The staff is kind and compassionate with their residents. They call the residents by name and answer any of the residents concerns.

We work with this community and find it to be a great place to live. Wonderful staff. Great support and yummy food. Love the family feel and fun in the community. Never had any issues and everyone is helpful!

I would say that the staff is here because they love the people not to fulfill a class requirement or something like that. The nurses are caring the CNA's are equally as caring. The leaders are over the top friendly, and they really try to make it feel like home for the residents.

The staff was amazing and made me feel at ease putting my husband there. The laundry ladies seemed nice, the few I met though some of course seemed like they didn't really love their job(kinda see that everywhere these days). The floor nurses were super nice friendly and welcoming. My husband only lived there for a short time before he passed away, but in that time communication was good with the staff. The move in was super easy. They loaned us a dolly and gave us all the time in the world to decorate the room. We moved him in 2 days later. All the moving process was easy. Once he passed, they didn't put any pressure on me to move his things out either. He seemed fine with the food, though his appetite decreased as his dementia progressed. I would absolutely recommend The Gardens to anyone looking for Assisted Living or Memory Care!

Living at Magnolia Springs Bridgewater is a happy place .... the employees and residents smile a lot ... the inside of the building is pretty and colorful. Lots of food choices in the dining room ... plenty of hot water for relaxing showers. With a push of a button, caregiver help quickly arrives. There are many fun activities which makes the days and weeks enjoyable ... from card games, to bingo, to doing beautiful art and craft projects. Frequently there are hired entertainers singing and playing musical instruments. Once or twice a week there are car and bus trips for anyone who signs up to go. There are no electric bills ... no water bills ... no heating or air conditioning bills .... no trash removal bills.

It's a good caring community. Staff is attentive. Everyone is friendly. Lots of activities. We picked this one because of the close location to family.

My husband has been a resident at this facility for a year. I have found it to be a place where the staff sincerely cares for those who are living there. They meet frequently to discuss individual care and find solutions to problems.

It was very pleasant and uplifting. I picked it because I liked the atmosphere and its a great location just steps from downtown Montrose.

I live in Alabama, but have been able to visit my older brother five times since he's moved to Magnolia Springs. The experience of the visit was very good. I'd give it a five along with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff quality of care. The quality of the staff appears to be very good. i've joined him for breakfast a few times and he likes the food, basic bacon and eggs, but they could do better on the utensils. Specifically, they could use utensils with big handles. He has a hard time holding a fork with a narrow handle. as for activities, I'd give them a three, but it's an unusual situation. The majority of the people there has severe cognitive limitations. They would not know what to do with an activity. In contrast, my brother has short-term memory losses and has lost specific blocks of old memories, but he still very sharp, for example he treats me in Russian and jokes with sarcasm. You wouldn't necessarily know. He had a memory problem in talking to him for a short time he could use more intellectual stimulation, which she just doesn't get there. The staff has been helping my brother log onto a family zoom once a week, which is great for him to be able to share time with siblings and friends.

My loved one is a resident at Bedford Estates Senior Living. I'm very happy with the service, rooms, cleanliness, etc. I think that it is a very good place and I would recommend the facility to others.

My wife and I have lived in Magnolia Springs about 9 months and enjoyed every minute. 1). Facilities are clean and attractive and accommodate our needs. 2) Staff and employees are very friendly and helpful. If we have a problem staff members cheerfully help out 3). The garage has been very useful and our rooms are comfortable. 4) Food is quite good and dining room staff have been very helpful and service oriented. 5) The regular trips to stores, sightseeing and touring the area have been excellent.

I highly recommend MSL. My Mom has been there 2 years and despite some occasional staffing shortages, Mom has been well taken care of, safe and happy. MSL is a clean, modern facility that is conveniently located. If you have to make that difficult choice for long term care, I highly recommend them.

We were fortunate for my 96 yr old mom to live with us for 15 years. But a year after she was diagnosed with Alzheimers, she started to 'get lost', first inside the house, then also outside. I had a friend whose mother had lived at MSS, and she was very happy with her mom's stay. We visited 2 facilities, and decided on Magnolia Springs. I can't say she loved it from day 1, because she wanted to go home. However, her memories of home were mostly from earlier years. It's very draining to care for a loved one 24 /7 with this disease. My brother & I felt confident in this place. The facility is bright & cheery, and the staff works very hard to make your loved one feel cared for and happy. The food is very good, the activities are varied, and the overall feel is calm. Mom wasn't always an easy resident to deal with, but every effort was made to help her settle in and adjust. Thanks to the Memory Care staff who always went above & beyond.

My Dad just loved Magnolia Springs! Magnolia staff were outstanding and he enjoyed the company of many new friends. Magnolia made the last year of my Dad's life so wonderful and made his transition from home in Michigan to a nice living space. Thank you for all you did for my dad and our family appreciates all of you!

This place has been an answer to our prayers. After our father broke his hip in April 2022, we made the tough but mutual decision to move he and our mom into assisted living at MS Southpointe. The apartment was lovely, the services top notch. Unfortunately, my father passed and our mom has remained at MS. She has flourished there and has made numerous friends and truly benefits from all of the amazing activities available. The staff are so courteous and professional and really make sure our mom is safe and cared for as if they were her family. Thank you to all the staff at MS Southpointe for all you do for our family every day.

Orchard Park of Kyle provides wonderful care and support to residents with a wide range of care options depending on need. The entire staff is caring and follows health guidelines, unlike other places we have experienced. The facility/building is maintained well and kept clean. The entire staff is top notch, and [name removed], the coordinator, made the contract and move-in process streamlined and seamless. While there are other options for assisted living in the greater Austin area, I and my family agree that Orchard Park provides the best value for top-notch care. Also, when I had to go to the hospital, my first stay was at the downtown Austin hospital which was not a good experience. My second stay was at the Ascension Seton Hays Hopsital which is less than 2 miles away from Orchard Park. It was wonderful in comparison and so convenient. Therefore, from an overall healthcare perspective, the options in Kyle, TX for medical care, therapy, and support make Orchard Park the best option.

I think this place is wonderful because everyone is so friendly and nice. It feels like home from the beginning. They have a lot to offer like a beautiful activities team, meals that are wonderful, and people that treat you like family and listen to you. I feel safe here and love it.

I am here temporary, I find the place very suitable for me, except the food which needs some improvement. Meals are too close together. I would recommend overall suitable.
