Both of my parents have been residents for almost a year and they receive excellent care and personal attention. I am always greeted with a smile and hello. I get a call anytime there is a concern and the staff are quick to respond to my request. Highly recommended.

My grandma has been living here for a couple of years now. From what she tells me, she loves the community. I personally love that there are lots of activities for her to do to keep her occupied. The staff I've come across has always been more than helpful and polite. Thank you for all you do.

We picked this community because of the friendliness of staff. Size was a good fit for mom. I would recommend to others. It is also good value.

5 for all. The staff members are very friendly and always so helpful and supportive. The Calusa Harbour community is clean and currently having renovations being made. The unit my mom had was one of the units already upgraded.

Our 95 year old mom had begun to exhibit characteristics of cognitive decline, but due to the influence of business associates who were looking out for their own interest instead of our mother's, but no matter what we tried, we met with extreme reactions. We were at our wits end when we contacted the people at MSB. Every person that we have interacted with at this facility, from the beginning of the journey up to and including the present day show love, compassion, respect, and dignity to our mom, and our peace of mind cant be understated.

I was impressed every day for six months while living there with my disabled husband. Most notable are the caring caregivers with infinite patience and compassion, and the spotlessly clean facilities. But what makes this place unique is the attitude of commitment by the management and every person on staff to try to address every request and challenge presented. Highly recommended! If 5 stars is excellent, I would give 10.

When mom was unable to live alone, we started searching for a community for her to move to. We spoke on the phone and were impressed enough to make an in person visit. The tour was very informative, and all the questions we had were handled by the knowledgeable staff. We never felt hurried or pressured at all. Mom absolutely loves her new place and has made many new friends, residents and staff alike! There are lots of fun activities for her to participate in. We’re just so happy that we found Meadowmere. We feel confident that she is in a safe and caring environment.

When the employees make your loved one feel at home it makes it feel natural for me to feel at home . Moving a family member can be a very emotional time. Sometimes you doubt your decision. Sometimes you doubt yourself. The staff at Meadowmere understood the emotions and doubt that I felt. They were compassionate and professional during our transition. When the employees and management enjoy their jobs it gave me confidence in the care my loved one received. A difficult time in my life was made bearable by the staff at Meadowmere. I’m glad I chose Meadowmere for the care of my loved one.

We were anxious to move my mom to an assisted living facility, but we were immediately put at ease when we met the amazing staff and saw how well maintained the residence is. Frequent social activities, for residents and family alike, really made her feel welcome and part of a community. The exceptional care they provide has made this transition go incredibly smoothly.

My mother has been a happy, healthy resident of Magnolia Springs Bridgewater for 2.5 years. A former RN, widow, mother of four, and a woman of deep faith - she knows quality when she sees it. [name removed]is a terrific Executive Director and has continued to improve the quality of care and services, building on an already high baseline/hurdle rate. Mom is active with the chorus, takes advantage of the fitness center, participates in weekly faith services, feels a deep connection to the staff, and thinks the food is good, too! As her children, we take comfort and find peace knowing mom is where she wants to be, is happy, and well-cared for. We are grateful to all the caring members of the team at Magnolia Springs Bridgewater for all they do.

The staff is great, if something has to be addressed, it is addressed quickly. The facility is very clean. The housekeeping does a great job on the rooms. They keep residents busy with activities and events, which keeps the residents active. I would definitely recommend Morningside in the West End to others.

Really enjoyed my stay at Tuscany villas. I was there for two months to get stronger. I worked with two therapists and they were wonderful and enable me to leave after two months a lot stronger. Now I go there four times a week for more therapy They were were extremely professional and very helpful and friendly

Exemplary staff, service as well as plenty of activities both in the facility as well as in the local community. Private rooms, 24 hr care, peace of mind! Medical staff visits and transportation to medical appts are available.

My father was a resident at Orchard Park. My family and I could not have found a better community. The atmosphere is warm and caring. I am now an employee of almost six years. I enjoy being a receptionist here. I am the first person anyone who walks through our door sees. So it is my goal to make sure they know how important they are to us. My coworkers are the best. The administrators, [names removed] are very supportive. And above all our residents, their families and visitors are number one. I would recommend Orchard Park at Southfork to anyone looking for a great community for their love ones

What I like most about The Horizon Club community is the friendliness of administrative staff, group activities, puzzles in hallway and lobby and people I have met. Based on the experience I have had so far, I would recommend this community to other families.

My mom is a resident at Discovery Village Vero Beach. The housekeeping is basic sweeping and light bathroom cleaning, it could probably be a little better but they are very nice people. I have not had very much need for communication, but the staff were very helpful when I did ask any questions. I have eaten with mom a few times. They give several options and the food is quite tasty. Mom is very happy with the staff and residents and really enjoys the activities, so I would definitely recommend Discovery Village Vero Beach to others.

Very nice facility and very caring staff!

I moved in about 13 months ago. My husband and I shows to take two apartments near each other and have found that it’s working out well. There were different systems in place that helped us get settled in and meet different people. I really like that there is a continuity of care. My friends complain about constant turnover. In their other places that they live. That is not the case @ Barrington Terrace. It’s always the same friendly faces and management which brings me comfort. I like that they keep things interesting, have lots of parties do lots of decorating, the activities are engaging & interesting. I highly recommend making this decision soon!

My sister was 1st the resident. As her advocate and caregiver, I interacted with the staff often. Whereas nothing is perfect, they come close. The caregivers there try, they are caring and their heart is in the right place. Generous hearts! My experience at Barrington is exactly what I anticipated and more!! The executives in charge of the departments, everybody was very warm and willing to help. The community is beautiful. It is just the right size. I loved the artistic touches and artwork on the wall. This is very important to me because I used to work at the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York City. The facility is very clean. The dining room feels like an attractive restaurant in Manhattan. When I first visited the building, one of the head nurses said “welcome to my home” with the warmest smile. That was the cherry on the cake!
