I am so happy to have the cooking and cleaning taken care of for me. It gives me so much more time to relax, enjoy myself, and do the things I love without having to worry about all of the everyday responsibilities of maintaining a home. The meals are convenient, and I really appreciate not having to worry about grocery shopping, preparing meals, or cleaning up afterward. Having the housekeeping taken care of is another wonderful benefit and makes everyday life so much easier and more enjoyable. I also absolutely love all of the entertainment and activities that are provided for us! There is always something fun and interesting going on, and I love having so many opportunities to get involved, socialize, and spend time with the other residents. It keeps life exciting and gives us plenty to look forward to. I truly feel like Calusa Harbour takes care of so many of the little things that allow me to focus on enjoying life. I couldn't be happier with my decision to live here.

Calusa Harbour is very well equipped to handle whatever comes their way, and I have always been impressed by how prepared and professional everyone is. The employees are incredibly helpful, kind, and generous with their compliments and smiles. They truly go out of their way to make the residents feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. There is a wonderful sense of community here, and you can tell that the staff genuinely cares about the people who live here. Whether you need assistance with something or simply need a friendly smile and a kind word, there is always someone willing to help. I am proud to say that I am a resident of Calusa Harbour! I feel very fortunate to call this community my home, and I am grateful for all of the wonderful people who make living here such a positive and enjoyable experience.

When I was first looking for a senior living community, my family encouraged me to look at other places. But after visiting Calusa Harbour, I knew in my heart that this was where I wanted to be. I told my family, “NO, I am moving to Calusa Harbour!” And I can honestly say that it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I absolutely love it here! From the wonderful staff to the friendly residents, Calusa Harbour truly feels like home. I feel welcomed, cared for, and part of a wonderful community. There is always something to do, someone to talk to, and so many opportunities to make wonderful memories. I am so happy that I followed my heart and chose Calusa Harbour. It has become so much more than just a place to live—it is my home, and I am grateful to be here!

It was very clean, the staff was friendly and courteous. The Sales lady [name removed] was very helpful. The Food looked average I wasn’t able to try it. The E.D. Was also very helpful. The back yard was amazing the Fountain was a very nice added feature and it was very peaceful to sit out there and just listen to the flowing water also the wildlife was out and about awesome stuff.

I toured the facility with the Director of Sales, [name removed], and she was amazing! She gave me a great tour and was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. This was my first time touring a facility like this, so I was honestly a little overwhelmed, but she really helped me navigate everything, understand what the process looks like, and made me feel much more at ease. I also really liked the model apartment, especially the big windows and hardwood floors. Overall, it seems like a great option for my mom, and I really appreciated how comfortable [name removed] made the whole experience.

Recently attended a community activity in the great room with my mother. Wonderful live performance, excellent food, and smiles and laughter all around! The staff was also very attentive and friendly. Would highly recommended this facility!

The staff at The Estates at Town Center have been gracious from my first phone call with [name removed] who provided much more than a tour. In fact all the staff and the residence I met were more than happy to talk and share their experiences. I sensed I was meant to be here, the settings are lovely and all units are thoughtfully designed. I have an East facing single-level studio on the fourth floor, elevator nearby. My view is of Evergreen trees on a nearby mountain. Couldn’t have found a better place to move at first it was out of necessity but once I looked around had to turned into want to. Months in I love living here. The included gourmet meal and weekly cleaning make me feel like I won the lottery.

Was given a very informative and pleasant tour of Westlake Pointe. [name removed] was an excellent tour giver. Highly recommend for others to tour Westlake Pointe. At this time, I am a year or so away from choosing an assisted living facility for myself but will have Westlake Pointe as one of my top choices.

I highly recommend Park Summit to anyone looking. It is a great place to live

I'd describe my experience as very positive; 10/10. [name removed], I can't remember his last name but it starts with [name removed], was always available and answered any questions I had. He suggested several assisted living facilities in my area and supplied me with questions to ask. I've told friends about my experience with A Place for Mom. My mom ended up at Estates at Charlottesville and she's happy and I know she's safe.

I would say a five for the first seven questions. I have been very happy with Mom's placement. Of course question eight is a little difficult because Mom has no physical disabilities, but she does have Alzheimer's/dementia. This is a very good place for her and she's got a nice apartment but it is a bit expensive. However, it is with the national norm in pricing. The food is very good! Mom compliments it often and I have seen it myself. This is a biggie for folks that transition in to assisted-living. It is very important to them.

I liked what I seen and experienced at Birchwoods. A warm and friendly place and had an excellent tour of the facility. I will favorably consider when its time.

[name removed] was very friendly and was very informative, she was able to answer all our questions. She gave us a tour and introduced us to some of the residents. The facility is kept us nicely and the few employees we saw were very nice.

Had an amazing experience touring Myrtle Beach Grove Senior Living. From day after I opened my account with A Place for Mom, the staff started the process of reaching out. I chose to tour this one, because of the proximity to my mom's current home. The tour was very informative. I liked how they sat down with me and my mom to ask what's important and explained their offering for each of those specific concerns. Mom really liked the facility right from the start. We walked in to smiles from the staff and residents. Everyone was very welcoming. Mom also liked transportation offering and the level of care. We had a great experience with dining as well. The room was a little smaller, but it's still large enough. There aren't a ton of amenities, but their activities make up for that 10 fold. Some of the facility is in need of an upcoming makeover. I have the value @4 stars, but it's more like 4.5.

He is very happy to be there. He told me that everything is always clean and picked up, including his apartment. By the way, his apartment is practically double the size of the studio he had in his previous senior residence and he loves it. He's taken advantage of the pool and uses their property to walk in every day. The transportation is always available and takes him to places like Publix, Trader Joe's and somewhere that serves ice cream cake ?? The staff is helpful and some (probably [name removed]) show up to talk to the residents during mealtimes. The options offered in the dining room are varied and the portions are plentiful. All of us have noticed how friendly both staff and residents are. He loves the music they have and wishes they had more. I would recommend the community to others.

I am happy with many activities, live music every week, lots of encouragement to get involved. My dad loves the food. All the staff I have worked with have been very helpful. [name removed] at the front desk is my favorite. Overall very pleased. I would recommend the community to others.

It’s a very nice campus. Everything is spotless. Laid out great. If i choose to put my husband in a place, this is IT!

Palms at st lucie west is great. I just got here and everyone is wonderful. I would absolutely recommend Palms at St Lucie West to others who are searching for senior living.

I can not give Dayton Place enough Stars!!!! Mom is thriving!!! She is happy and active and loving life. We walked in to move Mom in, and immediately felt welcomed. We were greeted with smiles from everyone—the staff and the residents. Every time we visit, it’s the same warm and friendly atmosphere. Mom is so busy with activities that it’s sometimes hard to even find time to talk to her on the phone! She has enjoyed everything she has participated in. The laundry staff, janitor, and kitchen staff are amazing—always smiling, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. The nurses and CNAs are kind, patient, and as caring as anyone could possibly be. The lady at the front desk deserves a special mention. She is absolutely amazing, and Mom has really enjoyed having fun conversations and sharing coffee with her. Those little personal connections have made Mom feel even more at home and welcomed. We have eaten with Mom at a couple of places within Dayton and have been very happy with both the choices and the quality of the food. She loves taking people out to eat because she knows there will be something for everyone. My sister has some pretty serious food allergies and was even able to eat with her without any problems. Mom absolutely loves her apartment! There is plenty of room for a table and four chairs, a sofa, her favorite chair, and a chest under the TV. Her bedroom closet is huge! She has a lot of clothes, and they all fit easily. She also has an eight-drawer dresser, bed, and nightstand, with plenty of room for her walker to move comfortably around the bedroom. The bathroom is a very nice size as well, with plenty of room for her and her walker. She also has a linen closet and a large coat closet. Most importantly, Mom loves Dayton Place! We couldn’t be happier with how welcoming, caring, and accommodating everyone has been.

For starters, the facility was very clean and my first impression was very good. We had references and when we met staff and the facilities it met our expectations. Staff made my mom feel at home. Boy when you don't have my mom's phone service set up and the staff reassuring, felt at ease. So it has been very positive so far.
