The facilities are good, the staff has been very helpful and caring. I've heard stories from others about bad situations at other establishments but I have never had any complaints or issues at Brookstone. We have been very pleased with the care of my mother has experienced and the communication has been good. Placing a look at one and at her facility is always a tough decision but we have never regretted our decision or choice.

My mom has been at Grandview for a little over two months. Her apartment is kept me and staff are very friendly. They have activities throughout the day that the residents seem to enjoy it even though for them it's an in the moment experience. I feel mom is well taken care of and safe
