What we like the most about the community is how clean it is as well as the the friendly staff members. Yes, I would highly recommend The Estates at West End community to other families based on the experience so far.

Great location! Looking for a place for dad that was close to our home and I think we found it with Oak Hill Terrace. Upon entry, staff was very friendly and attentive and had a great rapport with the residents. I enjoyed seeing residents sitting around the fireplace participating and having fun in a group chat activity. Our tour guide, [name removed], answered all our questions and showed us the community. We looked at various apartments that fit my dad's needs and love the fact that he can transition from independent to assisted living if and when the time comes. My dad loves activities and this place offers so many!

I truly enjoy living at Oak Hill Terrace. The food is good, the staff is kind and caring, and the residents are welcoming and friendly—it really feels like a true community. I love my spacious apartment, which gives me plenty of room to feel comfortable and at home. I also enjoy all the activities offered, which keep life fun, engaging, and social. I’m very happy to call Oak Hill Terrace my home.

What a wonderful community. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. I had the opportunity to speak with some of the residents along my tour and they genuinely seemed to love living there. I toured around lunch time and the food smelt amazing. I am amazed in the amount of activities offered throughout the day

Oak Hill Terrace is such a great place! The care is wonderful, the food is delicious, and the staff is incredibly kind and caring! The residents are friendly and it truly feels like a warm welcoming community! You can tell how much everyone cares here. Highly recommend!

I had a good experience visiting Oak Hill Terrace Senior Living. The community felt clean and welcoming. The common areas were bright and well cared for, and it seemed like a place where residents actually spend time together and stay active. I also liked that they offer different levels of care, so people don’t necessarily have to move again if their needs change.

My Father and I met with [name removed]. We had a great discussion on what Magnolia offers. The tour was great and we met Chef [name removed]- my Dad emphasized how important food is to he and my Mom. Chef mad a sugar cream pie for my parents - which they thoroughly enjoyed! We are definitely considering Magnolia for the assisted living needs for my parents.

The community was clean. The staff were friendly and inviting. They did a great job educating us on assisted living services. The welcoming committee was current residents excited to welcome us into the community. I am excited to have dad join the community!

[name removed] was very nice and told me all about the facility. The food was delicious, and the residents that I sat with for dinner were nice and interesting. The room we looked at was the right size for me, but the biggest problem I had with the whole place was the lack of air conditioning. The price of the room had just been increased, which caused me some concern. Being on a fixed budget scares me a little bit. Overall, the facility is seen as a possible place to live when I decide to take advantage of such a place.

5 on all and 4 on the food, there is a bit of room to improve on that one. The first time mom was there for a few days. [name removed], the director, introduced her to a resident woman who was the "welcoming committee " and made sure she got involved with activities and also filled her in on the ins and outs. Her second visit there, she fit right in and was happy to be there. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The best number -5 2. Very, very clean.-5 3. Very friendly staff and population of people. -5 4. Care I'm an independent living so I can't really comment. Care is OK for me. 5. food excellent.- 6. The activities director is excellent. If you're bored here it's your fault always something you can find to do.-5 After visiting several several places here in this area, I found that this was my best bet for the money. I'm very very happy here. It's been a wonderful place for me. I have made so many friends and plan to stay.

It appears to be an excellent facility. I believe my friend could be well taken care of at Barrington and happy there as well.

Beautiful views! We enjoyed lunch and met some residents there… once my house is sold i’m trading my canal view for the caloosahatchee river.

My aunt is a resident here and this facility is fantastic. It’s very clean and the staff is so caring. The kitchen staff is awesome and they take great care of her. I would highly recommend this facility.

Our tour guide was very welcoming and understanding of our situation. She was informative and was willing to show us our options and give us suggestions.

Absolutely EXCELLENT visit & follow up! From the moment we walked in and met [name removed], we felt immediately felt comfortable and right away noticed the clean and odor free facility. [name removed] explained EVERYTHING in detail, making sure ALL of our questions were answered, including making us aware of programs that could possibly assist in our expenses. She was patient beyond words and focused on OUR needs- she was AWESOME! We visited many places and Barrington Terrace stood out on ALL levels, making this our choice for my father. [name removed], Barrington's LPN, had one of the best bed-side manners when meeting with my father, making him very comfortable (this was SO nice to experience) and the fact that [name removed](Executive Admin/Director) took time to call me a couple days after our visit to get my thoughts and to make sure we had no additional questions was equally impressive and appreciated. We look forward, as does my dad, to his next home in Barrington Terrace!
