My mom is a resident at The Gardens and she loves living there. Plenty of activities, loves having her own room, the staff is loving and caring, I feel very grateful knowing my mother is safe and in good hands.

We needed to find a place for our mom and this was the best for our mom!

Observations shared with the director...Aides not having mom wash her hands after using the bathroom. Aides not promptly responding when called. Staffing shortages during meal times. I would recommend and have already with another family member. Mom's respite care was planned and completed as we hoped

Very friendly staff, easy access for families to visit, transportation is available (on a limited basis), fun activities for residents. I would absolutely recommend Ashwood place to others looking for independent living.

It was pleasure meeting the staff and residents. We toured the facility had a wonderful meal and met many of the current happy residents of the facility. With all the inclusions, It seemed so wonderful, almost like cruise ship without leaving the facility. Was visiting with my father but have already decided I would like living here when I am ready to down size.

Very nice, flexible and caring staff! Made moving easy, they worked with us even my mother needed to move in. Staff willing to step up for extra care when needed. Leadership remains available for both the office and care team.

My experience overall with Brookdale Park Place has been great. The facilities and services have been top notch. Despite a few minor issues (newspaper delivery, COVID vaccination coordination), I've been pleased with how well my mother has adjusted to her move in August 2023.

Our experience has been all positive. Wonderful facility , professional, kind and devoted staff. Everyone is friendly, the community is well cared for and they also seem to support one another. We are more than pleased, we are relieved.

A family friend referred us to the Gardens. I was very anxious about moving my dad to any assisted living property because of the horror stories you hear of these types of places, but I took a tour & eventually moved him in & it was the best decision I could've made. The staff treat my dad & all the residents with love & respect & he's very happy.

The housekeeping seems very good. Communication with the family is very little, unless you go in person and ask, then it is great face to face. I would highly recommend the facility to others.

Our loved one is very happy at Rittenhouse Village and that is what matters to our family. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who made need a place for their loved ones.

I contacted a Place for Mom about 2 years ago & within a couple of days I had 2 places to look into. I have my mom in the Gardens. Staff is wonderful, they have entertainment come in & all sorts of activities, they even have functions for family members to attend on some evenings & weekends to make it convenient for those who work.

Five Stars for Five Star Premier Residences of Pompano!! It is a very clean community, with compassionate and caring staff, good food. [name removed] is very happy as I am.

When I first toured Magnolia Springs Bridgewater, I was reminded of a 5 star hotel, certainly not an assisted living facility. After moving my parents into Magnolia Springs, I now know I made the right decision. Mom and dad are more active and energized than they have been in years and in a much safer environment. The entire staff has been so genuinely kind and loving that mom and dad have said that they feel like family. There are various activities offered on a daily basis for important stimulation and socialization. The elegant restaurant is available to residents and their visitors for delicious meals. My husband and I have eaten there several times with mom and dad and it has always been enjoyable. My parents feel comfortable asking for any assistance they may need. The staff is alway glad to help. The executive director is a very special person. It is obvious that she truly loves and enjoys the residents. Mom and dad feel loved, safe and valued at Magnolia Springs.

The friendliness of the staff is something our family likes most about the Brookdale Western Hills community, they get a 5+ !! Plus, how our mother (mother-in-law) feels so safe and comfortable. One more - the communication from the staff. The reason we gave the activities a 3 out of 5, is just because they could have a little more for the residents.

Brookdale McMinnville City Center has been a great experience so far and I would have to give them a 5 in all categories. Based on the experience I have had so far, I would recommend this community to other families.

I recently had to make the decision to relocate my Mother to an assisted living facility near me. I visited multiple places and Magnolia Springs seemed like the perfect fit. [name removed], Director, was available for any questions and provided solutions to help with the move. All of the staff at Magnolia are more than accommodating and welcoming each time I come in to visit my Mother. Magnolia provides solutions for Health Care Providers, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Pharmacy all in house. I wish we would have considered assisted living sooner, but we are enjoying having peace of mind and that my Mother is in good hands at Magnolia when she needs any assistance.

We have been very pleased with Winterberry Heights. The staff, without exception, is very caring, supportive, and compassionate. The management is responsive and available. My mom was in Assisted Living for only a few months before having to go to Memory Care. The Assisted living portion of the facility is spacious, and the Dining Room elegance and food are top notch. Memory care dining and food I gave a 4 score.

I picked this place because it checked off all my boxes. They are top-notch and I am thrilled to be here.
