My loved one only stayed for a little while, but I thought it was great. It was a very welcoming community. The administration, Cindy - in particular, was wonderful and understanding and accommodating.

We’ve only been there a little while. There was a little issue with the bed linens. They could be clearer about the dietary options. We were told they offer gluten free diet options and mostly it’s just they offer guidance on avoiding gluten. The activities seem really good.

We're satisfied, but there is always room for improvement. We thought we were going to be in the small room, but when we got there it wasn't available, and they just raised. They are all really very friendly. They have a good variety of activities. I would have liked to have had more information about the rates and the availability, after the assessment, there is higher level, and that it would change after a month.

They were very nice, and very accommodating. We liked the location, and they had availability, but they were a little more expensive than a couple of others we looked at. It wasn't huge and the room wasn't as big as what we have, but it was very nice.

Overall, we have been very happy with this community! There are many places for residents to gather and socialize, like sitting rooms and outdoor areas. There is a great cheery atmosphere, with birds and fish. There seems to be a lot of activities, and the food seems good overall. The only negative is that there are only basic TV channels, and there is no way of getting cable with additional channels. Otherwise, it is a great community.

This is a very nice place. The staff is friendly and the community is kept clean. My loved one liked it there. It's a rather large community, and very active.

My mother is 89 and is in the early stages of Alzheimer's Disease. I wanted an assisted living facility that offered socialization with others and stimulating activities in a friendly and caring environment; Myrtle Beach Estates meets all requirements. We decorated Mother's room with her belongings so the space is bright (two large windows) and familiar. Mother receives excellent care including physical and occupational therapy onsite. The dining area is beautiful and bright, like all other areas of the facility. The food is well prepare, presented and nourishing. Residents choose from several selections each meal.

So far we're very pleased with how things are going at Mt. Arlington Senior Living. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and they made it a very smooth transition for my loved one. The facility itself is nice looking and clean, and they've been able to provide for all of his care needs here without incident! They also appear to have a lot going on for the residents to do, although my loved one hasn't participated much.

Overall I think they've done a good job taking care of my loved one. It's a nice looking place, and the staff all seem friendly and helpful. One aspect I would like to see them work on is their activities. I'd like to see them have a bit more going on, and I'd especially like to see the staff do more to encourage the residents to participate.

The food is okay. We’re not using much for care services. The activities calendar seems to have something going on all the time. It’s a very clean community. The staff is very friendly and supportive.

Beautiful property still under construction. The ONLY two drawbacks are it's very expensive and anyone living there would need to be fairly mobile due to the length of the hallways.

Our experience with Elmcroft of Bedford has improved significantly since the new manager and director of nursing were hired. We'd had a lot of difficulty with communication before, but the new management staff are much much better about keeping in touch with families! The facility itself is always very nice looking, and they do a great job of keeping everything clean!

Everything is a five. The community is clean and the staff is a very friendly. We’ve been very happy with them. The only concern is that there were some issues when we first moved in. The activities are all acceptable.

The community is very clean and neat. Everyone is very friendly. I haven’t seen any trouble or problems. My mom never complains about the food. It’s pretty good. I guess that it’s new for us so we’re still getting used to it. The food is the best part of the service. There is a nice outside area. They’re small pet friendly.

We have been very impressed, love the ice cream shop and the activities going until 7:00 or 8:00 in the evening. Also like the fact that an LPN is on duty at all times. I can now feel comfortable knowing that my mother is ok if I don't get to visit her every evening.

They seem to be very friendly and not cliquish at all. This is so important for a person being able to fit into their new community. My loved one loves food. We haven’t had any complaints about the laundry. It is conveniently located.
