a "salesperson" and then you never see them again. [name removed] sat in on that initial meeting and I knew instantly she shared our values, had photos on her phones of the residents, spoke of them like they were her parents. They are a faith based group of employees so their hearts were aligned w ours. I could go on and on! Hospice is another subject but Oak Ridge had the best! [name removed], our hospice nurse went above and beyond to care for her at the end of her life.

It is working out well. I would recommend to others.

The Elms was impressive and we liked it very much. However, the memory care unit is only one hallway and at this point in my husband‘s diagnosis he needs more room to move around. Assisted living is very nice and gives the residence lots of opportunities to do just about anything they want under supervision. The rooms are nice. The staff is wonderful. We had a great experience.

My wife and I recently visited the Mankato Lodge independent living facility. We were greeted very graciously at the door and met for a few minutes to go over some of the expectations that we had. After a few questions and answers, we took a tour of the facilities. Everything was clean and well organized. We had a chance to see a list of all the activities scheduled for the month. We were surprised at the quantity of activities available to the residents. We found the 2 bedroom apartment to be well laid out and spacious. Overall the experience was very good and we will consider Mankato Lodge one of the leading contenders for our new home.

I like the facility. It was nice and clean. People were very friendly. The chef came out gave me a dessert to take home. I thought that was very nice. my son is interested in swimming. I thought the pool was very nice as well.

A really nice independent living facility. Building was modernized and it is very clean. Rate for an independent apt is very reasonable . Many amenities available and include dining, apt cleaning and utilities

As the daughter of a resident at Orchard Park at Victory Lakes, I cannot say enough good things about the positive changes brought by the new management team. The difference has been noticeable and incredibly reassuring. From improved communication to the overall atmosphere in the community, everything feels more organized, caring, and intentional. The leadership team is present, responsive, and genuinely invested in the well-being of both residents and families. I feel informed, listened to, and confident that my loved one is being cared for with compassion and respect. The staff seems happier and more supported, which has made a meaningful difference in my mom's daily experience. Seeing my mom comfortable, engaged, and well cared for gives me tremendous peace of mind. Orchard Park truly feels like a family, and I am grateful for the dedication and heart the team brings every day. I highly recommend Orchard Park at Victory Lakes to families looking for senior living.

I recently had the opportunity to visit this community and the staff that I interacted with were all lovely. The community was beautiful and clean and the food was wonderful. Highly recommend this community, as they are top of our list.

My brother has so much more room, not only inside his home at Walnut Creek, but places for him to explore as well. The food is outstanding. Everyone seems to know his name and how to help or at least want to help as much as they can

It was overall nice. The facility was well maintained. They had events and I thought the price was reasonable for the quality. It also had memory care at the same facility which I knew we would transfer to.

Brookdale was very awesome! The staff is amazing and so is there food. They are the nicest and most helpful group of people.
