This is one of the places I looked at when I was searching for an option. It was a nice place.

Overall I think they do a good job at Edina Park Plaza. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they've got a lot to provide for the residents here! The staff are all very friendly people, and very welcoming to any family who visit. They were greeting us by name in no time after we moved our loved one in! The place just has a very pleasant atmosphere overall, and our loved one is doing well here!

We toured here when we were looking for options. It was a nice place, but we didn't quite need this level of care yet. I really liked the amount, and variety of the activities. It just wasn't the right fit for us.

I think they are doing a pretty good job so far. The activities aren't as varied as I would hope. I don't really have any issues with how clean it is so far, and everyone seems to be friendly. It is still new so things could always change.

I am happy, but there are some issues I am trying to take care of. We do have to stay on top of them. They are on top of an issue once brought up. The community is very clean and friendly. The services and activities are good as well.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. This was a nice place overall, the people seemed friendly and the facility itself was well kept and clean. It also had some very nice looking common areas for the residents to mingle in.

Very nice. Lovely spacious apts. with New kitchens. Nice amenities. Nice friendly staff. A good option for independent living.

Liked the 2 bedroom suite, but wouldn't need such a big kitchen, just a place for a larger table for company visiting. It has a nice outside entrance for our little dog.

We toured this community when we were looking into senior living options for a loved one. This seemed like a very nice place, and it received a lot of praise from all of my family members who saw it. It was high end, but also one of the more expensive options that we saw.

So far it's going pretty well. The staff is awesome. The biggest issue we have is the food. It's not the food quality, it's more about the variety, what they are serving and how they are serving it. They had fried pickles one time, I just thought it would be more generational food, like pot roast and things, and the portions are kind of small. Though when they get it right they knock it out of the park. The ratio of women to men is actually pretty good here, there are more women but there are quite a few men as well. They have things to do and outings to stores and places. So far it's working out pretty well.

All the people at Stoneybrook Assisted Living are very nice. They are really good, but they are a little short-handed. What care you do get is good, but they are understaffed so that impacts the care that they provide. One thing that they do need to improve is the food. The food is just not great, and I hear a lot of complaints about it.

Unfortunately our loved one's stay here was only a short one, but overall I think they do a good job at Orchard Park. The facility itself is absolutely gorgeous, clean, and well maintained. The memory care residents all seem very well cared for, and their rooms are always clean and tidy. They also did a good job with the food, from what I tried. However, I would say that they do seem a bit understaffed, and for this reason I'd say that the facility may work a bit better for those who are more functional physically.

The activities that they plan are wonderful. They get people even with behavioral problems up and dancing. The food is good, and they really provide a home-like atmosphere that is very warm, welcoming, and comforting. I do feel that as time has gone on that there has been a high turn-over in staff, and I think that they are understaffed. This leads to them not getting care services done as well as needed, and I end up having to pick up the slack, and has me a little concerned. I think I am getting somewhere, but I have gotten a little resistance when I have brought this up and pressed them to provide better care and attention to my parents.

Overall things have gone well at Elmcroft of Lorain. It's a nice looking, clean place, and the staff all seem very friendly and helpful. The only real issue I've seen so far is that the dining service can be very slow, which sometimes means that the food isn't served hot.

Every time I have been there they have had a lot of good activities going on, and the residents are engaged and having a good time. I really do like the staff. Everyone I have encountered has had smiles on their faces and been very helpful. They are really quick to help out. The surface areas are all incredibly clean, but on some times when I have been in there I have noticed a mild unpleasant smell. The one area I can think of where they could improve would be to return items to the room quicker. For example, my mom right now is waiting on some sheets and towels that need to be returned to her room. Overall though I have been really pleased with Orchard Park of Southfork.

Overall I think they've done a good job at Lakeside Assisted Living so far! I like that they really seem to think outside the box when it comes to their activities, and they work hard to keep things interesting for the residents. Everyone here seems very friendly, from the director to the aide staff. They also do a great job with the food! The only real downside is that it is very expensive.

We selected this community for our loved one after hearing many recommendations from current residents. So far everything has worked out very well, and they're doing a great job caring for our loved one.

The majority of the staff is extremely friendly. I do think there could be better communication between the staff members. One of the hard things is that it is currently being remodeled. I think once the remodeling is done it will be a very nice beautiful facility.

The place is very clean from what I saw when I was there.. also the staff was very friendly and professional. in terms of value, i would rate it two stars, because I think it's ridiculous as it is outrages and expensive. My mother in-law stays here and I think she is happy, but she has been there only for a couple of months.

Overall things have gone well at Rittenhouse Senior Living. It's a nice looking place, and everyone has been very friendly. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they seem to have a lot to provide for their residents. We are pleased with them so far, and would recommend them to others looking in the area.
