My mom was a resident in Bridges to Rediscovery - the memory care unit at Morningside - from Nov. 2021 - Sept 2023. The staff demonstrates that they really care about the residents by treating them with love and dignity. It is so challenging to care for people with dementia but the staff at MS always did a great job, maintaining professionalism and good humor. Communication between family members and staff was good, easy to report problems or concerns if they arose. It was easy to partner with the Agelity staff to get mom some exercise therapy which she loved. Variety of activities were offered to the residents, Mom also loved the food!

Morningside Charlottesville has been a savior to me and mine. When I began this journey I was nervous and concerned. I have only experienced positive support, kindness, knowledge and patience. Morningside is definitely a wonderful option for your loved one!

My mother in law is 91 has been living there a couple months. The staff is wonderful. They are very supportive of my husband and I. This has been a difficult change for her. The care givers and the rest of the staff have also been very good. We are pleased with the care she is getting. The staff and care givers are so pleasant and alot of fun. The meals are well prepared. And she really enjoys the activities. I am very greatful to have found such a well rounded assisted living place.

Mt Arlington Senior Living did a fabulous job and made my loved one's transition peaceful. The staff are top notch and the place is so homey and clean.

My mother-in-law (age 90) succumbed to memory loss four years ago. Keeping her home was not an option, so our search for assisted care began; not an enviable process. After educating ourselves to the assisted living world and investigating viable sources for our mother's long-term care, Stoney Ridge Assisted Living (formerly Elmcroft of Washington Township) surfaced. Ultimately, it became our choice. Enrollment was a challenging bureaucratic and financial maze of paperwork and enrollment challenges. Ultimately we were able to secure residency for my mother-in-law. That was in large part to today's facility administrator's successful effort to take the grey areas of the process and change those to black and white. Those who are shopping for peace of mind, Elmcroft is a worthy consideration; not "perfect" but the facility is very clean, secure, and professional. As for the staff, we have found they are caring, qualified, and approachable. Our long-term paranoia has been satisfied.

It is very clean, there are a lot of activities and everyone is very nice.

I have done quite a bit of research on places to let my father, who suffers from dementia, live out his years. The palms at Port St. Lucie west checks all the boxes. It’s a clean, well staffed, lively yet calm place. The food is very good, the facilities are kept up very well, the entertainment and activities are fitting for the facility and members seem to very much enjoy themselves. Most importantly, the staff is kind and patient. From the nurses to the front office, I find that every is quite professional and as helpful as they can be. This makes an otherwise unpleasant situation much better and easier to navigate. I’m very happy to have found the palms at pt st Lucie west and would recommend anyone looking to check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

HC seemed better able and more willing to support & accommodate individuals who don't fit neatly into AL or IL. The marketing team was responsive and patient during the move in process; the facility was able to meet my mother's needs; it is clean and well kept; staff at every level have been pleasant, helpful and professional. If my mother has an issue in her unit, they respond quickly. Amenities, activities and meals are fairly standard but HC does a nice job all around. They happened to have an apartment available that fit my mother's needs perfectly, so right place, right time.

I would recommend it to other people looking for a place. I think it's the right size, not too big not too small. The staff are very nice and friendly. Other residents are very nice and friendly. They have consistent activities That she enjoys. They do a nice job. The food was a little rough when they lost the cook, but that is improving and that really can't be helped it happens.

The facility staff have been very good to my dad and our family, very friendly. Housekeeping is good and his room and community rooms are always clean. The move in process was easy and drama free. The meals I've seen look really good and he isn't complaining about anything. I would recommend this facility due to staff and the freedom he has within the facility to participate in whatever they have going on, such as entertainment and games. They have offered him to go outside the facility, he has chosen not to go.

They were so helpful and kind and great at what they do. Hickory Hills was amazing. They made my mom's final days wonderful!

Very kind an helpful. Always take the time to answer questions. They go over and beyond for Veterans.

Communication has been great. Anytime I had a concern, it was quickly addressed. I guess the food in the memory care area is okay. They think they can give my husband the care he needs in assisted living, so I am moving there in March to be with him. I'll see how the meals compare there.

It was the best overall that we visited. They have a veteran, very friendly & accomodating staff. Most of the residents seem very happy with their experience there. Activities are plentiful and it is very clean and well run.

I had a wonderful experience at Riviera and will return there later in life. I chose Riviera because of its location, closer to the ocean than others. Also, I love the architecture and style of the community.

My sister [name removed] chose to reside here. She loves it and is cared for very well. [name removed] is very personable and professional. It’s a great place for a loved one. Love this place and the staff. She gets everything she wants and needs.

I want to thank you for all your kindness and patience with [name removed]. You all truly have hearts of gold and the patience of a saint. Barrington Terrace was a perfect fit for my mom.

I was very skeptical in the beginning. My mother has been there for years. The staff treats my Mother like family. The Exec. Dir. goes over the top to provide the requested quality of care without hesitation. The nursing dept. which incl'd [names removed] are incredible. The team calls me to see how I am when I don’t show up to visit my mother. I would trust my life with any of these nurses! Dir. of Activities & her assistant has implemented creative activities that keeps the residents entertained & cognitively intact. Some of the most valuable staff are the receptionists. They have provided all of my needs when requested & have gone way over the top when they don’t need to. They inform me how my mother is doing on a daily basis when I call. Also incredible & consistent, the Director of Maintenance, along side him is his assistant. They are so advanced & sophisticated with technology & has provided provided so many services & care for my mother in all arenas. Thank you!

All of the staff treated my parents like family. The staff was the same each day. Management was very informed and always had time for questions. We would use this facility again.

I am currently a resident at Five Star Premier Residences of Hollywood and overall things are great. The meals are good, but the meat is often tough. The move in process went okay for me. I would recommend this facility to others.
