I thought Farmington Square was a nice looking place. We toured this community, and 2 others while looking into care options for our Mom. Everyone here seemed very friendly, and it was a nice place, but Mom already had her heart set on another one we toured earlier.

My dad loves the place, but there have been a few things to work out. There have been some medication issues, some things that have not gotten done, that we are paying for. We are however addressing those issues. Brookdale itself is really nice, overall I have positive feedback.

The food could really be better at Five Star Premier Residences of Teaneck. The variety is great, the menu is great but the chef overcooks everything. The staff were extremely accommodating when we were moving in, we had to switch apartments last minute. Overall everything has gone really well here.

At Mountview Senior Living the staff need to improve on communication with the family as to what is going on with the patient. Other than that things have gone pretty good at this facility. The staff are really friendly here.

I think overall the experience with Brookdale Kenosha has been very good. My only complaint about the facility would be that it is very expensive to live there. You are paying for every little extra thing there.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Elmcroft of Downriver! The staff here does a great job looking after the residents. They've very attentive, and they really know each of their residents well! The facility has a nice bright happy feeling atmosphere, and I really liked the setup for the individual apartments. It's a very nice place, overall!

Wynwood of Northville was extremely flexible with the time frame we had since it was for respite care. I really appreciated that. There were only minor issues for instance I would have liked for them to bring water around more to the residents. Again this was so minor. Overall everything went well at this facility.

At the Wellstead of Rogers the only thing i have issue with is it is difficult for mom getting out of a chair. She does not have any help. There is no call button for her to wear. That is the only thing I would change really. Other than that everything is going well at this facility.

I would like to see some repairs and updating made at Elmcroft of Bedford. The facility is showing its age. They could also add some activities, I know it's a small place and maybe they don't have enough staff. I would love to see them get more though The staff is extremely caring and attentive at this facility.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

Toured here last week and we are planning to pursue locating my Mom here when she is released from Skilled Nursing stay at Stonebridge.

I think that the staff at The Wellstead of Rogers are very flexible and they are trained to figure out the individual care needs of the residents there. I think that they have been really good about doing that.

Having my loved one put in Rittenhouse Senior Living of Portage has been about an average experience for us. I can say that it has just been a great location for us though. There is not much else to say about the place.

Overall I think they do a very nice job at Elmcroft of Muncie. The people here are friendly, and do a great job looking after the residents. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they've got a lot to provide the people who live here. Really the only issue we've had is that I think the communication between staff and families could be better, we like to be kept more in the loop.

There is sometimes a lack of communication. My mom has doctor appointments at 1 and they eat from 12:30 to 1:30 and when I show up at 12:15 she has not eaten yet and they claim I had to tell them, but they know she has the appointment, so I am just working through that right now. My mom is happy there though and the care they give her is excellent.

The Gardens of Virginia Beach is an excellent place for your loved one. I think they should change the way they do activities. More varied activities would be nice. The communication with the staff has been very good. The food needs improvement. The cooking staff just got fired, so I am hoping the food will get better. They also need more parking for visitors, and a bigger dining room. The dining room tends to get a crowded.

They were very friendly and promised excellence above other places. They stated that they were much better - have better training- the people are happier. In fact nobody sits in there room as they are having so much fun. Also that my morher could stay there for the rest of her life. I shouldn't worry about the money as they would make it work..they have never put anyone out! After 2 months my mom still spends the majority of her time in her room and the bill is larger than I realized. The community fee is $6000. Other places charge about $1000. They do not have a bus or any outings, so I don't know what it is for. I FEEL taken! How could I be so stupid!

The staff is very friendly. The location is pleasant and the facility is very clean. The activities during the week are good, and the residents are friendly and active. There seems to be limited help and activities on the weekend though. As far as I know, the food is good.

We used Myrtle Beach Estates for a brief respite stay, and overall I was very impressed by how things went. The facility itself is organized and clean, and the director of the memory care section was very helpful throughout the whole process. We had to have my loved one's medications adjusted slightly, and that process was handled very well.
