I recently attended an event at this Assisted Living Community, and I was truly impressed. From the moment I walked in the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming and beautifully maintained. The staff was kind, attentive and genuinely engaged with both residents and guests,which really showed the care and dedication they put into their work.

We chose them because of the location, Reputation, and Facility Visitation. I would definitely recommend this facility to other

What stands out most to me is the sense of peace knowing that my loved one is in a place where their health, happiness, and independence are supported every step of the way. Kessler isn’t just an assisted living community—it’s a place where residents can thrive. The staff is very polite and welcoming and I’m glad that I chose Kessler for my mom.

The kindness, the gentleness, how very clean it is, The LEVEL Of the CARE, the VARIETY and EXCELLENCE of the FOOD, the involvement of the ADMINISTRATIVE side of this house toward the care and the concerns of every resident. I've tried to make a list of a few of the details and areas that make this house totally totally excellent. And I didn't even mention maintenance or all the activities. I mean, they even have outside concerts !!!!! If you need care or you care for a family member and they need to be living somewhere that is safe and wonderful and happy...... please please check into THE FOUNTAINS !!! I live here and I think The Fountains is absolutely over the top wonderful !

After taking a tour of Kessler Estates, meeting staff members, hearing a presentation about who they are and how they serve our community and our senior population, I have become very impressed and know that should I need any of the services that they provide for myself or any loved ones, they would certainly be my first call! I have heard nothing but praises about them!

This facility completely blew my mind. It's beautiful! A hidden gem in the city of Lima. The staff are top notch and [name removed] made the process so smooth and I felt 100% comfortable with my decision. This team is amazing.

I really appreciate it that the staff keeps my mom involved in the activities. Bingo, coloring and praying the rosary and singing. I would recommend The Wellstead to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

The ENTIRE staff at Stone Creek are some of the most caring, compassionate, and patient people we've ever encountered in the world of long-term healthcare. From the healthcare practitioners, to the nursing staff, to the caregivers, the food service staff, the activities coordinators, the housekeeping staff, the maintenance staff, the office staff, all the way to the administrators, we were treated with respect and they treated our father with such loving care, we absolutely recommend Stone Creek Memory Care to any family that has a loved one needing a special home.

The higher level of care needed the lower the score. If you need a lot of additional help like a Hoyer chair. I would pass. There are some really good caring people there but not enough of them. If your more independent then there seemed to be a lot to do.

People, cleanliness, upkeep was way above any other places. I would recommend but they usually have a waiting.

From the day I first moved in, I’ve always felt loved, comfortable and well cared for. I’ve been here going on five years, and that’s a testament to the care I receive. I know what terrible care looks like firsthand, and this is not my experience here. I’m so glad I chose Cinco Ranch, and even happier that I’m here.

My father has lived there for one year now and we have been very impressed. The staff is outstanding. Everyone is so caring and will take time to listen to all of your needs. The Care is second to none Cleanliness of the facility, many fun activities, meals are very delicious. I would wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a home for a loved one. I especially like the fact that the resident has a switch in their apartment that is put down at night by 10 PM and flipped up in the morning by 9 AM if that hasn't been done by the resident someone is there checking on them This has given me huge piece of mind. I would rate this facility as a 10 out of 10

Park Summit has been fantastic from day 1. Starting with [name removed] from the tour, answering our questions. Their free two day stay with to experience Park Summit was a perfect way to ease my Mother's concerns and gave her a chance to meet residents before she moved in. Easy move in. The entire staff have been fantastic. In the 2 months Mom has been there she has made lots of friends, tried new activities and is even on a committee. We saw a lot of great places before we decided on Park Summit, but we are thrilled with our decision.

My Dad wasn't too sure about going to an assisted living but he just couldn't live by himself anymore. He has only been there for a month and a half. He's eating better and gets to socialize. He really likes the food there, too. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home. It's a clean facility. You can tell that they take pride in their work.

The staff there is awesome. They can answer any questions one might have. The do tours so you can get the whole picture. It is a very secure place. Residents cannot come and go without someone to pick them up, plus you have to be buzzed in and to go out. Love that feature. There are many activities all day, and they do outings as well.

The executive director is a present and pleasant woman to work with. It is clear that she cares very much for the seniors at the arboretum. My grandmother truly loves the variety in activities available each month and seems to have built some strong friendships participating in karaoke, bingo, and bowling. I, too, have joined her for some events and everyone always seems happy to be there! The place is clean and well kept with a friendly face always greeting you as you arrive. I feel a sense of security knowing people are signing in and out as they come through the door. I appreciate the arboretum for being flexible and affordable for my grandmother.

My Dad (age removed) and I absolutely love the Tuscany Villa of Naples. My Dad says the food and the staff are awesome. He has a big room and a patio. He says it's a miracle that he is there. Thank you!

Staff was very friendly, informative, knew their jobs, made everything so much easier for us & Mom. This really helped put us all at ease. In particular, [name removed](Bus Mgr), & [name removed](Mktg & intake).

They were helpful with care of my Mom and benefits that she qualified for. Staff were caring and informative. No it was a good experience and the staff that I dealt with were gentle and caring but she was in hospice care her entire stay and had meals delivered to the room and was unable to participate in the activities outside of her apartment. They kept a close eye on her day and night. provided for her wants and needs kept her clean and dry and fed. I really can't go into more detail at this time.
