Their staff was very knowledgeable and kind. The facility is in a great location and is a good value for the money.

I was very impressed with the facility. It was clean, welcoming and a place. I would be comfortable having my husband go. But unfortunately, it is too far a drive for us. If we were closer I would definitely consider for him to become a resident in the memory care facility

I really like coral Oaks but the reason I would not choose this location is because it is not all inclusive and they cannot tell you exactly the cost because it depends on the amount of assistance which could be anywhere from $750 additional to $3000 a month additional

Beautiful building and grounds. Staff was friendly and helpful. [name removed] answered all my questions and explained thoroughly how the facility worked. [name removed] has checked back several times to offer and answer any questions myself or the family had concerning my husband.

I like the employees and the smaller homey atmosphere of Hay Creek. I would recommend to others. Just thank you for taking good care of my mother

The monthly rate is a bargain compared to other facilities I visited. And the size of the apartments is very generous. But it is an older facility and even though well maintained, occasionally shows it.

It's a wonderful place, nice and bright with big windows and my parents can have one of there cats. My parents will be moving in soon

We toured the place and had a great overall experience. If one were in need of residence i think that Lorain estates would be a good fit for many who would need or want to change there living situation. All the people that we came in contact with were very friendly and professional.

This was a virtual tour and I was quite impressed. Wendy was very informative and answered all questions. Every part of the memory care unit was very warm welcoming and pleasant to see. The residents looked happy and I saw a couple of staff that also were very happy. I really like how everything was laid out, very safe for the residents and very appealing. I believe my aunt will be very happy there.

From the person behind the front desk to the activities staff, to the caregivers, all demonstrate commitment to providing for the well being of all the residents. I have witnessed caregivers care for my mother as if she was their mother and I am very grateful for that. Memory care is challenging with a range of folks at different levels of functioning and staff meets them at their level. Engagement in activities like bingo and cards foster socialization, which many folks, like my mother, have not had prior to being in this facility.

[name removed] was very friendly and provided nice info on the beautiful Lakeside community. I would like to place my mom on the waiting list for Independent Living as she is not quite ready to take the next step to a Senior setting.

I liked the facility. It was clean and bright although going through a major renovation paint and carpet in the public areas. My contact person, [name removed], was informative and positive.

The tour was wonderful, we liked the facility, we did find the apartments small.. We are still working with mom’s current facility to get issues resolved. The new staff continue to provide support towards these issues.

So far I appreciate the friendliness of the residents and staff! The food has great choices daily! Apartment size and amenities offered are perfect for me!

My mother lived at The Palms at St Lucie West for 9 years, first in the independent and then in the main building. She loved staying there and the staff is amazing. You cannot find a better place for your loved one, that can no longer live on their own. I cannot say enough about the staff at this facility. They love and care for the residents and their families. They go above and beyond for whatever the needs and cares are of the residents. We got to know them and trusted them with the safekeeping of our mom.

They have good communication with family, [name removed] is treated as an individual and not a number, they prepare for her needs instead of react to her, the facility is well kept and maintained, they have easy and engaging activities for her to join, they advocate for her best interest when needed.

We had a very positive experience. Everyone involved with our sister's care treated her with compassion and respect. She felt loved by all. The only negative I would say, was there were times when they were short staffed (call outs or people who had quit) My opinion of any facility (I've worked at several myself) is the workers that do the actual hands on care are NOT compensated adequately for the work they do and care that they give. I would recommend Faye Wright to others. We became attached to several of the employees

Everyone is very friendly! I would recommend to others. The only thing that has changed is my brother is not eating the food as well as he did before.

My husband [Name RTemoved] and I are so happy to be here at Oak Hill Terrace. I’ve been really enjoying all the activities. My favorite is going to rosary with my new friends. The staff here are so kind and friendly, it truly feels like home. [Name Removed] and I both love the delicious home cooked meals served restaurant style each day. [Name Removed] especially enjoys riding the bike in the therapy area. It’s been great for him to stay active. We also love our spacious apartment, it’s so comfortable and cozy. We’re very happy to be part of this wonderful community!

My wife & I recently attended a menu chat with our Culinary Director, [Name Removed], and truly enjoyed the experience. It was great to be able to share our thoughts, and I was honestly surprised to see our menu suggestions show up the very next week. It made us feel like our voices really matter here. Another thing I appreciate is the personal attention from the staff. When Emily sees [Name Removed] and me coming down the hallway, she makes sure our coffee is poured and hot, ready for us when we sit down. It’s those small, thoughtful gestures that really make this place feel like home.
