All facilities are expensive. Overall I was happy with the facility. It is a Clean and friendly atmosphere and yes, we would recommend the community to other families.

Grand View has provided excellent communication and assistance for our family member’s needs. Availability of staff to answer questions is excellent. Family and friends are always welcomed by the staff when they visit. Such a relief to know she is in a safe place that meets her specific needs.

Staff of Leisure Park are very attentive to each guest. Community is a little "clicky" but nothing that people can't handle. Medical staff on first floor is great and caring. I've heard problems with food being lesser quality and cold.

Everyone there is wonderful. They are all so kind. The admissions coordinator - [name removed] helped us immensely. The activities are wonderful. It's a beautiful facility. My grandmother is so happy there and we are overjoyed.

I would give Brookdale highest rating I could have. They are so helpful and everybody is very friendly. My circumstances changed and I am need of more services and help. I still give everyone high marks.

Very happy with this facility. Staff is very concerned with getting guest to participate fully in whatever rehab is needed. They communicate with family directly when they feel it is in the best interest of the guest. Director is involved. He even went in the van to pick up our friend. He drops in on our friend to check on him. When [name removed] arrived they had a welcome sign made and several of the staff were there to greet [name removed].

The Palms at Saint Lucie West is a fabulous place should you need a place for a loved one. This cozy friendly facility is pleasant and clean with daily activities for all. [name removed] and [name removed] and their team are wonderful. More important the residents who live here are happy. They all look great!

I moved to Park Summit [date removed] into a large 1bdrm 2 full bathroom s laundry room full kitchen and balcony The food is excellent. It is in my opinion a Five Star Property I am still adjusting. Both so far very good Check in with me any time I made a good decision to move here. PARK Summit is a Five Star Community I am still adjusting Food is excellent RESIDENTS AND STAFF ARE EXTREMELY GOOD I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT. MOST RESIDENTS ARE MUCH OLDER THAN ME BUT ARE VERY INDEPENDENT

5 on everything! Carver Heights Estates is a great place, and she is very happy there.

The Court at Palm Aire is a fantastic senior living community! The staff are caring, the atmosphere is welcoming, and there are great activities for residents. It truly feels like home.

It's been a very difficult year for our mother physically and cognitively. Surgeries, sepsis, 3 hospitalizations, and 5 different facilities. Mill Creek has been wondeful from the first phone contact. The day mom finally moved in, when she came through the door, they greeted her by name and said, "we've been waiting for you and are so glad you are here!" Everyone introduced themselves and told what their role was. The facility is clean and staff is kind and gentle. We like that there are activities and residents get involved. They keep us informed of changes and are on top of things. Although the facility is not a quick trip for us, we are pleased and would highly recommend.

[name removed] likes living there except he doesn't like to get up early. He gets cranky! He likes having some of his meals in his room, but that does not get him out and about. I waited a while before getting him a tv and at that time he was getting out more. They have told him that they are going to have to start making him pay to have them delivered, but his only question was how much and were others going to have to pay too. He needs to go down to the dining room! I am on their side! They are very good to him. The only problem I have is that they lock the front door at 5:00 pm and I have to wait on someone to come from the back to open the door. They tell me they are considering extending the hours. Hopefully soon!

The friendliness of the staff, the activities offered, the meals, the overall experience and the professionalism of the staff, the excellent results of the therapy.

It was hard at first but our sister [name removed].Iis adjusting well. She likes the Daily activities and they take the residents for a ride on Wednesday as long as the weather's nice. The staff is very friendly and knows that she needs extra care and help. My sister [name removed] and I are happy with downriver Estates and would highly recommend them.

I'm an RN who visits memory care facilities to support patients, and in all of my travels, Cinco Ranch Alzheimer's Care Center consistently stands out with the care they provide to their residents. They make a very big deal about keeping them well kept and engaged. Cinco Ranch understands that they're on the residents' journey as they decline cognitively. They promote purpose in their lives every day; this truly warms my heart.

The most amazing experience! The staff was very active in the care and love of their residents. The nurse staff was very attentive to their needs and wants. The residents loved the activities planned each day. We enjoyed visiting and sharing my mom's group of friends. I would place another member of my family in the same place if needed.

The staff is super friendly and always looking for better ways to serve. They could improve by offering fresher food and more upbeat activities. Take the residents outside more.

My brother has been very happy there , the staff take time to get to know the residents . He enjoys the activities.

The facility is really clean, the staff are upbeat and so friendly and the room is more than we could have asked for. Plenty of activities that take place in the “living room” and the art room. A beautiful screened porch and closed courtyard,. Landscaped beautifully. Bus trips to different stores and even restaurants. Field trips to interesting places. I am so happy I chose this place for my Mom. The medical staff are very attentive. I have not worried about my mom for 1 minute since she moved it. The dining room is very nice and the meals are balanced. They even have another menu if you don’t want what’s for dinner. I would recommend this place.

The staff was like family. We could call, text and visit and get information from them. The staff made our final decision to put her there.
