It has been a great experience for me here. This is a great community. They do a good job with the cleaning. The staff is great and helpful. There are nice activities offered daily. I do enjoy the meals. Everything has worked out well and I'am pleased.

I have good communication with the staff at this community. The restrictions at this community are for memory care residents and I do not think they work for my loved one. They have been accommodating and working with me to change the restrictions for him. They are great about trying to make sure he has food he likes to eat as he thinks the food is to bland. I would recommend this community for people with Dementia and Alzheimer's. This community is clean. The activities are to simple for them.

The woman I spoke with over the phone was awesome. She told me great things about the place and she was amazing to speak with. From what I heard I would consider a tour. I was overall pleased with the conversation.

The staff have been excellent to my loved one, she is very well taken care of at this community. The place is always spotless with a refreshing smell throughout the facility. The food is great and well proportioned. My mother loves this place! Overall the staff is wonderful, and I am very pleased

I toured this community for my aunt and her needs. It was a good tour. The community looked well maintained. From what I saw everything appeared to be nice and clean. The staff was kind and friendly. It was a nice tour, this is a pleasant community.

My mother is doing very well here at this community. I know she is being cared for very well. They have a lovely staff here, they have been great to work with. They do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. There are many activities available for the residents. They have really provided me a peace of mind. I know she is in good hands here.

The tour guide was knowledgeable and provided me with good information regarding what the community offers. There are healthy meal plans available and many activities. The staff met along the tour were nice and attentive. I would recommend a tour of this place i thought it was clean and the staff were very accommodating.

So far my mom is adjusting well to her new environment and appears to be well. We notice the community is clean through out and his room is kept in a good condition. The only downfall about this place is the meals that are served. I have observed no one seems to care about the food. My daughter tried lunch and she stated it was questionable.

The staff has been friendly and maintaining the community clean and organized. I would really like that when the doctor goes and examines my loved one that they report back with the family. There was an issue with my loved one that the executive director wasn't aware of. It did get solved but it also took 2 days for someone to clean my loved ones room with the incident that had happened. Overall, my father enjoys his meals and the staff does try to do their best to provide good services.

Sandy was very helpful showing us around, but the room that was available at the price we needed to be at was a long way and on a different floor than the dining room, my mom just didn't like being that far away and being in such a big place, so she choose another place, i think it seemed to be a good community though.

I took a tour for a respite stay but also wanted to gather information for the future. They did a good job with the tour and gave me a lot of valuable feedback. I really liked that it is located across from my work. I did not use the community because they were unable to confirm availability.

The Elmcroft of Rivershire is a wonderful community. The staff have been extremely great with my dad so far. They do offer a variety of options for meals. The community has an assortment of activities available for the residents to enjoy. The staff do a great job listening to our needs and expectations. When we bring issues to the attention of the staff they take immediate action to rectify the issue.

All of the people at the facility are great. In general, my dad's "independent living" apartment on move-in day appeared good, freshly painted and maybe new carpet installed. I did find a couple of "big" things that needed immediate attention due to safety concerns. First, one of the hand rails in the shower/bathtub was actually very loose and the doors into and in the bathroom would significantly stick when closed (my dad almost fell over trying to open the linen closet on move-in day). There were also "little" things that the facility had missed in their final check. They did, however, take care of them right away. The food is great and the landscaping is great for walking my dad's little dog.

Everything is going good since my loved ones move to Autumn Leaves of Pearland. My loved one seems to be adjusting very well with the move. The staff are spectacular and they address all of my concerns. It has only been a short time but we really like Autumn Leaves. The community is very clean and updated throughout.

My tour of this community was nice. The staff was very kind and informative. They showed me all around the community. From what I saw everything looked nice and clean. The tour guide was lovely and kind. This is a nice community with kind people.

We met a resident that had just moved into the community and they were commenting on how friendly they are. I do agree with this and that the staff are also very caring. I tried the food it is alright and mom has not complained about it. I have not been able to see any of the activities offered. I would recommend this community.

This community was more for memory care. My dad did not need assistance with this or we may have considered this community. The director that took me on my tour was nice and knowledgable. The community seemed clean and well taken care of.

Magnolia Springs Whipps Mill has a lot to offer. The community was very inviting and welcoming. The staff that offered the tour were very friendly and perceptive. They explained the types of care that they offered very well.
