[name removed] took me on an extensive tour of assisted living areas...answered my many questions asked my preference regarding location of room and then showed me quite a few that were available ...I picked [removed].

I really liked this facility. It wasn’t a big complex, but more quaint - which was a plus. It looked brand new, so I was surprised it had been in existence for 10 years. The guide was thorough in his tour - showing me room options, dining and community areas… and an amazing and extensive schedule for their clients to chose from. They do offer PT and OT via independent provider, but is not a “rehab” facility which really is a priority for my family member for now. Still keeping this one as a tip contender.

They are awesome! What really sold me was [name removed] , [name removed] and a young with piercings. Amazing people. Loved by the residents and well deserved. Helped me put furniture together. Very patient and kind to all. My father in law was sitting in cafeteria waiting for food although he just ate. They said no brought him more. Their patience is amazing with all patients. I would highly recommend. They truly admire all of them!

My wife was satisfied and loved the food. It is a great value for the care.

My experience with Stratford Court has been straight fives. Her room is always spotless. They do a good job on her laundry, and bringing it back on time. I actually know several of the girls that work there and they're excellent people. [name removed] who's the lead girl, has been very helpful and very supportive and understanding of [name removed]-my friend and the resident-bad attitude. [name removed], the girl at the front desk has been super helpful every time I've needed her, she has helped with getting tax papers, doctor's numbers, having [name removed]'s TV and phone hooked up. Also it just occurred to me one of [name removed]'s problems is she's very hard of hearing, so she just shuts everyone off, and people probably think she doesn't want to talk she would talk if she could hear better. And I'm actually on a mission to get her hearing aids. As for the ALF Stratford, it's very clean always, never have I ever smelled anything that is bad. It looks clean and smells clean everyone is friendly they greet you as you walk through the hall. They have a small garden area for residents to go sit. They have a library too, even though it's in the larger non-assisted living building. I warned my husband that I was going to leave him and move in at Stratford, LOL I'm very satisfied with Stratford, and used to work at the library in Oldsmar, Stratford had a bus that would come to our library and bring the senior citizens. Every single one I spoke to had only good things to say about Stratford.

The staff has welcomed my dad as part of the family. They are positive and caring. His apartment is spacious and the decor is nice. Plenty of storage areas and closets. Nice refrigerator and small microwave.

My mom is living her best life. Comments might include a great menu and consistently HOT food when it's served. the residents are wonderful. They were very welcoming to my mom as she got settled and I have seen them welcome other cucumbers really warmly. The population there is a good mixture between American, European and Jewish. Their backgrounds are so impressive. Many people speak several languages and had jobs that took them all over the world. It is a vibrant community. Their activities are creative and well attended.

The facility was very clean and me and my wife were able to witness some of the day’s activities which was an acoustic guitarist playing for a crowd of 20 or more residents. We then were directed into a private conference room where questions were asked and answered by us and the facilities representative. We were then taken on a tour and shown the different areas and what a private room looks like if that should be our choice for our Dear Aunt. We do not know what other facilities look like or offer as far as a memory care facility but if they are anything like this one the decision will be very difficult to make. It’s a great location that is close to family so visiting would have a regular frequency and not out of the way.

Super clean, friendly people Very large spaces Full kitchen in the apartment It's honestly the best place in Vero Beach. Friendly staff, good food, exercise room, pool, physical therapy and large apartment style living positioned around beautiful landscaping for those to enjoy the outdoors.

The staff, ranging from nurses, house keeping, laundry, front desk, dining room, personal care, administration is amazing. When an event has surfaced for my mom that required assistance the staff has been very attentive. The administration has been available to help address my concerns after hours and followed up until resolved. They have great staff! Mom loves her spacious 1 bedroom apartment. It allows her to have many of her special personal items that mean so much to her.

Everybody I have met has been genuine and caring and they deliver on what they say. I would recommend to others.

It was a very nice facility, [Name Removed] met us at the door and took us back to her office to give some basic info then gave us the tour. It was clean and well decorated. I especially appreciated the outdoor landscaping and seating. The rooms were nice and the roll in shower was perfect for wheelchair access. Staff and residents seemed friendly and enthusiastic.

The facility is convenient to a large area with what appeared to have adequate and capable staffing. The security appeared to be well thought out as well so it should be safe. The length of service of the staff implied good working conditions.

I liked the facility, the people I met, their list of activities and the sense of care for their residents. My only concerns were the cost for the levels of care especially the starting cost and we are uncertain on the quality of food other than their claims. Overall it is a favorable place and a likely fit for my dad.

I recently had the chance to help our mom settle into Tuscany Heights, a luxury senior living facility in Naples, FL, and we couldn’t be happier! The chef there is amazing, serving up a diverse menu that always impresses. There's no shortage of activities for the residents. From fun arts and crafts classes to movie nights in their cozy theater, it really keeps everyone engaged. The nurses are so attentive and professional, which gives us peace of mind knowing Mom is well taken care of. What truly stands out, though, is the staff's warmth and friendliness; they really go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. The facility also offers physical and occupational therapy, which is exactly what she needed to stay independent. Mom really loves the on-site movie theater; it’s her favorite spot to unwind. Overall, Tuscany Heights has been a fantastic choice for her!

[name removed]is fantastic ( as is all the staff). Everyone has a great attitude (even when nobody is looking!). It isn't a show, they genuinely care for the residents and want to make everyone feel welcome and at home

The staff are all friendly and super helpful and supportive. There is a great variety of activities offered for residents to participate in.

The staff has been helpful with the transition for my brother as well as myself. Staff is attentive and create a family type environment.

We really appreciated the thorough tour of the facility and the options available. Pricing and availability was comprehensive. While we initially felt awkward and a little uncomfortable with having to explore assisted living options, [name removed] dispelled a lot of that very quickly.
