The staff is pretty friendly and seem to enjoy working with the residents. At the time that I placed my father in the facility, I wasn't aware that they were short on staff, so some things did not get handled as quickly or appropriately as I had expected. They have recently hired more staff and the level of care that I was told I could expect appears to be improving. The other concern is that there had been several occasions where it seemed that management was not communicating with one another and information was not being shared when I was told it would be. This became an issue with follow-up as well. But after expressing my concerns regarding this, this too, appears to be improving.

I like my new home, the employees, and the other residents.

My parents are stlll adjusting to the community and that is taking some time and that is expected from them. This community is an excellent place to move you loved one too, the staff here is excellent and do all they can do to help you loved one. I couldn't have asked for a better place to move my parents to, they are going to have to move into a community that offers more memory care. I would recommend this community to a someone who loved one isn't has far into their dementia as my parent are. It is a great place and I was very pleased with them.

Everything is fine since my mother has mother-in-law has moved to Isles of Vero Beach. She is adjusting as best as can be expected. From what I have seen the place is very good, clean. The staff is very accommodating, friendly and caring. The food is good as well.

I really like it for my dad. It's been really good for him. The male aides have been really helpful. There is one in particular that has been just wonderful! I would give them at least a four out of five.

Things are going ok. My mother is still adjusting to moving there and has had some struggles adjusting, She has supervised care around the clock, which is what she needs. All of her needs are being met. Everybody there seems to be passionate about the residents and caring for them. They do offer activities, but she is not too social just yet. She does enjoy the food and says that it is better than the food a different facility offered that my father was previously at.

Everything is going good since moving my mother in law into Elmcroft. The staff is very good and I've had no concerns about the cleanliness of the community. Over all it been good experience for my mother in law and us.

Everyone at Elmcroft Cy-Fair is very friendly and always cheerful. The move in was a little rocky as far as getting everything settled but it may have been due to the beginning of the new year and holidays. So far we have been happy with the care my mom has received, the hardest thing for her has been adjusting to a new routine.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. I thought it was a very nice looking place overall, however we really wanted somewhere with an outdoor patio/balcony, which the rooms here did not have. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

I love the feel and the smell and the overall feelings. It is a great feeling, The carpet is very old but they are in the process of replacing the carpet. The only other thing is I wish they would move the movie night into another room. I feel like it gets to many people in the main movie room.

Alverita was very nice and helpful. No available beds in memory care unit right now. Place was nice and *cheery!*

The food at the Gardens of Virginia Beach is pretty good. Staff is great and overall, it is a pretty good facility. Location is convenient for us too.

Things are going good at Elmcroft. So far, we do not have any complaints about the staff or the facility.

The staff and the residents all seemed to be in positive moods from what I saw. Residents have several activities to choose from and i like it.

I personally think that the Rittenhouse Senior Living of Reading could definitely improve on their food. That is really the only thing I have to say about the place though, I can not think of any other improvements.

The representative we talked to was very knowledgeable and also very friendly. She talked to us about all the benefits that my loved ones would have at the Brookdale Park Place and that was really appreciated.

The activities at this facility are great. They are fun and exciting and keep the residents engaged. The staff is friendly and they stay on top of taking care of the patients. The only downside is this place is so expensive.

They have treated my mom with a lot of respect. The food is good. Her laundry is done and it is also folded. Every person treats her with respect there.

It's been going pretty good for the first month. The staff has been friendly, and good about getting back to me about any questions that might come up. I think they have done a good job so far, and I would give them a four.

Brookdale Medical Center Whitby is going well overall. The main issues we've had is with getting prescriptions straightened out correctly. She is in hospice so you have two different staffs working with her. Sometimes there isn't clear communication between the two. She was allergic to a certain medication and that was overlooked. They ended up giving her that medication, luckily she didn't have any major adverse reactions to it. But that's an example of what's been going on. They have been very cooperative and helpful ovrall. She has no teeth and they make allowances with that and help her out. They even make her sandwiches at dinner time to take back with her if she gets hungry in the middle of the night.
