They seem to be very nice. I have a lot of questions to ask. I would hope that they could set up a program to sit down with the family and answer questions. This is the first time I have dealt with a nursing home. I would suggest if they could send us a report with updates once a week or once a month, just to see how things are going. I'm sure she is safe there. She is not happy there yet but I know she is safe.

I feel like this facility is very different from assisted living. The care givers seem inexperienced. That is a concern. They tell me they are going to do something and they do not follow through. I'm still not positive that I can trust everything they say. It feels more like a nursing home. It is clean. It's just different. My loved one seems to be fine. The layout of the place is nice. They just need to improve on their care services.

My aunt really loves it at The Gardens of Virginia Beach! I have not seen the place personally myself yet, but her comments about it have all been very good. They have a lot of good activities that she likes to engage in, and the staff there is all very friendly. She is very happy there.

I think they do pretty well, they seem to really care about the people. Some times it seems they're short staffed, but it seems that is how it is with all the places, so I think it's kind of common. They're friendly and don't hesitate to help and respond quickly.

It seems like a very caring place. The staff is very caring. Everybody is very friendly. The place is clean. They try to do a lot for their residents. So far we are very pleased. The value is pretty good. The care services are going good so far. Everything has been going really good. It's a nice place. I can't rate the activities because my loved one hasn't taken advantage of them yet. It is not applicable.

Overall I think they do a very good job at Autumn Leaves of Pearland. The staff here are patient, friendly, and professional, and they do an excellent job taking care of my loved one. He can be somewhat difficult, but they've been very accommodating, and he is always clean and gets his meds on time. The only thing I'd really like to see them work on would be the food. It isn't bad, the portions are good and the variety is nice, but I would really like to see more freshly prepared items. But overall the care they provide is excellent, and I would highly recommend them for nursing care.

The staff is courteous and friendly. The facility is well maintained. There seem to be a variety of activities and my parents appear to like it there.

We looked into Orchard Park when we were looking for options. It was nice, and the people were great. But it was kind of big, with really long hallways with lots of doors. I'm not sure my loved one would have been able to find her door. We worried about her getting lost here.

Orchard Park has been great. Everything seems to be going well so far. There was one little glitch in the beginning, but they handled it and everything has been fine since.

I think they do a good job overall at Elmcroft of Braeswood. I am located out of state, which can make things difficult, but in general they do a good job keeping me up to date on how my loved one is doing. I really love that they'll send me pictures of what Mom is doing, so I know she is getting out and enjoying the activities. I have had a little trouble determining exactly who my contact person should be when I call to check on Mom, however. The facility itself feels bright and airy, and is on the smaller side, and is all on one level which I like. I would highly recommend this place, they do a great job!

They are very nice and very helpful. Everybody is just very friendly and they answer all of your questions. I would recommend The Gardens at Westlake. The facility is always very clean. They do an excellent job at taking care of my loved one for a pretty good value. Everything has been going very good. My loved one seems very happy. They offer many activities. The Gardens at Westlake is a nice community.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Elmcroft seemed like a very nice place overall, it was clean and well decorated and the staff we met seemed friendly. One thing that stood out to me here was that they had a secured front door, which might be nice for some but could be a hassle for those who want to come and go more freely.

Overall, the administration staff has been real nice. I've had some trouble with the administration of medications, which is the handing out of the medications. The food i'm not impressed with at all. The other staff is friendly but I have seen friendlier. The facility is always very clean. They do a good job at cleaning it. They do offer activities, but I have seen better activities at other facilities.

They work with residents and the families very well. They involve the residents in activities. We had a good time with them. It's always clean. The staff has been great. They offer many activities.

The facility at Brookdale McMinnville Town Center is very nice. Overall we had a very good experience, although I did find in my experience that a few of the staff members could stand to be a little more congenial.

So far they have been doing pretty good. The food has been pretty good. I don't have any major complaints at this time. I would give them a four.

The Wellstead of Rogers is a nice community. They are willing to work with you. I think overall the staff is very good. This is a very clean and well kept facility. I would recommend this community if your in the Rogers, MN area.

My loved one is still adjusting but it seems like the staff is doing all they can to assist. I highly value that aspect of it. My experience with Elmcroft of Bedford has been positive. I have had no issues with them.

dad is in a great place i like the staff there they are very very friendly i rate the over all a 4 star rating the staff is very helpful i rated the friendliness a rating of a 5 star rating the value to me was a 5 star rating as well
