Lewis Park Memory Care has done an excellent job of helping my family with the transition of my mother to memory care. [name removed] does a great job of hiring excellent staff. The memory care staff does a great job of caring for dementia Alzheimer's residents. They are patient and kind. They do a great job with activities. I highly recommend this facility.

The Garden's is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend to others.

Thanks to A Place for Mom, I secured a wonderful assisted, living community for my mother starting [date removed]. It's been working out really nicely; everybody was helpful and accommodating during the initial touring of the facility through the move-in. My mother is happy, which really makes me happy. Her recent move to The Court at Palm Aire brought her to my vicinity; it's wonderful to have my mom close by and know that she's happy and well-cared-for thank you, A Place for Mom!

Beautiful environment, nestled in a wooded, private area. A busy Marsh road is neither heard nor visible from the setting. Great location. Personable, professional staff and a wide variety of services available for residents. Room, bath and shower acceptable but shower size did not meet my spouse’s needs due to his personal circumstances. We would consider this as a potential living situation for his care, if not for that.

[name removed] is phenomenal at what she does! I was impressed with her just from our phone call and meeting her in person confirmed it! We felt very good about the options of moving our loved ones to Cinco Ranch.

We loved the bright airy atmosphere, friendly staff and included amenities. My mom signed her lease today and will be moving in later this month.

I had the pleasure of meeting [name removed] and [name removed] at Coral Oaks today - not only is the community beautiful but the entire leadership team and every resident we saw on our tour today was so happy and engaging! You know there is a real difference in a community when you visit and feel like you are a friend immediately. Thank you Coral Oaks for a great visit.

I recently toured Coral Oaks Assisted Living, and I was truly impressed by the entire experience. The facility is beautiful, nicely decorated, exceptionally clean, and has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It immediately felt like a place where residents could truly feel at home. I also had the opportunity to enjoy lunch during my visit, and the food was delicious! The best part of my tour, however, was meeting the staff. Everyone I encountered was kind, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. You can tell that the residents are genuinely cared for. During my visit, I witnessed a fun Disney-themed event for the residents, including a best-dressed contest. One couple dressed as Mary Poppins and Bert from Mary Poppins, and they won first place! It was wonderful to see everyone having fun and making memories together. I was especially amazed by the beautiful backyard area and all the activities available, including a bar, shuffleboard, a pool, and even a dog park. I was truly impressed!

We had an honest discussion about services. Staff was friendly and professional. The facility was well maintained

Recent upgrades to the interior areas and the roof of the complex. Reception, nursing, dining and support staff are great and very friendly and caring. There has been a change in the main admin staff shortly after the new ownership. New main admin staff does not seem to interact with residents and family members. Doors to offices are closed most There is great comfort knowing my mom lives in a place where she can be semi- independent and is safe and taken care of.

Choosing Calusa Harbour for my mom was one of the best decisions I could have made for our family. From the moment we walked through the doors, everyone made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and at home. I wanted my mom to live somewhere where she would be safe, cared for, and surrounded by people who genuinely care about their residents—and Calusa has been exactly that. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, and they always treat my mom with respect and compassion. There is so much for her to enjoy, from the activities and social events to the beautiful waterfront setting. I love knowing that she has opportunities to stay active, meet new people, and truly enjoy this chapter of her life. As a daughter, having peace of mind knowing my mom is happy and well cared for means everything to me. I would absolutely recommend Calusa Harbour to any family looking for a wonderful place for their loved one to call home. ??

5 across the board. The food might go 4, but I also understand the challenge of institutional food service having worked in the industry. Our original impression came from a visit the day after we had that terrible snowstorm that turned into snow Crete. The facility director was out with the maintenance people shoveling snow that made a huge impression on me as far as what the leadership was like in the organization. Everyone is always friendly and always helpful. My mother-in-law, who's the resident can be a challenge and they have made her feel welcome and we know she's safe and that is worth every penny of what we pay

The staff are lovely, the residents are friendly and my father's apartment is very nice. The food is lack luster though and my father's an amputee and cannot use grinder salt and pepper grinders. It would be nice if they had shakers.

My parents moved in [date removed]. So far it has been a very good experience. Everyone was very helpful. The unit was very clean. They have been going to the clubhouse for breakfast and enjoy it. My dad is taking the exercise classes. That makes me very happy.

The staff is friendly and caring. [name removed] is very happy there. They have a good variety of food on the menu. When I have been there during meal times, [name removed] is obviously enjoying her food. We have a camera in her bedroom, so we can see how she is cared for. Several of the aides give her a hug good night when they put her to bed. Others tease her with her stuffed animals as she is going to bed, which she laughs at. Another, tickles her feet when she doesn't want to get up in the morning, which she thinks is funny; then she will get up. Everyone has been kind to her. [name removed] is only in her room to sleep. They keep her in any of the main activity rooms. She likes the games and movies that they play. Sometimes she just walks around the main hallways to see what is going on in other areas. When we had concerns about situations regarding [name removed], they have made the changes we asked for. It has been a good experience for all of us.

Overall I would say 5 stars! In our situation we had to make the decision rather quickly so we had many questions that were promptly answered. Staff have been very solicitous to all of us and make every effort to get to know my mother as well as the extended family! It's still an adjustment for my mother as she gradually becomes familiar with activities etc. There are daily activities and what I find welcoming is that family members are welcome to participate. The dining room staff are very reliable in assisting the residents. Any staff that I have encountered are very friendly. Of note [name removed] , who offers valued guidance, the front desk staff that help us navigate new surroundings, [name removed] who warmly welcome us to the Gables!

The staff and residents are very friendly their rates are average and they have a lot of services and amenities for our mother to enjoy living there.

The staff is great! They make you feel like you have known them forever. The people (residents) are also very friendly. While I have been busy unpacking, I have not had a chance to participate in the activities yet. Did watch paet of an exercise class while visiting the office one and plan to start this week with those. There are so many things to do covering a large selection to choose from. The apartments are smaller than my over 1800 sq ft house, but I am adjusting. The closets are so big I think I could live in one.

After 26 years in the healthcare industry, I’ve had the opportunity to see many senior living communities, and Coral Oaks is one that I can wholeheartedly recommend. Over the years, I’ve had many friends and their families come to me when they needed help finding the right place for themselves or a loved one. Coral Oaks is always one of the first communities I recommend—and I do so with complete confidence. What means the most to me is hearing from my friends afterward and having them tell me how happy they are that I guided them to Coral Oaks.
