We are very pleased with Magnolia Springs. The accommodations and the staff have met all expectations. They've been very responsive to meeting our needs.

We have found Brookfield to have a warm welcoming and inviting atmosphere. The staff is amazing and supportive of the residents and their families.The overall professionalism and services offered best suited my mothers needs.

There is not much selection for breakfast and lunch. Supper seems to be good. This is what my loved one told me about the food.

I have been coming to Downriver Estates to visit my sister since she became a resident in September of 2023. I’ve been delighted in how the workers have been so caring and helpful as she’s settled in. I am impressed with all the activities offered and how my sister is encouraged to be involved . She is well taken care of and enjoys wonderfully wholesome meals. The religious services are a plus for sure! The physical therapy department is motivating and very helpful! Thank you so much for such a positive and uplifting environment!

I would definitely recommend Brookdale. When I told her ahead of time, that she was going to go and she could play bingo, do crafts, etc, she said she wouldn't, but at the end of the first week she was doing all the above. She made friends and told her many stories. [name removed] was a wonderful neighbor. He checked on mom a lot and sat listening to her stories.

I found most of the staff very nice. I do love all the activities that are offered. All is good!

I would recommend. I would pay any amount for my mom and there are much more expensive options, but the cost does cause a little anxiety but I feel like we are getting our money's worth. We picked this community because of the location, bright and friendly. We are very pleased.

My cousin recently moved into the independent living of the Riviera. The experience was five star from beginning to end. The staff and The dining, maintenance and cleaning teams were wonderful. Everyone welcomed him like family, his transition from home to his next home has been comfortable, safe and enjoyable. A big thank you to all the top staff for a smooth transition and complete loving care . thank you to all the residents for being caring, compassionate and loving. My recommendations is for anyone to come and visit the Riviera here in Holly Hill, Florida and experience, the overall kindness yourself.

We chose Brookdale Western Hills due to the great staff and the fact that is is a safe, secure facility. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I would recommend Brookdale Western Hills to others looking for care for a loved one.

I had an amazing tour with [name removed]. She was very informative. The community is so clean and beautiful yet feels homey and inviting. All of the staff were very nice and some of them came out to welcome me. I had a positive experience with several residents too. They were having lunch which looked and smelled amazing. An unlimited coffee and juice bar and amazing activity calendar. A few days later the Director [name removed] even called and chatted with me for almost an hour.

I like living here, it’s close to Boston so we have interesting outings. The staff is friendly and competent. The apartments are spacious and clean. There are many windows in my apartment that have great views

The whole staff of Ponderosa Lodge Senior Living Center were and are extremely helpful. The Community Resource Director was especially helpful in numerous ways. This included setting up assessments, medical appointments, good communication throughout the process of being placed, getting some furniture, and many many more things. I'm grateful to all being that this whole caregiver thing is new to me and being overwhelmed, stressed and exhausted with it all. Can't say enough of what it means to me. The staff have a genuine caring and giving atmosphere doesn't matter who you talk too. I would highly recommend Ponderosa Senior Living Center.

The staff has treated me like family since the day I moved in. I have made a lot of great friends. The comforts of home but with freedom to move through activities and accessibility to shopping and dining out as well.

Everyone is very congenial and the staff is very helpful. I am very pleased with living here. I always feel very safe. I have a lot of very nice friends that I spend time with. I really enjoy all of the activities especially Jeopardy.

I think if you need help they’re always there to help you and just to be friendly. Activities in the community are good, I enjoy taking part in left right center the dice game, bean bag and word games

When looking for a community I was looking for a community that I xouls be involved with and for socialization, dining and activities. I found a whole group of new friends that I could share ideas with, discuss literature and can be involved in many crafts.

There are a lot of positive things about the gables. I like that people are so friendly and respectful of other people. I like the service given to us. It is a nice community the staff is very pleasant and always respectful to the residents and other staff members. They always seem very happy and helpful

It is very convenient living here, the food is very good. The residents and staff are very friendly! The nursing staff is very attentive, maintenance does a great job too and is very timely. I like it here a lot!

I would a friend that, they their loved one would be happy there. Lakeside was dad's choice over the other facilities we toured. My brothers and I agreed as well. Dad likes his room and the staff. Lakeside has been under covid restrictions since dad moved in but they were lifted today so he can use the dining areas and socialize with the other residents, which he is looking forward to.

We picked this community because it's closer and more caring.
