Great staff. Had my mother at a different location and switched to Shawnee Estates. Nothing is ever perfect in these situations, but the staff is very responsive to any requests. Staff is caring, concerned, and professional. I’m very satisfied with my mother’s care.

The friendliness of the staff (seriously depends on the shift & which staff to which you are referring: maintenance, housekeeping, marketing, activities, administration, culinary, each is unique & takes on the personality of the supervisor of the moment). When it comes to the quality of care (personally, I felt over attended to & asked to be less attended, so others could better be served. Meanwhile, others were unaware of why lights came on/off {no training in motion sensors} OR remote devices for TV. Care Giving requires patience and availability! For the meals and dining fortunately, I've never lived elsewhere. The food was excellent, and offered many choices. The service was friendly, cordial, and gracious. As stated earlier, each shift takes on the personality of a leader ship. Each shift is motivated by the clock &/or the budget! With over two years and culinary background, no one that pays for three meals a day, and their package should be turned away from a meal!. Kudos to Green Tree for [name removed]! As a former pastor and chaplain who has visited many places, I have never seen a calendar, so filled with activities and special events, like that which [name removed] has provided every week since I came to Green Tree! Recommend that lady for a spot check on it right now! Great Value

My sister, who is 83, has been a resident at Magnolia Springs Senior Living in Carmel, Indiana for several years. I have watched her grow from a depressed & sad individual who had to give up living on her own to a vibrant, well adjusted gal!! She has made friends & loves the variety of activities that are offered on a daily basis. Our whole family recognizes the superior care given to her by the most attentive & respectful staff I have ever encountered...Anywhere! They support her, not only with the little daily chores she can no longer do for herself, but also guide her safety with reminders about medicines she must take & offer PT/OT to strengthen her movement and cognition. The dining room where they take their meals is lovely. Linen table cloths & napkins await the residents. The food is outstanding. And the servers always wear a smile, know the individual preferences of each one at the table, and fill a request that's not a feature items with no hesitancy. Five Star All The Way!

We are very happy here at Forum at Deer Creek. Everyone is very friendly and the food is very good. My wife and I have made a lot of friends. I would tell others looking that you will be given a tour of the facility and usually they will be able to have lunch if your meeting in the morning.

It's the place to be! Everyone is friendly. There is always something to do. It's clean and they take care of you. I highly recommend.

After a poor experience with respite care at another facility, our family began researching places that offered both memory care and assisted living so our parents could be in the same place. We now realized that “memory care” did not necessarily mean a facility had an actual program designed and implemented to actively engage dementia patients. In fact we weren’t even sure such a thing existed, but it does at Magnolia Springs East. We were extremely impressed by their program and by the fact that they not only had adequate staff, but also staff who were specifically trained in this program. The commitment to preserving the dignity of their dementia patients and eliminating the frustration and anxiety that can accompany the disease was obvious. Not all Memory Care is created equal, but there is at least one place dedicated to helping the last chapters be as fulfilling and enjoyable as possible.

I have no complaints. Nice place to live. Everyone is nice.

We moved my mom to Coventry Village independent with the idea of her moving to their assisted living when she needed it. Our family feels this was the best decision. The friendships she built and the activities she participates in is wonderful.

My husband at age 95 needed assisted care, so became a resident at Birchwoods. I liked the staff and residents so much I decided to sell my house and join my husband in a lovely apartment and I became an Independent Resident here. This is a safe, warm, and friendly place to call home. I am 83, he is 97 now.

I have been here for months and I feel like I am at home. Workers are great. They treat me very well. Love the entertainment

From my first contact with Winterberry Heights I was very impressed with the prompt, professional attention that my Mom received, but as family members we were treated the exactly the same. Every call was answered timely. Each question or concern was addressed and our minds set at ease. Mom loves having her own apartment, but enjoys the convenience of the dining room. It is such a comfort to know that Mom is getting excellent care. Most important she is safe and she is happy. She also raves about the staff and the wonderful food items. Who could ask for more?

Everyone is very nice here. I am very happy here and I am taken good care of. Lots of activites to keep me busy during the day.

My family and I recently moved our loved one to this community and we are so happy that we did! From the initial tour to our loved one moving in the process was clearly laid out, our expectations were exceeded, and every detail was looked after. If anyone is looking for a community to welcome your loved one with open arms, look here first!

My father moved here recently. He wasn’t sure he wanted to be there, or anywhere for that matter, because it wasn’t home. But now we’re about a month in, and he’s liking it more and more each day. I have liked and appreciated this place so much since well before moving day. [name removed], and all of the staff, have made the transition so easy, and have worked with us so well ~ before, during, and still to this day. It’s hard to put into words how grateful I am for them and for their patience, kindness, and helpfulness. A big thank you to all! I can’t recommend them enough to anyone who’s looking for a wonderful place for their aging parents!

Winterberry Heights is basically the only assisted living facility that has apartments and not just one-room options. That is what really stuck out about this facility over others that we had initially looked into. Also, they had/have adequate staffing. I would recommend Winterberry Heights to others looking.

Took a tour and was very pleased. Clean facility, lots of amenities and activities on a daily basis. Residents seemed happy and well-cared for. Staff was friendly and attentive. I was especially impressed with the personal relationships the staff seemed to have with the patients; treating them like family. Would recommend to families looking for care for their loved ones, especially memory care. Sugar Creek is at the top of our list.

I was a resident for a short time but, my time here was entirely surrounded by those who genuinely cared for me! I wish I could have lived here longer! My two bedroom apartment with an outside patio and sitting area was very enjoyable! The staff that worked here helped me in many ways everyday!
