We toured Morningside of Bellgrade when searching for a facility for our loved one. We had a great tour! The atmosphere and our tour guide were great. The cleanliness and friendliness were also great. Ultimately, it came down to price and location for us.

They treat you like family. I would definitely recommend this place. My loved one (now a resident there) picked it because of the surrounding neighborhood was nice and the furnishings were nice. Cinco Ranch also had my vote after a conversation with family members of another resident.They have gone to the circus and the casino and various restaurants. In house they do a variety of activities that even the staff participate in. Activities gets a 10.

I found [name removed], the Sales Director to be a very caring person. I think she is one of the most knowledgeable people i have spoken with about Independent and Assisted Living as well as Memory Care. I think Barrington Terrace with their staff and residences can be a great place to live in.

My loved one is currently a resident at Magnolia Springs Bridgewater. Visit a couple of times, unannounced. Observe the staff interaction. Look at the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility. Talk to the staff and evaluate their friendliness. Look at the activities plan for the month. See if the staff will encourage and get the loved one to participate in planned activities. I would highly recommend Magnolia Springs Bridgewater to others.

I picked them because of the "vibe" and sense of connection I saw there when I was touring and checking out communities in the area. Also the size seemed just right, and others seemed bigger or even fancier but with common rooms and areas too spread out, long empty hallways, etc. Others seemed too small/cramped. When you walk into The Gardens, you sense a level of activity, there's an upbeat atmosphere, friendly staff members around, etc. I would recommend The Gardens to anyone looking for a residential option for a family member. Staff, from management to med techs to aids, are engaged and create a sense of community. They treat residents with kindness and patience. It's been a huge help, not having to worry about my mother's well being and safety compared to her living alone, or even living with family when we all work and are gone all day. [name removed] from A Place for Mom was fantastic -- explaining options, putting together a short list based on my mother's needs and financial situation, and helping with how to introduce the idea and navigate the transition from living with family to a residential community. It was such a relief to feel like I didn't have to figure it out all on my own. Other referral services or sites were nothing but sales pitches or lists of articles, but working with [name removed] and A Place for Mom was incredibly valuable (yet free!).

I have toured many places for my mother! This is by far the best, from staff to dining to nurses. Very clean. [name removed] (I think I’m right with the name) was absolutely wonderful explains all the ends and outs of the facility. Im sure this is where my mother will reside. I’ve toured them all and want the best for my mom. Mallard Landing is it! Thank you [name removed] for your kindness and knowledge that made my decision an easy one!

My mother is in the middle stages of dementia, and I regularly get calls from caregivers, front desk, staff, and directors who asked questions, keep me informed, and are always looking for ways to improve service. I'm pretty impressed. They put a lot of effort into their meals. I can't read the activity section because my mother is not able to engage in a lot of activities.

I would say that my Mother is safe, happy and doing well since she's been at Downriver Estates. Me and my siblings are very happy with the care she is receiving. Also, Downriver Estates management staff are very accessible and responsive. The facilities is not that large so the staff know all the residents very well.

They have been very good to work with, very responsive to my mom's needs, and have communicated well with us. The value for the cost is good, especially when compared to similar facilities in the area. I would recommend to other families.

I'm a resident at Olympics West Retirement Inn. The staff here at this facility are very friendly. The housekeeping tries to accommodate the residents' needs (for example: I have a dog). The food is fine and they try to cater to the needs of the residents. The wait staff remembers our preferences. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Agency experience has been good with staff good communication and updates with patients front desk always helpful and nice all other staff show respect as well as caregivers helps agency when needed no complaints towards staff

I do like it here . People here are very nice staff and residents. Residents are like one big family. Staff is always very helpful. If they can't find a solution right away they will in the future.

My father was a resident at The Gables at Winchester and most everything was great. He felt taken care of at this facility. His only complaint was the food, he would complain that it was too bland and repetitive and needed to have more variety. I would give The Gables a high reference, I would recommend them to family and friends.

Overall an A rating. My loved one has been happy and well served here.

Everyone at Brookdale North Oaks is very friendly and kind. They are very competent and keep us informed of Dad's progress and status. I would recommend the facility to other families.

We had a great tour experience with Magnolia Springs Bridgewater. The facility was lovely. My friend will eventually need Medicaid in the next 4 or 5 years and this facility does not provide that. I didn't want to have to move her when that time come, which is the main reason we did not choose them.

My mother has been a resident for a couple of months now, and we couldn't be happier. She was at another facility in Lexington before moving to Magnolia Springs and it's like day and night the difference in care. The staff at Magnolia Springs are professional, kind and compassionate. They communicate with the family on a regular basis; always looking for ways to do more for their residents. It's been a blessing and a comfort knowing that my mom is in such loving hands. I would highly recommend them over any other facility. I wish that we had placed mom here first, we just didn't know how much better she would be treated here than where she was.

This community was one of my favorites. I toured with [name removed]and she was extremely helpful and informative. The residents were happy and friendly. They have a range of interactive activities going on for the residents. The building was clean and tidy, which is always a plus. I hope mom likes this one too!

We actually did a virtual tour with Kessler Estates Senior Living and it was AWESOME! The staff we talked to were so friendly and informative. We would have gone with this facility, but my mom decided that she wanted to stay in Wyoming instead.
