When the times come and you have to start looking into senior places for your elderly parents it’s very tough. I have to say that when you have people who care and understand and have compassion they can help make this experience a little easier. A huge shout out to [name removed]. Thank you so much for all your guidance throughout this process. [name removed] highly recommended The Pointe based on our needs. This facility was so nice. I loved it. If it wasn’t for the financial aspect we would have definitely chose this facility for my Mom.

When our family began looking for a place for my mother-in-law, it was an emotional and difficult decision. She was moving from independent to assisted living. We wanted a place where she would not just be cared for, but where she would truly feel loved, respected, and at home. We are so grateful that we found Lewis Estates. As her daughter-in-law, it means so much to me to see her happy and comfortable. The staff welcomed her with kindness, patience, and compassion. They have taken the time to know her as a person, not just as a resident, and that has made such a difference in her quality of life. Knowing that she is surrounded by people who genuinely care about her gives our family such peace of mind. The little things—the smiles, the conversations, the attention to her needs, and the effort to make her feel included—mean more than words can express. We would wholeheartedly recommend Lewis Estates to any family looking for a safe, caring, and welcoming home for their loved one.

The staff and residents are very welcoming to those moving in a new management took over in January and they are listening to residents feed back about what they would like to have at the pointe my mom moved in in [date removed] this year and is very happy there

All is good. [name removed] is doing good. Tuscany is a great place for anyone.

I would give a 5 to all the categories. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Most took extra care with my mother. Responses from were very quick and helpful. Room size was the best I found for the many that I toured. Offered her the privacy/size she wanted. Compared to other places, the Pines was much more affordable.

Dad's overall experience is very positive. He had a very spacious one bedroom Apartment. Large bathroom with walk in shower is nice. The facility is very clean. They have a lot of activities and it seems that at least once a month they have larger event where family and friends are invited. Staff is friendly and helpful, although they do seem to have a lot of turnover. They have been struggling to get a full time cook/chef so Dad says the quality of meals has deteriorated a little. Overall he is very happy there!

I love the people here and I love the food, I really am very happy here. I would recommend the community to others who are searching for senior living.

Out of all the places I toured in the Florence area. This was my favorite. The staff was lovely. We visited the memory care wing, and the accommodations were pleasant, clean and safe. We appreciated that there were plenty of activities to keep Mom busy and engaged, physically and mentally. The residence seemed happy and the place was beautiful. The staff seemed to treat the residents like family as it should be.

Very clean and organized place. Initial impressions were that this would be a good place to place my mother.

The staff have been great to work with. Very professional, courteous, helpful. Care is good. Had to calibrate schedules with meds, shower assists, etc., during the intro period, but everything is working great now. My mom is very satisfied with the food; quality, variety, convenience. She is gaining some weight. This is a beneficial trend for her. The apartment size and layout is what attracted my mom. She is very happy. The facility is very clean. For an older facility it is kept up in very good condition and improvements are being made and planned.

The person who was to take us on a tour was in a meeting but a very lovely woman stepped right in and showed us what we wanted to see abd answered all our questions. There was a friendly atmosphere in the common rooms and the dining room was bright, airy and spotless. There were several conversation areas on all the floors The carpets were dark which made the halls dim.

The staff is great. Everyone seems to enjoy their jobs. The facility is always full of activities that keep the residents busy.

The staff and the residents were extremely friendly and helpful. Even maintenance went out of their way to make sure we had the help we needed. Our Mother is very excited to move in and she did not want to go to visit.

The staff where very accommodating. Full of info I needed and showed me multiple different apartments and most of the facilities. Gave brochures and additional info for moving Mom out of her home. Invited me to come back with Mom for a meal and other activities. Introduced me to everyone we passed on the hallways. Took great interest in finding out more about Mom and what she likes.

I truly enjoyed the visit to Myrtle Beach Grove. Ingrid was so very nice and helpful. The facility was exceptionally well-kept, bright and clean. I particularly liked the lovely grand piano. The rooms were spacious, and the atmosphere was ideal for my mother-in-law.

The staff, care, food, activities, cleanliness, or room all meet what was pleasing and required. I would recommend the community to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

They have been very helpful and welcoming. Everyone is so kind and the staff really goes above and beyond to make the residents feel at home. They have a lot of activities for everyone.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is odor free mostly. The snacks and meals are quite good. There is a beautiful area which residence can sit outside. We had a good experience at Walnut Creek.

The tour was excellent. Both persons did an excellent job of describing the facility and it's many activities. The tour itself was thorough, friendly, and professional. They answered all my question too.

All are 5 my brother would of still been there if he behaved. The place is beautiful and the staff are friendly and caring. Yes, we would recommend Barrington Terrace at Boynton Beach
