Really like the layout of the facility. The halls are wide and everything is on one floor. Facility very clean and well kept inside and outside. Bright and cheerful. Staff friendly and caring. Very happy with our choice.

I really love living here at Oak Hill Terrace. I have made so many good friends. I enjoy talking with them at lunch and dinner, especially over the good food. They serve here. The staff are kind and take good care of me. My favorite thing is the hugs I get from the ladies!

Ashley Pointe facility/staff all are very caring towards your love one. From the office staff to the kitchen help. The health aides are amazing.

I wish I could give a better score but care is never cheap and hard to afford. But for what Aspen Ridge is providing to mom we are content. We always see staff members, they are always near by, responsive and we never have to look for anyone. They always know where mom is at in the facility. After an exhaustive search of a personal care home, I finally found a place for mom (Rittenhouse Village of Muhlenburg) that she felt comfortable with, and was at a conveniant location for all family members. Staff has encouraged my mom to participate in the varied daily activities so that she isn't isolated in her room when not having visitors, and has an opportunity to make friends. I know she is checked on often because when I'm on the phone with her, she tells me that staff is currently knocking on her door and she's excited to find out who it is. I believe I made a great choice.

We found the Arboretum to be a perfect place for mom and dad. They had the most beautiful apartment available in the price range that my parents could afford. Most of all, the staff and people are all very warm and welcoming. It has been an exceptionally positive experience. I feel so grateful to have found this amazing community for them.

We have been in Five Stars for a month. Our experience has been amazing! We really like this place. Everyone has been so welcoming and supportive! Outstanding place. Everyone including the housekeeping! The best place!

With the help of caring and attentive management and staff especially [name removed], my brother is now enjoying every minute of his stay at Edgewood Point. He feels truly valued and cared for and we are very thankful that he has found a home away from home!

Administration was extremely helpful. Staff consistently reported issues so they could be resolved in a timely manner.

5 on all. my mother has been there since Christmas. she had a hard time w/the move and all the changes. she had just been released from hospital and had medical issues to deal with. the staff-all the staff-were very kind to her. staff kept encouraging her to participate in activities even though her answer was mostly no. she is now makin friends and starting to settle in. she is safe there and is very well taken care of.

I liked the staff to patient ratio and I felt like for the most part the facility was kept clean. The staff really have a heart for their patients. You just have to be present often. Get to know the staff. Be as helpful as you can to your loved one and that helps the staff.

The building is very clean, with excellent care from the staff. Everytime I’m here, the residents are doing puzzles, games or enjoying the pretty courtyard. It’s a very well kept facility. I would recommend Cinco Ranch if you’re needing reliable memory care for your loved one.

We felt the Pines fit Dad’s personality. The facility is nice. The staff is very friendly. I feel he is getting the best care there. The rooms are well kept. There are a variety of activities if the residents want to participate. We are very satisfied with The Pines on Carmel.

The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and kind. My mother on law had a suite. It was very roomy and just perfect for her. Food was excellent.

The staff at Faye Wright are very attentive. Moving into assisted living is a big adjustment and they made mom feel welcome and comfortable. The front desk is very helpful too for any questions or administrative tasks.

My Mom has been here for about three weeks. After getting adjusted to everything I have to say we've been very satisfied with the care and quality of the staff. Way beyond my expectations. When you ask the staff to get something done (move from a bed to a wheelchair, showering etc.) they don't hesitate to get it done quickly and in a safe manner. They are polite and friendly. Overall I'm very satisfied with, and happy that we chose Orchard Park for our Mom.

Carver Heights has a family friendly atmosphere. It is small which allows everyone to know everyone. The staff always have a smile on their faces and they have been working at Carver for many years. The location is a little secluded with woods all around. I would recommend to everyone.

5/5 for everything. My father has had an excellent experience at a reasonable price. I'm from out of town so I rely on them heavily to keep me informed. Facility is clean, nursing director fantastic, front office staff very friendly.

I am very pleased with my new home. Fabulous food friendly ,many perks on Dr. visits, church etc. I have even given up my car since coming here. Thanks for the recommendation.
