The workers are great and some are not. She enjoys the place.

Liked what I saw, place was clean, Dianne was very nice and knowledgeable; concerned the facility doesn't have a doctor to on call (has a P.A.) nor a podiatrist. Not sure if Harbor Chase will meet Mom's needs, but really did like the grounds and facility.

I am not deliriously happy but feel very content.

Overall I think they do a good job at Elmcroft of Rivershire. It's a nice looking, clean facility, and for the most part the staff seems caring and professional. Really the biggest issue we've had is that sometimes the response times to Mom's call button have been very slow, that's something they could definitely work on.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I thought this looked like a very nice place, overall! All of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional, and the facility was clean and well kept. We ended up selecting another community, but I'd say this one is worth a look!

The food is good. The majority of the people are wonderful and also the help. The facility is excellent.

The staff at Farmington Place really make this transition easier. They are all very nice and accommodating and I can really tell that they are dedicated to the well being of the residents. My parents are new to the community and still settling in. Mom isn't too much of a social butterfly so she has yet to participate in any activities. Dad is not really able to participate and Mom says the food could be better. What is most appreciated is the level of care they provide. So far the experience has been quite amazing!

Brookdale Senior Living in Ennis is a wonderful place to be the staff truly cares about the residents. The staff builds a relationship with each of the resident.The rooms are very comfortable and good size. The building is very clean and well maintained They listen to you and they encourage you to share your concerns if any with them. They work with you to rectify any concerns. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anybody.

Overall our experience with Elmcroft of Bedford has been a good one. It's a clean, nice looking facility, and the staff seem friendly and professional. My one suggestion would be to go a bit farther helping families get their loved ones settled in.

Good. Food is great most of the time. Great people - residents and staff that are nice to talk to. They really care about you.

Everything is going very well for me and I am very pleased with my move to this community. I love my room it is nice with big windows. The staff is very wonderful, they really care about me and I love talking to them. They offer great activities throughout the week. The food is great, I really enjoy the dining area. I am very happy and would highly recommend this community.

We moved mom in to Brookdale on April 6th and she and her cat are adjusting nicely. Taking sometime to get meds and doctors straightened out but things are moving nicely. The staff is very nice and helpful. Mom is very excited about going fishing. Thank you so much for your assistance

All of the staff are caring and friendly. They are also very helpful with giving very useful information to help with getting any paperwork outside the facility set up. I really want to give Ms. Farrah extra credit for all her help and assistance. If there was anything we needed she made sure it happened. They are great in working with my mother who has Alzheimer. Nannette can talk her into doing things I can't even get her to do when she doesn't want to in a very caring way. They know each and every resident there and what they need, like and don't like. They cater to the individual.

I thought that the Wellington was a very friendly place. They really were helpful and gave me the information that I needed to get my mother set up there.

Placed my wife's mom in temporarily while we were out of town. When we returned she agreed to stay. She lived with us for about 2 years but had fallen several times in just a few weeks. So far, so good. Meals are good and everyone is professional and caring. I believe this was a wise decision. She will celebrate 99 years young in July.

Things are well for me and I am really happy with my choice to move here. The people here are wonderful they really make the community amazing. There is always someone greeting you at the door with a smile. I love going to bingo and poker nights. The food is excellent with a variety of choices. My apartment is nice and big with my own bathroom. Over all everything is wonderful and I am happy here.

A warm, homey atmosphere & a vibrant community-- always something going on! Very caring staff, willing to help with any challenge.

So far it seems like a very nice place. It's still very new to us, but it's been great so far. It's seems to be exactly what we were looking for. I like the way the meals are set up, and the food has been pretty good too.

Staff is very friendly. Community is clean and affordable. When we walked through the door we knew we found home. They have different levels of activities for those with memory care. I had a lunch tour and the food was phenomenal. I wish they provided more food options for those with food restrictions.
