I recently moved my parents here after my mom fell and was subsequently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Everyone I have had the pleasure of working with has been amazing. I am very pleased I chose The Wellstead. It has made a difficult transition easier to navigate.

Everyone is very helpful and the staff is friendly! The doctor's office in building is extremely convenient and agility PT is located in the building also. [name removed] (I believe is the sales manager) is amazing to work with . After meeting her I knew my brother was in the right place!

I had some issues with my grandfather, himself, and EVERYONE has been so much help & comfort for me. I, personally, love the facility & he is slowly adjusting.( He's 98 & left his family home of 50 + yrs.)

I love living here at Oak Hill Terrace. My apartment is so spacious with lots of windows. My cat Cinder loves to lay in the sun on the window ledge. Everyone is so friendly here. I especially appreciate [name removed] one of the caregivers . He’s so warm and friendly and very funny.

What we like the most about Silver Bluff is that they are very professional with plenty of staff to help the residents. In memory care, the staff understand how to interact with the residents to make them feel valued.

5 on all. They are very helpful And have gone out of their way on several occasions. No complaints at all. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The staff seem very friendly and seem to treat my wife like family. It was very pretty and clean and the recruiter was very helpful.

The cleanliness gets a 4 in the older wings. since I do not have assisted care I can only go by those residents I meet talk that's somewhat unreliable by some. There is good communication with residents. Meals and dining is good to very good. There are culinary meetings open for sharing ideas and suggestions do make notable differences. Daily activities are plentiful and good with the weekends lacking. I personally have found a good place to live here and appreciate the staffs hard work to please us. There are local churches that bring there programs to our monthly activities that a lot of us find precious since traveling to the church is not always possible. I have recommended Arboretum to friends of mine.

I was impressed with the facility and the staff instantly when I visited. This is a very friendly / family oriented environment. My sister and I did the initial interview and tour and [name removed] was great. Every staff member and resident we passed spoke to us, some residents were so friendly they allowed us to visit their apartments to visually see the set up and how cozy the rooms could be. My mother had a delay in moving into her new apartment but we were still invited to come and enjoy the Thanksgiving meal with the other residents. Wonderful staff and they welcomed us all personally, even the chef. ? Location was a big factor, we felt right at home when we walked in and have continued to feel the same with each visit. We felt that our mother would feel at home here vs some of the other facilities. We visited 5 different centers and we experienced poorly kept locations, some with residents that didn't speak to the staff or us as we passed them in the hallway, didn't give the family feeling.

All the staff are wonderful, extremely helpful. They are really good about handing out meds. The kitchen staff is very helpful with special diets and the food is quite good. They're very prompt with laundry. There are many activities scheduled daily and the activities director goes above and beyond.

The care staff is superb. The accommodations are smaller and closer to the staff which has been a huge benefit for my wife. The costs are very competitive.

Braeswood Estates took excellent care of my friend and we became friends. I am grateful. They assisted me with everything and always had time to answer questions.

Very friendly staff. We chose this facility mainly due to the price and the cleanliness.

Small and personal facility. Extremely friendly staff. Room sizes are good. One large room is divided into a living, kitchen and bedroom. The bathroom is large.

Magnolia Springs was a great fit for my dad. The staff help make the transition from home to Magnolia Springs easy. Everyone was so friendly, called him by name and was there to help him with whatever he needed. The facility was spotless. There were so many activities that everyone could find something they were interested in. It was a happy and positive environment and when my dad was asked if he wanted to move back home he would say that was his home.

What we like the most about Ontario Estates Senior Living is that the facility is very nice and accommodating to the residents. I wish they had more employees at times. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

We love living here at Oak Hill Terrace! Our apartment is spacious and cozy. We have a great view, and love watching the birds and squirrels. We enjoy eating dinner in the beautiful dining room. Everyone is so friendly here!

What we like the most about The Forum is The staff, location, grounds and overall ambiance. It is very welcoming. I also appreciate the care they give my sister in law in the ambassador suites. I like the place so much that I recommended it to my parents. They have selected it and are moving to independent living. When and if the time comes, I may consider it for myself in the years to come.

The friendliness, care services, staff and the value for cost gets a 5+. My father was the resident at Myrtle Beach Grove. He passed away on [date removed]. He spent time in both Assisted Living and Memory Care during his 8 months at Myrtle Beach Grove. I can not say enough great things about the community. Everyone was so great with my Dad and they all loved him. It put my heart and mind at ease knowing that he was being taken care of so wonderfully. Also, if it wasn't for A Place For Mom, I never would have found Myrtle Beach Grove so for that I am also very grateful.

We would rate them all 5's. Can't say enough they have been great to my dad and us. The staff and the care they give my father. My Mom had a very hard time at first but now she is so comfortable and relaxed knowing he is happy and getting great care.
