My 94 year old Mother went to Magnolia Springs recently for respite care after a hospital stay. Even though she was only there for recuperation they were so accommodating. The facility is immaculate, comfortable and so well decorated. The amenities and activities are too numerous to mention in this review. Most importantly, everyone on staff truly cares about the residents and pays attention to every detail. Mom came home, but when the time comes for additional care, this is the only place she would go.

We toured Magnolia Springs East during our search for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. This facility was beautiful! The cleanliness, friendliness and staff were all great. This place is like a resort! Unfortunately, it was at a higher price point than we were comfortable with so we went with a different facility.

My mother came to Magnolia Springs in 2021 to a studio apartment. My sister and I immediately felt kindness and caring for my mother. As expected there was a transition time for her. She began calling Magnolia Springs her home and told me she felt safe and thankful to be here. My mother's condition has progressed and she needed to move to a memory care unit recently. We visited the unit at Magnolia Springs and it seemed like a natural progression. We met a caregiver whose grandmother had been a resident on the care unit years ago. She told us that she came there to work because she was so impressed how her grandmother had been treated. My sister and I feel blessed to have our mother at Magnolia Springs.

The rooms are good sized and have a window with a nice view. The place has been recently renovated although the bathroom needs work. But overall I'm pleased with the facility. The reason we gave the rating a 1 is because there is no activities director at this time

We have been very happy with Lewis Park. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the residents seem happy there, too. My father in law has not complained about anything and seems very content to be there. It's a great value, we're saving [fee removed]/month compared to where he was living before. My father in law has said the food is very good, too!

I am in the process of trying to find a home for my mother. We have been exploring places for when the time comes to move her in to an assisted living facility. We looked at many places from Louisville to Carrollton. By far, Magnolia Springs is the place I would want my mom to be. The facility is beautiful and they are constantly working to improve. The director and the nurse spent several hours with us giving us a tour and answering our questions. We were able to talk to the chef's staff and even see them doing cooking demonstrations. The housekeeping staff was friendly and the place was immaculate. We had several residents talk to us and tell us how much they loved the place. It was by far the best visit we had.

I love living here at Oak Hill Terrace. The staff is so warm and friendly and helpful. I love the food it is fresh and delicious. And I love the activities and doing fun things with the activity staff.

I love living at Oak Hill Terrace. I have lived in Waukesha my whole life. It’s is neat and clean here. I love activities and crafts and always enjoy it. It’s a fun community. I have met a lot of nice new friends. I’ve lived at Oak Hill Terrace for 3 years.

Could not ask for better or more professional help than I received from your Director of Community Relations. My parents were considering moving here from Missouri, and she helped me with pricing and unit sizes and lots of other good information. She was so kind and caring.

What we like the most about the Poway Garden Senior Living community is the staff, they are very kind and they gave excellent care and good services. The food that is prepared for the meals are good. The community is very clean and the personnel is wonderful.

Oak Hill Terrace Senior Living Community in Waukesha is such a warm and welcoming community! The bright and sunny bistro is a great place to have coffee in the morning and play cards. The restaurant style dining is delicious and offers made-from-scratch pastries, and desserts. The staff is exceptional: from attentive care staff, meticulous housekeeping, to engaging life enrichment activities, Oak Hill Terrace is an amazing and vibrant community with HAPPY residents!

Community Resource Director, [name removed] gave my family an exceptional tour last Thursday afternoon. We had lots of questions and she was very forthcoming. We left feeling that we had all the information we needed to make a decision in the future. Even though the facility is going through an extensive renovation, it was exceptionally clean. The residents seemed well cared for and happy.

We picked this commuity, because of the location. (Closer to me) Pleasant atmosphere (less nursing home like)Nice place. Resort like. Some issues with maintenance.

Moved mom in three weeks ago and made the best decision. Room is very engaged and loves the place too. 10/10 recommended.

We are really happy with the overall experience at mulberry gardens, my mom at 90 yrs old isn't a fan of change but she is very well adjusted there and happy. Everyone on the staff is always very friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an assisted living facility.

I'm very pleased overall with Rittenhouse Village at Muhlenberg. My mom talks a lot about how good the food is. The value for the money is great compared to other facilities in the area. My mom's eye site is poor so her participation in the activities is limited, but the activities schedule is nice. When I am there, the staff is always smiling and nice. My mom has not had any complaints about the staff.

They were so welcoming. All Staff know you take an interesting you and try to connect you with activities and others. Provide activities outside the the living community. Morning van rides to Dr. And other needs to stores etc. A variety of social activities including church and Bible study. We have a residents council to meet with staff director on issues of concern. Many appointments have outside patios or balconies and I can stay in independent living apt when I need to have assisted living help. That was my top two criteria for choosing Duluth Heights Lodge and in the midst of the city with woods surrounding the complex.

The staff at Tuscany Villas is very professional and helpful. They went out of their way to get my loved one moved in, in a short period of time. They were very accommodating. Whenever I visit, I am always greeted with friendly smiles. The facility is very pleasant and the food is very good. The cleanliness and friendliness is great. I would most definitely recommend Tuscany Villas to family and friends.

The Forum at Knightsbridge went above and beyond for my brother. What he wanted was not realistic, they presented a solution. They didn't want to set him up for failure.
