So far I appreciate the friendliness of the residents and staff! The food has great choices daily! Apartment size and amenities offered are perfect for me!

My mother lived at The Palms at St Lucie West for 9 years, first in the independent and then in the main building. She loved staying there and the staff is amazing. You cannot find a better place for your loved one, that can no longer live on their own. I cannot say enough about the staff at this facility. They love and care for the residents and their families. They go above and beyond for whatever the needs and cares are of the residents. We got to know them and trusted them with the safekeeping of our mom.

They have good communication with family, [name removed] is treated as an individual and not a number, they prepare for her needs instead of react to her, the facility is well kept and maintained, they have easy and engaging activities for her to join, they advocate for her best interest when needed.

We had a very positive experience. Everyone involved with our sister's care treated her with compassion and respect. She felt loved by all. The only negative I would say, was there were times when they were short staffed (call outs or people who had quit) My opinion of any facility (I've worked at several myself) is the workers that do the actual hands on care are NOT compensated adequately for the work they do and care that they give. I would recommend Faye Wright to others. We became attached to several of the employees

Everyone is very friendly! I would recommend to others. The only thing that has changed is my brother is not eating the food as well as he did before.

My husband [Name RTemoved] and I are so happy to be here at Oak Hill Terrace. I’ve been really enjoying all the activities. My favorite is going to rosary with my new friends. The staff here are so kind and friendly, it truly feels like home. [Name Removed] and I both love the delicious home cooked meals served restaurant style each day. [Name Removed] especially enjoys riding the bike in the therapy area. It’s been great for him to stay active. We also love our spacious apartment, it’s so comfortable and cozy. We’re very happy to be part of this wonderful community!

My wife & I recently attended a menu chat with our Culinary Director, [Name Removed], and truly enjoyed the experience. It was great to be able to share our thoughts, and I was honestly surprised to see our menu suggestions show up the very next week. It made us feel like our voices really matter here. Another thing I appreciate is the personal attention from the staff. When Emily sees [Name Removed] and me coming down the hallway, she makes sure our coffee is poured and hot, ready for us when we sit down. It’s those small, thoughtful gestures that really make this place feel like home.

My mom is 83 years old and needing more attention of care but at the same time she's still independent. She has always lived alone for a very long time and we wanted her to to still feel that way. We choose Whitby Point because of what they are able to offer and that is independent living and at the same time assit her with her needs. Being honest most of us live very fast paced life's and need some help with the care of our parents. Sounds selfish but is true. I'm glad we found Whitby Point because they cab assist with all that from the attention, meals, exercise, activities, clinical and pharmacy needs. Outings for the residents. It's an all in one location. Don't have to worry about taking Mom for appointments getting her room attended to, laundry , meds its all here. So great full we took the time to look around and found the right place for Mom. Staff is very professional and straightforward.. Most of all she is still feeling independent and hope it continues. While we didn’t choose this location, it was not because the lack of the facility! This was absolutely our second choice and we loved it everything about the facility and the amenities available! We would recommend if asked which ones we loved the most!

[name removed] provided a positive experience for my tour. She was gracious and shared an enthusiastic welcome for me. She explained all the information I needed and answered all my questions. The facility was clean and welcoming. She also provided follow-up contact. I appreciate her time and expertise.

I enjoyed the tour. This facility is gorgeous. Loved the layout and facilities. All the guests we came in contact with were happy. That said a lot to me. By the end of the tour I was ready to move in. I was there looking for a friend. Lovely staff.

Everyone has been helpful and patient during the process. My mother has taken some time to get adjusted to her new living situation and overall, I think she is fairly happy. She loves her apartment- good size, good condition(5) and has said that the majority of the staff have been very helpful and kind towards her (5). She's not a fan of the food (3), but I think she's getting adjusted. it is very clean, smells great and friendly staff.

Staff I met were very nice. I was not familiar with this area and unaware of this facility until my search for a place for a family member. My first time to see the facility and so far a good place!

She states she is happy where she is. Feels safe and well protected. Only compliant is that she is not always pleased with the food - but I know you can't please everyone! Overall good experience, & when she asks for things to get fixed or pictures placed the people were helpful. She loves it there. Meeting new people & starting to participate in activities

They didn't have any openings in the assisted living section but did show us an independent living room. Clean and very nice staff

We are moving my mother-in-law in soon. We liked the Atrium area for her. We will see after she is there.

I’m glad to be here at Oak Hill Terrace. I’m already settling in very nicely in my cute apartment! I really enjoy the delicious meals. The staff is so caring and friendly.They are very attentive to my care needs.

Our community resource person was [Name Removed]. My brother and I toured the facility on Saturday and I came back with my sister and mother the following Thursday. The place is very pleasant, and clean. Everyone greets you with a smile. The staff is very happy here. And they enjoy working here. We were invited by [Name Removed] to come and play Bingo with our mom. He gave me the same tour he gave my brother and I. [Name Removed] is energetic, kind and very patient. My mom felt comfortable and liked the people at this place. We had lunch at Tiffany’s and were surprised how delicious and reasonable the food was. [Name Removed] came back to get us and told us the food was complementary. I would highly recommend this place for not only my mom but also for anyone looking to place an elderly person here. Also [Name Removed] showed us not only the two models, but also several vacant studio apartments.

Was impressed with the size of the rooms, the friendliness of staff, the activities and dining. I learned a lot during the tour and am very glad for the staff taking the time and the information shared.
