They have been fine with my mom. The food is good and mom enjoys it. She can not walk a lot so going to the dining hall is a little hard. The community and moms room is always clean. The staff is good with mom and they try and help as much as they can.

I toured this community for my mother and her needs. The tour went well, and this is a nice place. The staff was kind and friendly to my family and I. The community from what I saw looked nice. and appeared to be well maintained. It was a nice experience, but their prices were way too expensive.

We toured this community that was still under construction. The staff was nice and they were able to answer the questions. They were nice but were not able to let us know when all improvements would be completed. I would recommend the community from what we saw and suggest that others seeking out the community for a good place for a loved one.

I scheduled my tour through a place for mom link. However, the person who was supposed to give me a tour wasn't working those days. Apparently they had no other person to give me the tour. I wasn't sent a packet, like all the other places did. I did walk around and spoke to residents. One nice man even invited me in to his 2 bedroom cottage. It was beautiful. He and his wife were happy there. I then walked around the outer place and there were cobwebs everywhere, and algae on the white picket fence. I still haven't gotten a tour. I felt for the amount of money this cost, it should have more interest in maintaining it. I just didn't have a good feeling. I was ignored when I walked in, it took a few minutes for them to finally address me.

We really liked there set up that it was smaller and more personalized. What we did not like was that they did not go on any life outings. Those are the things that we look for in a place. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This was a nice community. We were needing a community right away and the staff went and made room for my aunt for us on a minutes notice. This community is clean and well taken care of. The meals are appealing. They do offere activities here for participation. I suggest that other families visit this community to see if this is a good option for there loved one's care.

This community seemed a little more institutionalized than the other ones we looked at. It was clean, however it is an older building. The staff we met were nice.

I liked this community. It appeared to be very clean and taken care of. The staff does not seem to be as attentive, The staff has changed a little. This is not a secure community that I needed for my mom not to be able to wander outside. I did like the staff and the clean community.

This community is nice. The staff is good and the community is clean. They need to adjust the temperature according to the weather at times. They do offer activities to everyone. I would recommend other for the good care here.

The staff was very friendly during our tour and gave my loved one and I a lot of useful information about the community. The bedrooms seemed a little small for my dad and too tight on space. The building looked like it needed some updating as well as some new paint and carpet.

I would like the staff to pay more attention to my loved ones medical needs and help her progression a little more. The meals they provide could use some healthier options for the diabetic residents. My loved one really enjoys the activities, and I recommend this facility to anyone in need of a senior living home.

We found there wasn't enough support. I went evenings to help my mom prepare for bed because there just wasn't enough help to spread around. The food was not restaurant quality as we were told as we signed up. They went through 4 head cooks in the year we were there. I would compare the food to just ok school cafeteria. Friendly employees everwhere. Director, Office staff, and Activity Director were highly caring and respected by all. Seems staff continued to change a lot. So many directors to follow in last years. Not sure what's happening with management. Clean!! Good maintenence staff I continue to visit friends at the Orchard. A lot of really nice residence live there.

Anyone can walk in the bedrooms because there is no locks on them. My mother needs to feel more secured. It would be nice for her privacy as well. My mother really loves her meals they are healthy and well proportioned. The staff are all nice and keep in contact with the family. One of the things i really liked was the positive atmosphere that is felt here.

No one was prepared for our visit. The young lady who provided the tour was very helpful and attentive to all our questions even though it was not her responsibility to help us. Nice community. Small, which can be good. Very friendly. Many amenities. Behind in technology. In this day and age technology is important, but expensive. I was impressed that there were activity calendars every, no reason not to know what is going on. When we arrived the residents were waiting for several activities that were scheduled for 10:30. Anxious to get at it. Very pleasant atmosphere.

The layout of the community did not convince me very much. I also couldn't feel that warm family feeling that i wanted to feel when i walked in there. My tour was very quick but all the activities, amenities and meal plans were explained to me. The tour guide did a good job and was very knowledgeable. During the tour the community was up-kept and clean.

During my tour of Brookdale Medina North i had a complimentary meal that was offered to me. The meal was good and i was also explained that meal plans are available. The tour guide answered all of my questions and i was able to meet some nice staff along the way during my tour. Activities on site are available for the residents. One thing that i felt could be fixed are the rooms they could use a little more updating to them.

My grandmother stayed at Brookdale for Respite Care for 3 weeks. They were able to use her equipment. She did not receive showers as often as promised and only when she asked instead of twice a week. She had to wait for some time when pushing the call button. There were many activities of different types for her to attend and the facility was easy for her to get around. The staff makes a lot of empty promises and they tend to be understaffed especially on the weekend.

The facility is very nice and the staff are friendly. The call light buttons on the necklace is great fro easy access to help.Disappointed when a special diet is ordered by the doctor that it is not available. I think low salt is a needed addition Also gluten free is also very helpful. The communication with us as family is lacking. There was a significant change in my family member's condition and I was not notified. Definitely undermines my trust. I only find out things when I come and ask. Therapy is pretty minimal. Disappointing my family member who needs strengthening. Lots of activities available and that is great. Perhaps more variety of games . Bingo all the time get old quick.
