I have been here 3 weeks and my experience has been good. The food is good and staff is very helpful and friendly.

I'm happy with Cedar Ridge and would definitely recommend the facility to others. The food is great. The staff and housekeeping are exceptional. The move in was easy and communication is great.

multiple Family members have lived here throughout the years, My aunt had to utilized their wonderful extensions of care due having dementia she was able to keep functionality with familiar friends and workers by transitioning from villa to the assisted side and finally to memory care where she was still able to stay close to friends she made in the community. Another family member loved the the independence the bus trips to the stores and Dr rides on Tuesdays and Thursdays gave her even though she could'nt drive gave her some freedom. the only thing I did not care for was The foot Dr was not with the building so he only came to facility every couple months if you used him sometimes it was a wait, But Its was great they had the option,

They have always been there for me - even after hours at times. So willing to help in any way possible. Compared to where my mom came from, there is no comparison. Top notch in my opinion. It's the cleanest I have ever seen. My mom has been in the hospital a little over 2 weeks and they drove to CMC in Charlotte to see her - a good hour drive. Always there for me whenever I call.

Great staff- newly remodeled - good community Very good, dishwasher and good appliances, nice size kitchen that fits everything you would need! Nice size bedroom and living room area. Big enough for a work desk, dining table, and couch and TV set up! Cute deck

I never imagined a senior living community could be so inviting! From my first interaction with [name removed], the sales director, I knew we were in competent, caring hands. Five Star Premier Residences offers immaculate, resort style living at a most affordable price. We were confident the facility had what we wanted in terms of amenities, but moving a loved one to a new home-away-from home is scary and our family was worried. All our fears were laid to rest when we witnessed how warm and welcoming the entire staff greeted my husband. Leslie, the Resident Services Manager and her team are incredible and they go to the end's of the earth to make sure our loved one is happy, healthy and safe. It's only been a few weeks since we joined the 5 Star Family, but we are confident we made the right choice and are excited for this next chapter of our lives.

Really, and I'm not just saying this, all categories are 5's! I love the place and my mom is thriving there. We chose Park Summit because of cost, staff, residents and location. They are very accommodating, kind and patient.

Staff is super, very friendly and responsive. Rooms are good sized with plenty of storage. Brookdale is perfect for us. My mom is very happy here.

There's a good community of people for social butterflies, there's almost always a friendly group hanging out in the lobby. The staff is friendly too. Housekeeping is good, the room isn't usually too messy but she is a messy person so it's hard to keep up. The meals are good quality, sometimes she says they're not good or too tough but usually she likes them

The staff at Orchard Park at Southfork are the most AMAZING group of people I have encountered in my lifetime. The community as a whole continues to amaze me when I need help as they are quick to respond and be supportive of my husband and I. No request is too big or trivial to them and the level of caring and compassion they show is superior in every aspect. I am very thankful and grateful that A Place for Mom found this facility to care for my husband. I definitely give it a 5+ star rating. Anyone that needs help caring for their loved ones, will miss out on not coming to Orchard Park at Southfork and seeing for themselves what a wonderful place it is.

I had lived in Duluth once before many years ago but my reason basic reason was because I have most of my family in the area.I am very pleased with my experience here. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Oak Hill Terrace, the best place to live and eat !! What I like the most here at Oak Hill Terrace is that everyone is there for each other. I love the food and the dining experience here is wonderful. [name removed] in the dining room has really stepped up and made [name removed] and I feel so welcome here at OHT. [name removed] makes every single person feel special every day. Plus I have made good friends here at Oak Hill Terrace. We have dinner together almost every night. The Oak Hill Terrace team has gone out of their way to help [name removed] and that helps me, they go above and beyond.

I would rate all at a 5! My mom is having the time of her life! Everything has been wonderful and she is being so active, well fed and well taken care of, meeting new people, and having so much fun! Being able to stay month to month in her furnished studio apartment has been wonderful! She plans on staying five months next year. (She just did three months this year.) Many people don't know they do respite/seasonal stay.

My loved one had his own apartment with a separate bedroom and bathroom from the living room. There was also a kitchenette with a refrigerator. He did not have to share a bedroom or bathroom with a stranger - a big plus!. I find them very helpful and caring with all the resident’s. It is great to have the director of the memory care unit in the same area as the residents. I’m impressed with the honesty of the staff. My husband has not had anything stolen like he did in the previous place. Yes, things are “borrowed” from time-to-time but the items are always found and returned to him. I am very pleased with this place overall.

I would rate them all a 5. It has been nothing but a great experience so far. My mom seems happy and satisfied with everything. I would highly recommend it to anyone. It is a smaller facility and the staff know everyone by name. Most staff is so friendly & helpful. It depends on the level of care your loved one needs as to how satisfied you would be. But overall, we are very happy with her care and the amenities.

We chose Magnolia Springs because it was the original facility she had selected but they didn't have an opening at the time. Their location since it was close to her doctors and closer to her home town. You were very accommodating and so easy to work with through out my cousins stay. The transition was very easy.

I live here and I am glad that I do. Everyone is very friendly and the place is clean. Staff cares. There is always something to do or someone to talk to or if I want to be alone I can do that too. My apartment is just wonderful. The food is pretty good too.

People are very friendly and helpful...you must advocate for your loved one because they have a lot of tenants to take care of and can't be aware of every problem. But when made aware, they are thorough and efficient.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Wellstead. Most everything has been great, so far. Although, I'm not sure that they have enough options for my loved one at meal time if she doesn't want what is being served. She seems to like the food, but she is also a picky eater.

Honestly, I'd have to say that since nothing has been much of an issue, that it has been quite pleasant. Kind of the less you notice, the better it is. The meals are not like going to a fancy restaurant, but not bad. The staff is always friendly when you see them, but for the most part I don't see them and things are taken care of. Like ghosts in the night taking care of business. Moving in was simple and accessible for what we needed. I would recommend this facility to others and have.
