Caring and Welcoming to all. Professional staff, and a terrific activities acumen. As a professional in the industry, I am always impressed when I visit my aunt at Kessler Estates. The staff is very involved and truly cares for each resident. It is a beautiful community that does it's very best at catering to each of its resident's specific needs. This community is always spotless and very bright and cheery. The activities schedule is diverse, engaging, and well attended by the residents, including my aunt.

To be honest, we did not think there was anything wrong with Olympics West, but my husband and I would not have chosen Olympics West. Our sister-in-law however, felt very comfortable there. I think she felt a sense of HOME there and maybe a place that was not overly fancy or slick. and of course, the price appealed to my SIL. From a Customer Service perspective, [name removed] was a great host for our first time being there. I would give that experience a 5. After [name removed] moved in, we did find that some of the things we thought we were promised in the meeting with [name removed] did not come to fruition. Examples being hanging up pictures, speed with which TVs were hooked up, providing blinds for the windows, etc. apparently some of those services are provided for assisted living, or that's the explanation we were given, and we had put [Name removed] in independent living. But all the staff is extremely nice and easy to work with.

It's a nice clean, and beautiful place with excellent service and care. All the amenities and I would totally recommend!

Since my first contact with Brittany Barker I’ve been treated kindly and with the highest level of professionalism I’ve ever experienced. I’m honored to be here—[Names Removed]—the list goes on and all are amazing!

The staff are all very nice. The facility is attractive and they recently replaced all the windows and the double French doors. They also decorate for the different holidays. Another nice thing is that there is a church service every Sunday with different rotating pastors. There are family nights where you can pay for a meal and join your loved one during different events during the year, i.e. fall festival, Christmas, Valentines day, Cinco de Mayo etc. All in all, Carver Heights is a nice place where the atmosphere is like you are in a family. We have been happy since my husband moved in there.

The staff is very caring and respectful. The facility is very clean, odor free and safe with secure front entrance doors. There is always an activity going on the staff is always engaging residents to foster a sense of community.

Everyone is very helpful. Things are taken quickly. Very content. Everything I require is right here. [name removed] has been extremely helpful. Very happy with my decision to move here. Everyone looks after me.

I recently visited a Kessler event and was very impressed. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and it was wonderful to see everyone truly enjoying themselves. There was so much laughter and engagement throughout the room, which made the whole experience feel very special. Seeing everyone having such a great time really made my heart happy.

My first tour of a facility of this kind and it was a very nice place and the people were very friendly and welcoming.

My parents and I both loved the facility. It’s at the top of their list. They like the bath and 1/2 and the spaciousness of the floors.

The staff is very friendly and my sister had an apartment that was on the first floor and very close to all the activities. With her compromised mentation, it was important that she was able to navigate without any difficulty. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Our questions were answered and we feel that the services provided would meet our needs.

The tour was very complete and any questions I had were answered right away. The host was not pushy, and did convey his genuine joy in working there.

The rooms are small, but it makes sense, we ate there a few times the food was good. Service was good. My mom is pretty picky so she hasn't complained yet that's a good sign. She's also very demanding and the staff has been doing a good job taking care of her. The nurses and staff are friendly and the maintenance guy has been a big help with the things like TV remotes and other things that can be a problem if they're not attended to right away.

I would rate them a five on everything. A couple things to note is that the administrative staff is really helpful there. They have a lot of activities and they include my dad all the time which I love. The staff is very friendly.

Staff, especially the health services director are warm, caring and responsive. Facility and my family member's room are clean and well maintained.

They have a good routine of gathering the residents together instead of them being in their rooms. The common areas are busy, live entertainment often and a fabulous staff. I would absolutely recommend

I absolutely love living at Oak Hill Terrace! The people here are so friendly and welcoming, it truly feels like home. The food is delicious, it’s just like eating at a fine dining restaurant. I enjoy all the activities, but my favorite times are when we all get together as a big group for events. There’s always something fun going on, and it’s such a joy to be part of such a caring community.

I truly would give each one a 5. We feel so blessed to have found the Arboretum. My mom still lives there. In Oct 2025 my dad entered assisted living and hospice there. The care was absolutely outstanding. The nurses were very attentive to him and gave his pain meds at the precise times. I've heard so many horror stories about senior care facilities but the Arboretum staff are simply angels. My mom continues to live there. She gets out often in the lobby to spend time with people. This has greatly eased her grief after the passing of my dad and their 63 year marriage. The facility is beautiful, both lobbies and apartments. The food staff is very friendly and welcoming and it tastes great. It is always clean and feels so safe. Thanks for providing such excellent t senior services in a world that needs more of you!
