The staff at Amber Glen Alzheimer's Special Care Center have been very accommodating with our requests. My mother and I enjoy the food. They offer a variety of healthy choices. The shower room could use some additional attention. I have found on occasion that the toilet seats were soiled and used wash cloths were left behind on the floor.

Brookdale Mt. Hood offers a variety of activities for the residents to enjoy. The staff were very friendly and helpful in addressing all of our concerns. The community would benefit from a minor update and deep cleaning.

I would really like for the staff communication to be better. The staff is friendly and attentive. The community is clean. I did have a chance to try their meals. The breakfast was excellent. My father has engaged in a musical activity and maybe with some time he will start engaging more.

I came to the community for a visit and I liked it. My tour was nice and I saw a big community. I also was able to eat lunch and it was a very good meal. After taking visits with all the communities I realized I needed a family environment.

It has been a nice experience for my wife here at this community. They are taking good care of her and her needs. They do a very good job with cleaning. She is trying a few activities they offer. The meals are fair. The staff is wonderful, they are nice and helpful. I know she is safe and in good hands.

My parents were getting assistance from this agency. They provided the care and safety over my parents. The atmosphere was a little difficult but there are no complaints on the staff's part. They did their best to help us as much as they could.

My mother really loves this community, everything has worked out very well. Everybody has been very kind and friendly. The staff is very accommodating and courteous. They do a good job of keeping her room and the facility nice and tidy. There are wonderful activities offered, she is really getting involved in the community. She is pleased with the meals, they have a good variety for her too choose from. I know she is safe and getting good care. I would recommend this community.

I would have considered this community if there were windows in the apartments for an outside view. It was a clean environment. The residents seemed to be happy and were interacting with bingo. The residents allowed us to view their apartments. I did not like the low ceiling and this was just not a fit for my dad.

The girl that took us on a tour of this community was nice and knowledgable. We did not choose this location as it was to far away. It was a nice community and we may have chosen it if it was closer.

I liked our meeting at Brookdale Forest Grove. I liked all that was offered at the community. Carla did a good job and we like her too.

Mom was only at Brookdale Northville for a few days before she was placed in hospice and passed away. The staff were extremely nice and worked well with the hospice team. The community is clean and if we had to have put her somewhere it would be here. The activities director came in the first night and asked what she liked to do and even read to her for companionship.

I have only lived at this community for a short time and so far it is nice. The staff are friendly if I am friendly with them. The food is average and probably healthy. Everything is clean and I am still settling in so I could not yet say if I would recommend this community.

Things seem to be improving. Need more veggies and fruit. Please continue to work on housekeeping.

My mother has been a resident for a few months. The first week was terrible: no one checked on her when she missed her meal, no one escorted her to the dining room as we were told they would, she did not get a bath, and her laundry was not done. Soon, the Executive Director and Resident Services Director were fired. Gradually, things have improved as more competent people took over. Steady improvement has occurred in all areas of patient care, from administering medications to laundry procedures. I am very pleased with the progress that has been made. The staff members are warm and friendly and helpful and seem to be very conscientious. The most important thing is that my mother is happy and content and not refers to Elmcroft as "Home."

I toured this facility for my mother it was pleasant tour. It is a nice looking community. Everybody was very kind and friendly. The staff was nice and very informative. The residents was pleasant and welcoming. They do offer activities and nice food. I enjoyed my tour.

We have had some issues with my mom since she moved into Orchard Park. She has a very restricted diet and we have been having an issue with them sticking to her diet. She has been to the emergency room twice since moving in. The staff are working to resolve this issue. I would recommend this community however I would suggest that if your love done has an issue like this that you need to keep a watch on it.

I felt this community did not stand out to me. It does have all the basics like a clean community, nice staff, and nice residents. I did see some activities going on through my tour. Overall it was an okay experience and the community all together is nice but not what I expected.

Our experiences in this community have been fairly good so far. It's not home, but it is close to it. Everyone has been very welcoming and friendly. They are treating us very well. The community looks great, and our apartment is nice and big. I cut my leg pretty bad and the staff was quick to help and make sure I was okay. The food is nice, we enjoy the dining area. Overall we are getting use to the transition, but it is a nice community. I would recommend it.

Mom is all settled into Magnolia Springs, she isn't very happy, but we know she needs to be here. The community is well-kept, everything is nice and clean. The staff is great, they have been good to work with. She is participating in some activities. The food is fine, she enjoys the meals. I'am confident about the care she is receiving, and I would recommend this community.
