It's taking us a while to get adjusted, but things are going well so far. The place is clean and everyone is pretty nice. The main thing we feel they could improve on is the food, it's not something that I would order if I went to a restaurant.

I thought that the lady who gave my loved one and I a tour of there community was absolutely wonderful. She made sure to take her time with us and answer any questions we had in great detail. I was impressed with how clean they kept there property and how well maintained the bedrooms where kept for all of the residents. Overall was a great experience I just ended up using home health care for my mother.

Beautiful place and very friendly people. Unfortunately, it is cost prohibitive to us once my mom reaches memory care.

I toured this community. The community was small and the rooms seemed like a study and not a bigger room. I wanted a community that had more of an apartment feeling, The community was nice and clean, but not what I was looking for. I would recommend that families tour this community for the care of a loved one

We like this community for the great care that is being received. They give personal attention. They have activities and she does try to participate when possible. The food is good and they assist her in her meals. We like the layout of the community being oval and that is very good. We highly recommend this wonderful community for the excellent care and value for the care of a loved one.

We really liked this community and the staff. They showed us around. We were able to see the residents out and getting involved with things. We actually wanted to have mom go here because of the great staff.

Mom and I really liked the staff and the feel of the community here. she is looking forward to the move, but still nervous. The good thing I can be with her as much as she needs me.

Too new but has great promise

In our short time we have experienced adequate care for my dad. For his needs they were able to provide good care and all that he needs to be comfortable.

It was a long time ago that I toured the Somerford House & Place Newark but from what I remember, the place was nice but it was too much of a corporation type of place. We wanted something more cost effective with a more homelike feel to it.

We got to take the tour of this community and we liked it. The community was clean and nice and the people were very helpful and understanding. We just did not think that this was the place for us.

My mother is doing pretty well since her move to this community. She still adjusting a bit, but I know she safe, in in good hands. They have many activities available for her when she is ready to participate. They have a lovely staff, they are attentive, and helpful. I'am comfortable with her move to this community, and I would recommend it.

I like the care that my mother is getting here. The staff is very nice and caring. She likes the community cleanliness. My mom said that the meals need some improvements. Too many fried foods are being served. She is in the middle of changes in this community for other care, but we would recommend this community to other families for good value and care that is given here.

This was a beautiful facility and the staff was very helpful in providing the information I was looking for. However, this was over our budget therefore was not considered.

My father-in-law is very happy to be in Magnolia Springs. He loves the environment but more importantly, the staff. They truly feel like part of our extended family. They offer the residents wonderful activities and despite initial protests that he would never participate, he is actually beginning to join some of the events. The meals are very good and he loves the variety and quality. It is very reassuring to know that he is safe, and in good hands in this community. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for an assisted living community

I did get to take the tour and enjoyed it. The only thing that was not what we wanted was that they did not offer a memory care unit and that is what mom needed. Other than that the people were nice and they were helpful.

They offer plenty of activities at this community. The staff are friendly and answer our questions, however I do think the communication could be better. The food is ok. The community is well maintained and they are making improvements. I would recommend this community.

The people we met during our tour were friendly. They allow pets at this community. The community seemed clean. We liked this community, however it was farther away than we were looking to go.

The staff is great. Very friendly and engaging with both residents and their family. Questions and concerns are addressed. I feel confident that my Mom is well taken care of and engaged.

I toured this small but yet very nice community for the care of my mom. The staff were nice and did answer my questions I was very impressed with the manager who seemed very kind and caring. It appeared not to have a lot of residents at this time. It was clean and well taken care of. They had a lot of activities to offer. They have a nice memory care unit. I would recommend this community to other families.
