It's been very good so far. The main reason we picked them, dedicated to memory care. Because they were dedicated to memory care, a lot of the other places were assisted living, that also did some memory care. They also had several stories about residents transferred from other places that weren't equipped to handle some of the more difficult situations, and Clare Bridge being able to handle them.

Clean, open, light

Wanted my mom here but due to the possibility of greater needs & care, they could not accommodate us. Facility was small & residents seemed to vary in ages & needs & were out & about all over; I was impressed by the security of this facility.

Even though we had a scheduled tour, no one knew we were coming. However, we were welcomed and showed around anyway. The center is clean with very bright lighting, which is great. The residents we saw were well dressed, groomed, and well attended. I especially liked the library area and the outdoor spaces. My only negative was the very small closets in the rooms. This facility is definitely on my list as a possibility for my mother.

I would like to commend Stacy and Ruth on their hard work and heartfelt care and concern for their residents, future residents and their families. Although we could not place my mom in Leisure Park at this time...I wanted them to know how much our family appreciated all they had done for us. Thank you.

My mom is very happy there. There are a few things I wasn't thrilled with. The hardware and lights in the apartment were old and outdated, and we replaced them. I would have thought for the money we were paying it would have been more updated. I get the impression that once they sold mom the apartment everyone just kind of left. I heard they were going to have an interview with her, and as far as I know that has not happened yet. There seem to be a lot of activities, but by the time they get there they've spent more time getting to and from the activity than doing the activity. There is no variety to the food, everyone gets the same thing. I would like to see them give residents more of a restaurant experience. I feel like I was sold independent living because that is what was open, and she paid quite a bit more for 24/7 care when what I would pay for assisted living is far less. They just don't have an opening, and they have not done an assessment of her as of yet. It is a beautiful facility, and the residents are friendly, it was in a good location. Honestly I kind of feel like I was bait and switched... I feel like I was sold more than I got.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. This was a nice looking place overall, but it was a little more care than my loved one needed at the time. It was a very nice place with very welcoming staff but just wasn't the right fit for our love one the time.

So far, they have been very attentive to my Aunt's needs. I think the amount charged for her med mgmt is too high, as she only takes 3 pills a day.

The service is wonderful. However there is a vast difference in the independent side of the building and the assisted side. When you enter the assisted side is shabby - there is no other word for it. its disheartening. I may still place my mom here because of all the good things that I have heard but it looks so run down.For the money they are charging - some new furniture and decorating would be a welcome sight.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for our loved one. This was a very nice looking community. They had a LOT of activities going on, it seemed like it would be a great place for a more active senior. It was also one of the more expensive options we looked at, however.

Margaret was extremely kind and helpful to us. She arranged a fabulous lunch for us first and then showed us four different resident options. We must have been there at least two hours and got a really good sense of this environment.

My mom likes living at Rittenhouse. The only complaint she has is that the food isn't always to her liking.

Very relaxing and friendly .

My mother in law was very happy. Lots of activities that appealed to her. The apartments and common areas are very nice and clean. Feels like your in a fancy hotel.

Went to Edgewood Downs instead found it to be friendly a little out dated on decor and carpeting. Ran more as an apartment complex than a retirement home. All said it was the most convenient and had all the amenities I was looking for.

This was the first place I visited where Sandy took the time to teach me about what assisted living really is. Very nice facility. Clean and feels upscale.

Nice facility, too expensive

I'm very pleased, they are very attentive. Even with the number of residents that are there. They seem to really care about the residents. They have trouble adhering to special dietary requirements. The food quality is okay, but they do not keep to the requested diet restrictions.

My parents enjoy it. My parents are happy. I wish they’d expand their shuttle service. The food is fine. The best feature for the community is the friendliness of the staff. An experience with a community is almost always a very complicated and nuanced experience to express. The most important thing though is that my loved ones are happy.

Very nice staff. Halls and rooms felt a little stuffy.
