They took very good care of my mother and helped us in the transition. I am sad to say my mother passed away within 4 months of being moved in.

Very clean facility and the people they hire are all very friendly. Makes me feel that I do not have to worry about my mom. She is well taken care of.

Overall this is a great place. I'm very happy here. All the staff are friendly and the woods gives a "tree house" effect. They are trying to find help. No one these days wants to work. But .... it's important especially in dining area that it be kept clean. They're trying. This is a GREAT place to live!

[Name removed] took my mother and I for a walk through of the community and did an amazing job. The community has a lot of energy and provides a space for seniors to continue living in a vibrant and energetic atmosphere. The facilities are very welcoming and open, when we arrived the community space was being used for an aerobics class. Access to the 2 apartment complexes couldn’t be easier and the multiple access points make any apartment easy to get to. They also provide shopping carts at each entrance for grocery shuttle. We toured 3 different apartment layouts, I believe there are 6 variations, lots to choose from. Overall, an incredibly welcoming space.

My loved one is currently a resident at Birchwoods at Canco Senior Living and she is very happy to be there. The staff, I believe, is excellent. They are always willing to help. Overall, everything has been great. We are very happy with them and we appreciate them.

My loved one was briefly a resident at Stone Creek Memory Care, but everything about the experience was great for him there. I found the staff to be extremely supportive, kind and attentive. Based on our brief experience with them, I would highly recommend Stone Creek Memory Care to others.

My loved one was previously a resident at Windermere Estates Senior Living and the overall experience was great. Our biggest issue was with medication dispense and finding out what we needed to get a prescription refill on when our loved one was out of it. Overall, I would recommend Windermere Estates Senior Living to others.

The staff at The Arboretum are friendly and nice. They have lots of activities for the residents. The housecleaning is good. My dad does complain about the food. He only eats one meal a day for dinner. It's my understanding that the evening meal is light because lunch has more food. My dad and uncle moved into a 2 bedroom together. My uncle had to transition to assisted living and he was able to stay in the same apartment with my dad, which was great. He eventually had to have hospice care. The staff was very helpful in helping transition to hospice care. Overall, I would recommend The Arboretum.

We were very pleased with the care individual. Attention our father was given. The staff was attentive to his needs. ik witnessed the staff interacting with Residents. The facility was very clean and the food was good. Our father felt cared for.

We cannot rate the activities because our loved did not participate in them, but what has made The Gardens such a great experience is definitely the staff. We would recommend The Gardens of Port St Lucie to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Everyone at the Palms is professional and sincere in caring for those in memory care. They take the safety of individuals very seriously and protect them from heat problems here in Florida They provide outings for memory care residents to the beach and restaurants.

My Mother has been treated fantastically by the caring Staff, so glad for this place The physical therapists are really great. They offer many activities for the residents so there is always something for everyone to enjoy.

My Dad made such a turn around while he was at Creekside. The employees were very caring and did a great job of taking care of my Dad even with all of his needs. Everyone knew his name, which made me feel that they all cared for him.

The staff helped ease the nerves of both family and resident. They were patient and kind explaining the processes they have until my elderly uncle understood what to expect and the expectations expected of him. I love all the activities they offer and how welcoming the home is. I’m always greeted with a smile when I come to visit and they encourage him to step out of his comfort zone.

They have been wonderful in every way. I feel like my dad is getting good care. People are helpful and kind. I have no complaints at all. I would recommend this facility for any one. I love the courtyard. Me and my dad are able to sit outside and watch the birds.

Myrtle Beach Grove made my Dad feel welcome from the minute he arrived on live in day. I was worried that I wouldn't get him out of the car but the Activities Director, [name removed], was right there and took him by the hand and made him feel at home. Of course there was and still is a period of adjustment for him and me, but I know I made the right decision choosing MBG. There are plenty of activities which is what my Dad needed and most of all companionship. He was so isolated living with me. Now he is around people his age, participating in activities and he looks even better than he did when he was living with me. He still has periods of confusion with the Dementia but the staff is great with him and are wonderful at keeping him occupied. Best thing I did was to call A Place For Mom or else I may not have found my Dad's Forever Home.

My brother and I frequently talk about how pleased dad is and how pleased we are that he's at Layton Terrace. Staff is very friendly. The common areas are being remodeled and it looks great. Apartments are very nice and things are well maintained. He LOVES living there.

Overall, I recommend Walnut Creek.

Discovery Village, Vero Beach has been a good fit for my loved one and the staff is very attentive. The Head of Nursing, [name removed]goes over and beyond for not only my loved one, but all of her residents.

This was a very emotional time for me, I didn't want to take my sisters independence away, but due to health issues, I had no choice. I went in for my consultation with [name removed], she explained a lot to me, which is why Orchard Park was a great choice. When I went to sign the papers, [name removed] walked in and could tell that I was having a hard time with my decision. [Name removed] sat down with me for at least an hour and we talked about everything again. I knew then, without a doubt, that I was making the best decision for my sister. The staff is amazing, very friendly and professional. I have spoken to not only the receptionist, but the staff from housekeeping, dining, nurses, finance. When I say EVERYONE is friendly and professional. All questions and concerns that I may have regarding my sister is answered in a timely manner. This is the best place and line of care for the amount that is being paid monthly. I highly recommend Orchard Park at Southfork for your love ones.
