This community was very nice when we toured it. We were able to see the residents out and interacting with the staff. The location just was not where we wanted. We wanted my parents closer to us.

The Elmcroft of Rivershire has been taking very good care of my loved one. The staff is friendly, and the place is always clean. Recently, my loved one moved from the assisted living side to the memory care, and the transition went smooth. In the memory care unit, the meals are brought to her room. The food has a good smell and taste to it and they sometimes have options to choose from. The staff in the memory care are very encouraging, they take my loved one outside of her room so she could interact with the other residents.

My mother will be making the move into the once she gets better. This is a brand new community, and hasn't opened yet. So far it has been a lovely experience getting everything all set up for my mother. The administration has been very knowledgeable and helpful. I'am comfortable with the care they are gonna be providing her with. I'am very impressed with this community. I would highly recommend it.

We experienced a great and very informative tour of Magnolia Springs and decided this was the place for our mother. Wonderful staff, wonderful facilities, wonderful food!!! Perfect place for MOM!!!

The Brookdale Eden Prairie was a good choice for my loved one. The staff at this community take very good care of her. The place is kept clean and so far the maintenance has done a good job of keeping her room clean. There is an outside area that family members could visit the residents as we please. The community is small which I like, she can walk around as she pleases without having to worry about going through locked areas.

I was able to take a tour of this community and I was really impressed with the layout of the community. There were people walking around and residents getting involved and it seemed like the staff was really attentive. Everyone seemed happy enough.

We really enjoyed the tour of this place. We saw that the residents were out and doing things. The staff was able to take us to see most of the building and answered all of our questions. The reason we did not choose them was because of the price.

The staff encourage my mother in law to participate in some of the daily activities. We have good communication with them. The food was fine and they offer a lot of variety. They do a good job for the most part. I would recommend this community.

They provide compassionate care for my wife and I. The meals are good, it is healthy food and I believe they have substitutions if needed. It is top notch here and I would recommend the community to my family and friends.

I took a tour of this community. The staff was nice and asnsered all of the questions we had. They had activities that were offered. This location was further then what we wanted, but over all very nice.

The events and activities that are offered at this community are amazing, they have bingo and different sing a longs that my mother participates in as well as bringing in different animals throughout the week to keep the residents company. The overall staff have all been so sweet and kind to my mother and have made sure she is safe and comfortable in her new living environment.

I did love the greeting we received as we arrived. We were provided lunch and a tour which made us feel very welcomed. The only thing was the rooms were very small and very open. Otherwise the whole experience was wonderful.

My tour of this community went well. This is a nice looking community. Everything looked nice and clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and nice. There were many factors that played into where to move my mother too. This is a nice community with friendly people, but it wasn't the one for us.

My loved one has felt right at home in her new living environment. All of the staff and the residents have made her feel welcomed and comfortable in her community. The meals is the only complaint my mother has, they do not have much taste to them and could use improvement.

The staff here is wonderful and really friendly. They have been great with my loved one trying to transition. The meals look good and healthy, but my loved one has not really had an appetite . The community does offer a variety of activities to do which I like.

A nice community with excellent staff that are very caring. They offer great activities . My mom really likes the happy hour that is available. The meals are good and they offer meals for those with specials needs. I highly recommend this for excellent care.

The meals have been reasonable and my loved one seems to have little to no complaints about her dinning experience. Her bedroom is comfortable with lots of natural light with a spacious bathroom. My loved one seems to be enjoying the activities as well as the interaction between the other residents.

This community is taking good care of my mom. She is happy with the staff and the care she is receiving. She likes the activities that are offered. Very happy with the food that is provided. We would recommend this community to other families.
