The facility is located in a safe and beautiful area. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Felt very welcome after meeting [name removed]. She spoke with us for some time and led our tour. We found out that they did have a studio on the first floor that was near to the dining rooms and the activity room. This was important to us as my father-in-law is 100 years old. We left a deposit before we left. There are no hidden fees like we have seen in other facilities. Apartment cost, level of care cost, and cable TV. That's it.

My initial (and continuing) experience has been an absolute 5 stars! Everyone here from the residents to the office staff to the maintenance crew have been extremely welcoming and helpful. Small things that needed attention were dealt with swiftly and professionally. The atmosphere is pleasant and the grounds are gorgeous! The court yard is a great place for a stroll or for settling into a swing to chat with friends, read a book, or just relax. Every day offers a variety of activities so residents can be as busy as they want to be. The events coordinator is very creative and offers unique activities every month. I've been here for less than four weeks, but I feel like I'm part of the "family." Leaving my beloved beach house and friends in South Carolina was difficult, but I feel I made a good choice moving into the Reserve at Greenbrier.

Everything about Downriver Estates is first class professionalism. They communicate very well. They make you feel so welcome. They get to know their residents AND their families. You just genuinely feel good when you're there.

I have been here just over a year and have never had a single regret about choosing Windward Pointe. The community is so centrally located to everything you'd want or need. I don't have to use the busy streets to get any where I need to go , I use the "back roads" like Augusta to safely get around (that is most important to me). WP is centrally located for all your needs: groceries, medical & eye doctors and Emergency room. So many places to eat, beauty salons, automotive needs. Walgreens and a Compound pharmacy are ust down the street. The central location of Windward Pointe is something the other communities lacked. All the staff here are amazing and accommodating. The grounds are very well maintained, even something like changing a light bulb is quickly done, with a smile. What else can I say - I love it here and wouldn't change a thing.

There have been some bumps in the road, but overall it has been a smooth transition for both my dad coming out of skilled nursing and my mom coming from living at home alone since he was recovering from his stroke. The staff is fantastic. Everyone from the administrator to the evening med tech staff has gotten to know my parents and been very personable and very capable. The only real negatives I guess would be that some things weren't explained very well to my mom, such as how the laundry collection and process should work. The dining hall has been a little hit or miss. Sometimes the portions are too small or the offerings aren't all that great. Occasionally they've run out of tea or silverware. But overall, it has been a great experience, and like I said, the staff have been absolutely incredible. They are friendly and kind and helpful and capable. Life transitions are never easy, but they have done their best to help as needed!

We were there for only a few months because Dad passed but really liked everyone there and give a strong recommendation. They were amazing at the end and compared to his place in Maryland that was twice as expensive they were much better.

We had a very good experience. The rep, was very knowledgeable. She showed different apartments and clearly explained fees. The apartments were some of the largest I've seen. The buildings are older, but very nice.

I was impressed with the quality of the facility and the rooms. I think the size of the single bedroom apartment will be good for me. I look forward to when I can move in and build a nest for myself.

The facility is very nice and secure. Amy Nealon in their leasing office is AMAZING! She is the face of the facility and does a wonderful job communicating and connecting with everyone. She is incredibly responsive and truly cares about the residents and family members. Amy is an incredible asset to their community!

It has been quite good. [Name Removed] is the one we got the place foe. She was doing good but unfortunately she felling has been in the hospital. The staff at the court has been exceptional with giving us the information we need for her.

The apartment is great. The staff seems excellent. I would absolutely recommend the community to others who are currently searching for one.

The gentleman was very informative and very understanding. He explained everything thoroughly and carefully. I liked your facility very much. The only problem was that there was no outside patio on the first floor that I could walk out onto the yard with my little dog. Please thank him for all his kindness, knowledge, and understanding.

GreenTree's staff have been friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The size of the facility and property isn't overwhelming which gives a homey feel. Although the food could be improved, GreenTree provides opportunities for residents to shop or eat out routinely. Because of the increase in social interactions, my mom is happier with her own stories to share. This is significantly helping her mind and overall wellbeing.

This facility was one of the nicest I have seen. The grounds were beautiful and all the dining rooms and activities rooms were very clean. The rooms in the assisted living were beautiful and spacious. Stacey interviewed me and she was one of the nicest, caring people I have met. I would highly recommend this facility.

The nurse and director gave a wonderful tour to my mom, brother and I. We feel much more aware of the options that Howard Village offers. The facility is inviting and the location is beautiful. Thank you!!!

They were all good for my parents.

Good location: Wide variety of shopping in the immediate area, very close to I-90. The staff was always very attentive and professional. Every resident I spoke with , including my aunt , who resided there briefly, complained about the food. The building itself is pretty old and dated, but they do keep it clean. We especially like the single level floor plan of the entire property.

The staff all know your name and are very attentive to my questions. The receptionists know everyone and are very kind. I don't really do to many activities. Honestly I am younger than most of the residents. I am here because my children want me in a safe place because I have mobility issues after an extended battle with cancer. I called for info and really hit it off with Allyson. She did everything to get me in to a place, I had sold my home in December and had been floating from Hotel to Airbnb's. I was apprehensive and honestly came begrudgingly. I am totally shocked at how my furniture fits perfectly. There is oddly a crazy amount of storage that you don't appreciate until you move in. The bars in the bathroom are much appreciated. I have a large balcony over looking the court yard , with huge windows overlooking the trees, which I love. There is in house PT which is a godsend, since I don't have a car. The only thing that is missing is a in unit washer & dryer. The laundry room is nice enough, but getting in can be a challenge.
