The food was really good. I only had it once, but Richard enjoyed the food. They are when he could eat. He didn't go to a lot of the activities cause he was too sick but their staff and everyone was very friendly and very helpful and if I have to go to an assisted-living, I have really thought about going there.

My sister and I had a very informative and fun meeting with [name removed] yesterday. She took the time to give us a tour of the complex, and answered every question we had in considering Edina Heights for our mom. There was a very happy ”vibe” there. We saw people being active and social as we walked all around! Areas were clean, open and inviting. [name removed] knew the residents by name and greeted them all. It was a pleasure to be there!

I recently toured Olympics West for a respite stay for my mother. The staff was wonderful and super helpful. I felt the staff was very engaged with the residents chatting with them and knowing their names. I wish my we would have been a candidate for their program but our needs per mom's primary provider were more than they manage. Staff was very helpful in providing information on other facilities that could manage her needs.

It was simply amazing! [name removed] was incredibly sweet, kind and so caring. [name removed] was the exact same. They both took the time to listen to my mom's needs and wants. I love all the activities they have and the residents are extremely nice.

I was so happy to see all the activities and amenities in Independent Living. Seems like friendly residents and lots to do. I'm sure my mom will love living there and I'm excited for her.

I toured Coral Oaks in hopes to keeping my mom close to where I live, what a great facility. The staff at Coral Oaks was extremely nice and made us feel welcome. If it weren’t for the last minute decision by my brother and I to move her to a facility in Illinois so my retired brother could be close to her, we would’ve chosen Coral Oaks. Again, I give Coral Oaks FIVE STARS!

“A place for mom” gave us a few facilities to visit, and Coral Oaks was our favorite! Very beautiful and such friendly people, both residents as well as staff. My mother in law ultimately ended up moving out of state with family, but we would recommend Coral Oaks as the top choice!

I recently visited a dear friend’s mother who is a resident of Coral Oaks. Words can not express how impressed I was…the staff truly cared about the residents and the facility was impeccable! The positive energy was infectious, the staff was not just showing up for work, they wanted to make sure everyone was comfortable and taken care of properly.

After years of saying he would never move out of his house, upon visiting the Pointe at DB he is open to moving to the independent living options here. He loved it. [name removed] was a great tour guide and super knowledgeable and friendly.

The size of dads space was perfect for his needs. The staff were all amazing, kind, helpful and they treated my dad like family. Dad said the food was good and the cleaning staff and laundry staff did a great job

The staff is wonderful. His room is ample for him. He says the food could be warmer. I tell anyone who says anything about looking for a place that they are wonderful.

[name removed] was very helpful and had a room available we could tour the day of our visit. We have secured the room, which will be great for our mom so she can get the proper care and support she needs.

My mother was in independent living for 5 years. She moved out only because her care needs exceed what Howard Village can provide. They do offer assistance, but my mom needed memory care. She made good friends at Howard Village. This facility attracts many local residents who are kind and caring. Her apartment had 2 bedrooms and was over 1000 sq feet. There were many activities. She favored the more informal gatherings and parties instigated by the residents. Food was ok, but used to be better. That's a problem all over now to maintain quality and keep costs in check. There is enough to eat, though. Meals are optional. Up to 2/day can be included. Good staff. Someone always at the front desk 7 am to 9 pm every day. Entrance is locked but you can exit without assistance. To enter Howard Village after hours or contact staff, there is a phone number to call. The location is very convenient, right next to freeway. The "back yard" has over an acre of grass and trees and picnic tables.

Our family feels blessed to have finally found a place that really cares about their patients and we feel confident and comfortable that our love one will receive the necessary care we have been looking for. The staff is very involved and keeps me updated on changes with my Mom. They make sure she gets out of her room and socializes on a regular basis.

They keep everything clean. The stuff is so caring and nice. A lot of activities. They try to get everyone involved. I would recommend to others.

My husband and I were very impress with the facility, and are interested in making it our future home. We have a second appointment to view the facility with our sons on the [date removed].

Placement went well. I would highly recommend Stratford Court. Staff is caring, compassionate & very accommodating. Staff is caring & attentive, also kind & compassionate. The facility is spotless with lots of activities for residents. The monthly fee includes transportation to appointments within 10 miles & laundry. The Director & staff are responsible &accessible to residents and visitors. I would definitely recommend this community to others. I looked at several communities in the area and this was, by far, the best one.

They were very quick to respond and locate the best place for my mom. Everyone was very friendly and took a stressful situation and made it easy. The location that my mom is in is a wonderful facility. It's very clean. The staff is helpful. The food is awesome and they allow her puppy to be with her, which is wonderful. I couldn't be more happy. Thank you. I would highly recommend the facility to friends and family and others.

The apartment size is great. Staff is lovely and know our names. Reception is in the center and see everyone going to and from which is very helpful. Residents are all happy and friendly. We are very happy with our choice of The Gardens.
