My mom is really happy. The staff treat her very well. The meals look really good and there is plenty to do to keep the residents busy and their minds engaged.

What we like the most about Walnut Creek community are the activities, the availability, the kindness, attention to patients, attentiveness and the skillful employees. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families.

Terrific sales Rep named [name removed]. As well as terrific value for the money. Very good variety of activities and apartment size we got is great. The Food is Awesome plus the daily selection as they give a menu to choose your food each meal and still have basic items as well.

Hey! I just wanted to share how impressed I was during my visit to Lewis Park Estates to see my aunt. The dining area looked so inviting, and the food that was coming out of the kitchen had me drooling! I spotted some of the best-looking cheeseburgers being served for dinner. My aunt couldn't stop raving about the soup, and you have to hear about the lasagna and asparagus! She told me the cook—sorry, I don’t know his name, but he's the big guy who works at night—made some of the best she’s had in years. And coming from an Italian woman, that’s saying a lot! I have to say, the food there definitely deserves a 5-star rating!

The staff is friendly, the facility is very clean and food is good! The staff has been very compassionate and everyone seems happy to be working here. Our sister has found some nice new friends and loves all the activities!

The cleanliness, friendliness and the way they took care of our mother. Everyone cared for her like their own grandmother. We couldn't expect anything more. Great Place to have your loved one go.

Staff is helpful, courteous, caring making sure resident is safe clean and well cared for.

The staff are friendly, the place is clean, and they take great care of the residents. They have fun activities and the residents are engaged. They have family dinners monthly and everyone is invited. This facility cares about your loved one.

Unless things have changed since mother passed, they are under staffed. My only complaint. But the staff they did have were great and very friendly.

The staff at Park Summit are really fantastic. Friendly, they always remember your name and greet you with a smile. They are helpful in anything you might want. They are very responsive to your wishes. The residents are also very friendly. Everyone says hello to you and are very welcoming. Food is excellent and plentiful with a nice variety. My apartment is great. Fully equipped kitchen with separate dining area is set apart from the living room. The washer and dryers are huge. Having a separate storage room in the apartment is great. I haven't done all the activities yet but there is something for everyone.

What I like the most about The Forum are the residents are not cliquey. They are friendly and positive. The people who worked there were the same way. Except for [name removed].

To know Magnolia Springs, you just need to get to know the staff. They are the heart of the place. We came to know them in a very short time after a life-changing emergency for my mom, they responded with service and compassion, making the transition as seamless as possible for her. The facility and services lessen the burden for her. While there are different facilities, this was the best one for her at this time in her life.

From the first time I called, the staff has been great. [name removed] gave me a tour and drove to Peoria with the Don to evaluate my brother in the hospital. He wasn't able to feed himself so the Don fed him lunch. They have been very attentive here.

Everyone that I have come in contact with is friendly, caring and helpful. It is a great place for my parent to live.

Facility has been recently updated inside, and it is very tastefully done. (Supposedly their are plans for the outside) The staff are very helpful and friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. There are loads of activities, and one can stay busy for most of the day! There is one meal a day included even with independent living, which is a tremendous plus and helps get people out of their apartment. Apartments are roomy. The only downside is that the bathrooms are small in the 1 bedroom apartments. The resident population is also very diverse and of many backgrounds. Overall, we are very, very happy with this facility and would highly recommend it.

My sister in law went to Calusa to go to assisted living. The staff is caring and attentive. Thankfully, she progressed enough that she moved to the independent living side of the faculty! She loves it there and has made good, caring friends. It's been so great seeing her social and interacting with so many people after her being alone in an apartment for 2 years. We toured 10 facilities in 2.5 days to find one well suited for her and one that was within her budget. We are so happy with our decision to choose CH. The added bonus are the amazing views of the River!

What we like the most about Lexington Manor are the activities, people and the care they provide for my loved one. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families.

butchers in particular facility out of seven that I visited because it had a special memory care unit that was an isolated building separate from the main building, and that there were courtyards available for each building as opposed to the parking lot or some sort of municipal location

This is the 3rd Assisted Living Facility in Madison that my sister in law has been in since [date removed]. The care she is receiving at Coventry/Sebring has enabled her to gain back a lot of independence, dignity and happiness. [name removed], the direct of nursing is kind, caring and always follows through on requests.
