My mother has been living at Meadowmere for 8 years. They do a superb job at Meadowmere with the caring, friendly, supportive, and loving staff. Now her sister, my aunt has moved into Meadowmere. Having family with you is truely the best thing. My mom just loves the activities which include bingo, happy hour, exercise, cooking class, etc. It’s a great place to live.and enjoy. Also the special events with include classic car show, luau, Twelve Days of Christmas, New Years, etc.

We picked this community, because we liked the staff, and facility. The tour experience was fantastic...no pressure, and they were concerned over mother's needs. Very caring. Unfortunately, mothers stay was short...but staff was very engaged and accommodating. I would recommend to others.

The communication with the family is great, the staff is wonderful and very caring, the nurse keeps me updated about my brothers care and any needs he might have, and always makes herself available to me for any questions or concerns that I have. She is very caring, and the Drs. and their PA have been as well. The facility is very pretty and you can tell that the residents feel at home, it's very clean, and the food to the activities have been great. The ladies in the front office treat my brother as if he is their own! I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

[name removed] is very happy there. I can't really speak for the value as I don't really have involvement with that aspect. The staff have all been great and the facilities couldn't be much nicer! Based on our experience and what we have witnessed we would definitely recommend Morningside of Bellgrade to other families.

The staff seems competent and caring and have gotten to know my loved one in the month that she's been there at Myrtle Beach Grove Senior Living. The move in was easy. The meals appear to be good quality. I did not want a shower in my loved one's room (for safety reasons) and they met that criteria for me. The price is more affordable than others. The staff requests, accepts, and acts on feedback.

Magnolia Springs provides excellent care for my mother. The staff is very friendly, caring and efficient. I wanted the best assisted living facility for my mother and I found it at Magnolia Springs.

We toured several places for my mom, and she knew this was “the one” right away. They offer a ton of daily and varied activities, and great amenities. Also, her unit is roomy and homey and doesn’t feel institutional like some places tend to. So far my mom is very happy with her choice, so we are too!

My tour with [name removed] was great. She was very informative. I also talked to the director who was extremely welcoming. The decor is a bit dated but understand they are going through a remodel. I am an artist and sad that the Activity Schedule seems to be all about educational programs, church, or self led activities. BORING!! At my place now our Activity Director paints with me at least once a week and I’m not left alone to do “adult coloring” on my phone. The Director did tell me they are planning to have more creative spaces and a room in the near future. I will tour again then everyone seemed lovely

It was far and above the best community available locally and the value for cost exceeded other choices. The floor plan is generous and well designed. The community is clean and inviting. The staff are friendly and caring. I would recommend Rittenhouse as a great place to live in Michigan City.

Room for improvement: Have someone helping the overnight secretary. Have a on site nurse overnight. I had an emergency and came downstairs for help and she said she couldn't leave the desk and there was no one here. She tried to call a security guard but she had NOONE helping her. The apartment sizes and amenities offered for the residents are great!

As the adult child of two aging parents with many needs, I feel a sigh of relief when I think of Winterberry. From the get-go, we felt cared for and were treated with kindness. I moved my father from a different institution into their Memory Care wing. My mother was still living with me, but I was in over my head. They did a home visit to find out all her needs and determine which level of care she would need, and a room opened up in the Assisted Living wing. Now my parents can visit daily if they want to, while each getting the privacy and level of care they need. All the staff I’ve been in contact with are good at what they do, and kind and considerate. Because of this I feel confidence and peace of mind.

If there are special dietary needs, make sure you do speak to the person in charge of food who is most agreeable and easy to work with. Make sure your loved one and you understand what Brookdale offers in terms of cleaning and laundry so that your loved one can be put on the schedule immediately as part of your orientation or whatever you go through as your loved one is planning to join the facility. They really do care!

I come by and visit, friends and clients occasionally, and I’m always noticing how the staff has joy on their faces and in their heart as I pass by or interact with them. It seems easy to provide an environment with good food, safety and health, but to get staff with a heart for serving others that shows on their faces is worth a lot more than money can provide. From [name removed] at the front, to [name removed] in memory care, I see heart each time I enter.

I can’t say enough good things about Morningside of Charlottesville! All of the staff I have met have been incredibly helpful, both in person and when I call. They are responsive and attentive to all family members' concerns. I am amazed at how staff know the names of all the residents they pass. Even on our tour of the Memory Care unit, they took time to engage them in conversation and it was clear that residents were their top priority, not us. Everyone seems truly invested in the well-being of each resident. The facility is well appointed and, unlike other places we toured, there were no lingering odors! It’s clean and bright. My parents take advantage of the many activities offered. The social engagement has really helped my Dad, who seems to have stabilized and improved over the past month. I would highly recommend the facility to others based on my experiences to date. I know other family members feel like I do. They have made our lives so much easier, and we can now enjoy Dad’s and Mom’s company without the burden of their day-to-day care.

This community is a wonderful place for your loved one with dementia. The staff is very engaged with each resident and the therapy provided here is one of the best around. Everyone working here truly cares about the residents and treat them like family.

I give all a rating of 5. Having been here only 3 months, my experience has been beyond my expectations. All staff personnel are very friendly and helpful. I have a two bedroom apartment. Living room is a bit small. They have several sizes of apartment's to choose from. All have washer/dryers in the units, small kitchenettes. Two meals a day, a third is optional. Many activities to choose from. Transportation is available. I am very happy with my decision to move into Coral Oaks.

From the tour to the move in, everything has gone great. The staff is so sweet and encouraging despite a challenging situation with my elderly father. They have great services, beautiful Place, lots of activities and you just get a sense that the team loves working there.

My name is Seth, I am an instructor that comes in twice a month to teach a chair yoga class for the residents. After having been there for a while now, and having such a great experience every time, I just wanted to let everyone know how awesome this place truly is! The first thing I noticed were how happy and active all of the residents are, always chatting and laughing in the lobby when I come in, and they love telling me about all the fun events and activities the company puts on for them. Everyone on the staff is amazing as well, they all are so friendly and welcoming. Beth Sanchez was (and continues to be) very sweet and helpful in showing me around the facilities, introducing me to everyone, and just generally making me feel right at home. I thoroughly enjoy every time I teach at the community and as soon I walk out of class, I already can't wait for the next one. It is an all around amazing place with even more amazing people!

Lovely facility, residents were well cared for and addressed by name. Attention to care plan detail was on point. Resident was happy, fresh hair style, smiling. Thank you for the TLC.

The staff at Sugar Creek is amazing!! Everyone is friendly, and you can tell they are all dedicated to taking wonderful care of their residents!! Thank you all for the care you provided my dad.
