Our family had an excellent experience touring Sugar Creek while looking for a safe place for our Mother. The staff is very caring and supportive and helped us through the process with professionalism and grace. Highly recommend!

My mother has lived at Mill Creek for two years -- and she was very resistant to a change prior to moving. But after a month she was won over by the caring staff, kind kitchen crew, good food, and ability to get care while respecting her efforts at autonomy. She is content within the rhythms of daily life at Mill Creek! As a long distance care giver I am deeply appreciative of the support and kindness given to my mother.

The facility is clean. The staff is great. Everybody has a positive attitude. Nursing staff and aides are great for the residents. The receptionist and maintenance people attend to the patients' needs. The private room size is adequate for a queen size bed, a couple of chairs, dresser, good size TV, desk; comforts of a motel room. Two closets and a bathroom. Amenities include community room and outdoor patio. The resident rates the food as good.

Creekside Alzheimer's Special Care Center is a true blessing for me and my family. My Dad is so happy and very well taken care of at Creekside. The Director, to all staff are so friendly, helpful, loving and caring!

We wanted to move our mother closer to where we live, so we went online and began reading reviews of all facilities. Our first choice was Mill Creek, and it was evident 5 minutes into the tour that we had found a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for our mother. It is difficult to 'hand over' a loved one to complete strangers; however, [name removed] was direct and honest when answering our questions. We were grateful for the clean, attractive and overall appearance of every aspect of the facility. The rooms are bright and well cared for, no matter when we visit. There are numerous activities for the residents, but they have a choice whether or not to participate...no pressure. It has been six months, and the consistent, positive interactions between the staff and the residents is to be commended. All staff members are positive and respectful to all residents. Overall, that is a huge factor that allows us to leave after each visit knowing that our mom is in the best of hands.

My mother has been at Mill Creek for nearly two years. This facility was recommended by a friend whose wife had lived there; he was very satisfied with the care his wife had received. When she moved to Springfield, my mother lived at an independent living facility. In the early years of her living there, she had done very well. She went for the congregate meals, participated in the organized activities, and even organized activities -- mostly card games -- herself. However, with the passage of time, her memory declined, the friends she'd made wither died or moved away, she became less and less able to handle her medications, other residents did not want to socialize with her, and she began having falls. After a severe fall, which resulted in a three week stay at a rehab hospital, it became evident that it was time for her to move to a more supportive environment, where the staff were trained to deal with memory disorders and the other residents would have a level of functioning sim

We had a good experience at Bedford Estates Senior Living. My dad was in their care from October 2021 until July 2022 when he passed away. His deteriorating physical condition made his care increasingly difficult and I feel that they went above and beyond under the circumstances. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

From the first day at Mill Creek, the competent team has looked after my mom as if she was their mom. The three women who hold leaderships roles have been there for several years, providing stability and maintaining expectations. Mill Creek provides a fun, loving, safe environment. I know my mom is well cared for because she is comfortable, clean, and not stressed,

The staff here have been amazing even prior to admitting my mom. They were always available for my questions (and I had lots). I toured many places and almost didn’t choose this one because they had activities all day. I didn’t think my mom would like that but she loves them and it’s good for her! They helped me even get her there because she didn’t understand what was going on and wanted to stay in her home. It was a difficult time and they went above and beyond and were so compassionate. I’m so glad I chose Mill Creek.

Had a tour at the community a week ago. Was a very great experience and tour. Building was very nice and very clean. Staff was very friendly. Received a lot of great information. A great place to pick for my family member.

I literately worked with [name removed] for years until we determined the time was right for Mom to make the make the move to assisted living. She was unfailing cheerful and supportive but not pushy. When Mom was ready we evaluated several places and Magnolia was the clear stand out. Their caring long term staff met with mom and genuinely listened to her and shared all the facility had to offer. She felt welcomed from day one. Plus, she really likes her room. They took the time to get to know her and pared her with people of similar interests in the dining room. (Food is great btw). So it was easy for her to make friends. She enjoys the outings and take her to all her doctors appointments. She’s happier than she’s been in years and I am so relieved!

My loved one was a resident at Cedar Ridge Alzheimer's Special Care Center for a short time. Everything was very good for him at this facility. I chose this facility because of its proximity to my residence. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

We have had a great experience with assisted living at Myrtle Beach Grove Senior Living. They keep Mom busy all day with activities. She says everyone is friendly, and she likes the meals.

This is the best place for seniors. We are treated well, listened to, and kept as busy as we can be. We have a huge variety of activities. The staff are kind and helpful. We go on outings. We are taken to Dr. appts and shopping. If one is bore dhere, it's not for lack of their trying. And the food is great.

The staff at Cinco Ranch are fantastic! Mom went in needing only minimal care but quickly declined to needing total care. But the staff treated her like family! They cared for each resident as if they were their own family member. As Mom went into hospice care, they were always there to support us as needed, and during Mom's passing they were very supportive to us!

My mother has been living at Mankato Lodge for almost a year now. We have had nothing but great experiences with the staff and residents there. My mother absolutely loves living there. Knowing mom is safe and happy is all we could ever want.

As many families, we were thrown into a high-pressure situation with little time to find a safe place for my mom to live where she could get the care she needed. We had a very unfortunate experience at a previous place and my mom was not doing well and seemed to be spiraling downward. I toured several places and chose Orchard Park -- which is working out great! They were very helpful and accommodating with all the logistics of getting my mom moved in and we had honest and frank discussions about what services my mom would need. But the best part is that the staff is lovely, caring and kind. They treat my mom with respect and are helpful with whatever she needs. My mom has improved tremendously since being there and I feel like I can finally breathe easy knowing she's in a lovely facility where she will be well looked after and have all her needs met.

I've visited many many communities, and by leaps and bounds there was never any question that this is a facility that I would place any loved one in, I would recommend to anyone I cared about, and I would want to be in myself. The facility is spotless, the staff is caring and observant above all, and as I said before, there is no lack of communication be it a small issue or a large issue. You have to have a heart to be in this business, and Barrington Trace is the epitome of being in it for the love of it.The staff, especially [name removed] goes so far and above to make sure the family, not just the patient is comfortable and aware every step of the way...the line of communication is impeccable

This facility is beautiful and clean. It is expensive, but if you can afford it I think it is one of the best around. The new management seems to be making some more improvements too.

We took a tour of Morningside in the West End when searching for a facility for our loved one. This facility was great! Our tour guide was very good. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and friendliness were great. It was just a matter of location and cost for us.
