Friendly, attentive staff. Had a few glitches at the beginning but were promptly resolved. Clean building, and apartments. The facility offers a lot of activities and services. Residents I've met so far truly enjoy living at Magnolia Springs.

Overall the facility is very clean. The apt is a livable size with very nice kitchen and bathroom. Helpful staff. Activities are also good with a wide variety. Dining is also very good. I like the idea of an on site MD. Weekly cleaning helpful. My only recommendation is to have a washer a d dryer in each unit.

All the workers are very personable and seem to genuinely care.

Move in day was a little rough as the apartment had not been cleaned. It took a few weeks to make [name removed] understand that she had to call for any needs, they don't routinely just drop by in assisted living. They offer many activities. Even the residents are friendly! Staff has been wonderful. When it comes time for permanent placement, I will definitely consider them!

My mom chose this facility because it's close to me and it was within her preferred price range. They have helped my mom transition which has been tremendously helpful. They are even helping her to get involved with activities which is hard for her to do.

Very good experience. [name removed] presented the facility in a professional and complete manner. She spend time understanding our needs and wants before telling us what the facility has to offer. The facility is very clean with staff and residents that present a comfortable and friendly environment. Certainly remains on our short list as we tour additional facilities. The tour also helped us eliminate other considerations at this time.

Everyone was welcoming. It is bright and inviting with a lot of spaces for residents to connect with others.

Excellent visit. Was met and the reception was warm. Immediate sense was clean, sunny & spacey. The price presented was of excellent value when compared to several others that I toured. I’ve scheduled a follow up tour.

Very nice place and it gave me comfort to have my loved one be a part of the community. Place was clean, staff was nice and smiling. The place definitely had a family feel to it.

All a 5. Barrington Terrace is a great place. My brother got kicked out for improper behavior. I certainly don't blame them for sure. Rules are Rules. We loved the place, it was very clean, the staff all wonderful. If you asked for anything, it was taken care of immediately. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Could definitely picture a parent living here. Felt very comfortable and homey. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.

The vertical toure I saw was pleasant it shows everything that you have to offer. Thank You Very Much, But as this time I am not going to be moving to Temple. I need to go to Waco my brother lives in Waco, TX. Marcia Anderson

The tour was very through. The director was wonderful and took the time to answer the endless questions we had. We left having all the information we needed to make our decision.

Welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time needed to show us everything we wanted to in order to make sure this was the right place for our mom.

The tour was very lovely. I appreciated the time spent with me. However, I am not sure if I’m ready for the move. I have a grand-daughter who is in college and I need to accommodate her as well. I’m aware of the fact that you do not allow teenage tenants. But thank you once again for your Courtesy. Merry

Great facility for my mom for respite care. The tour of the facility was great and gave me a better understanding of what my mom will be doing while she's there, the type of care she'll get and the type of help the staff can give her.

Nice, well-appointed rooms. Call button at bedside and bathroom. Well maintained facility with friendly staff. Our tour representative was helpful, explained costs and services, and answered all questions.

When entering the facility I was very impressed with the cleanliness and also how well maintained. Which impressed me right off the bat. It shows that the staff really takes pride in serving their tenants. I was graciously greeted by [Name Removed], I can not begin to express how impressive this outstanding gentleman is with the staff and the people that reside at this impressive facility. My dad and I were invited for an outstanding meal. Followed by a tour of the apartment which would fit my father's needs perfectly. My father was very receptive to moving in. Which I thought was going to be a hard sell to him. But to my surprise he felt that he could comfortably live at hay creek. The only issue we are having is he wants to prove to me and himself that he can manage on his own at home after losing his loved one. Also the money aspect he doesn't have a lot so we are going to play a few cards out first. But more than likely I fore see my dad ending up at Hay Creek.
