When faced with the situation of having to place your loved one in a Senior Living facility comes your way, believe me it’s a very emotional and stressful experience. We looked extensively at who could provide the absolute highest quality and best living experiences for our Dad. Also, having been in the healthcare industry I found myself being very selective and wary. When we found Tuscany we knew we had to look no further. The Condos are very roomy and well maintained. The staff exemplary, helpful and supportive. It took absolutely no time for my Dad to acclimate and feel right at home. [Name Removed], the Director, was terrific with my mom and with me. She did a wonderful job connecting with my mom, who was very pleasantly surprised by the experience. The facility is really lovely, the courtyards are beautiful, abundant, and very well maintained. The main buildings, where all of the activities and dining rooms are located, are also very nicely appointed. We arrived just before dinner, so there wasn't much activity at that time. We did meet one or two residents who were friendly. The activities are abundant. We viewed a one-bedroom that was adequate—good size, but with a slightly awkward floor plan. We noted that in the buildings housing the apartments, there were places where stucco was missing and other signs of possible water damage. This left a question in our minds about facility care. They also just changed management companies, which can be disruptive, though Danielle indicated that all was well. It remains on our list of viable options.

They have beautiful facilities, friendly and kind staff, many activities, food was delicious, clean and large room. From their check-in process through the time, spent there the staff was very involved, caring, thorough, & I did not worry at all about leaving my loved one in their care.

[name removed] was wonderful. She took her time answering all of our questions. The tour was perfect. Everyone was very welcoming.

The people working here are so helpful with anything you need and the people living here are so friendly. Would highly recommend living here!

The estates at the West End were very helpful. Very kind. [name removed] wasn't there but a week and a half so he didn't get a whole lot of experience there he went back in the hospital and from there he passed away, but the time he was, there was great if I ever have to go into an assisted living, I hope I can being a place just as nice. It's a great place.

Very friendly staff and residents. Warm and inviting. Clean and well cared for facilities. Lots of options for activities.

The staff are very thoughtful and caring the go out of their way to make you feel safe and comfortable. They could be a little better with house keeping but overall it was a very good experience. I would recommend it to anyone

I liked this place. The rooms seemed larger and common areas had plenty of railings. Prices seemed reasonable. I wish i were ready to sign up and move in!

Visited on [date removed] The residence was cheerful and welcoming. The apartments were lovely, our daughter is looking to moving in on [date removed]!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very nice clean facility and good restaurant service. Many activities to choose from.

Wilkenson Woods is the perfect place for my parents to live when ready to move out of their home. From the friendly staff to the apartment options… everything is just perfect.

[name removed] took me on an extensive tour of assisted living areas...answered my many questions asked my preference regarding location of room and then showed me quite a few that were available ...I picked [removed].

I really liked this facility. It wasn’t a big complex, but more quaint - which was a plus. It looked brand new, so I was surprised it had been in existence for 10 years. The guide was thorough in his tour - showing me room options, dining and community areas… and an amazing and extensive schedule for their clients to chose from. They do offer PT and OT via independent provider, but is not a “rehab” facility which really is a priority for my family member for now. Still keeping this one as a tip contender.

They are awesome! What really sold me was [name removed] , [name removed] and a young with piercings. Amazing people. Loved by the residents and well deserved. Helped me put furniture together. Very patient and kind to all. My father in law was sitting in cafeteria waiting for food although he just ate. They said no brought him more. Their patience is amazing with all patients. I would highly recommend. They truly admire all of them!

My wife was satisfied and loved the food. It is a great value for the care.

My experience with Stratford Court has been straight fives. Her room is always spotless. They do a good job on her laundry, and bringing it back on time. I actually know several of the girls that work there and they're excellent people. [name removed] who's the lead girl, has been very helpful and very supportive and understanding of [name removed]-my friend and the resident-bad attitude. [name removed], the girl at the front desk has been super helpful every time I've needed her, she has helped with getting tax papers, doctor's numbers, having [name removed]'s TV and phone hooked up. Also it just occurred to me one of [name removed]'s problems is she's very hard of hearing, so she just shuts everyone off, and people probably think she doesn't want to talk she would talk if she could hear better. And I'm actually on a mission to get her hearing aids. As for the ALF Stratford, it's very clean always, never have I ever smelled anything that is bad. It looks clean and smells clean everyone is friendly they greet you as you walk through the hall. They have a small garden area for residents to go sit. They have a library too, even though it's in the larger non-assisted living building. I warned my husband that I was going to leave him and move in at Stratford, LOL I'm very satisfied with Stratford, and used to work at the library in Oldsmar, Stratford had a bus that would come to our library and bring the senior citizens. Every single one I spoke to had only good things to say about Stratford.

The staff has welcomed my dad as part of the family. They are positive and caring. His apartment is spacious and the decor is nice. Plenty of storage areas and closets. Nice refrigerator and small microwave.
