While my mother was at Rittenhouse Village, it was okay. We moved her out of there to another community. We have no complaints.

My mother is doing great here this community. Everything is working out very well, and I know she is in good hands. They have a great staff at this facility. They have been very helpful with helping her get adjusted to the community. There are activities offered for the residents. She is pleased with the meals, the food is good.

Elmcroft of Arlington was another one of the communities that I toured. During my tour, the tour guide was able to answer any questions that I had and provide me with good information. The facility was clean and organized. It was a good experience.

This community was a little larger than what we were looking for. I thought mom might have trouble navigating this community. The community looked clean and the people we met were nice. They offer daily activities and transportation.

I miss being able to cook. The food that they provide here is okay, but I do not get a lot of choices. I have my own seasonings that I will add. The staff, for the most part, is very friendly.

I had a good tour of Hudson Creek Alzheimer's Special Care Center. It was a nice place and the tour guide was very helpful and informative. The community was just not a good match for my mother's needs.

My loved one is doing fine, but we are not still 100% sure if this is the best place for him. He is very active in all of the games and things they do. The reason we chose this community was because it's closer to my home and other loved ones.

I liked this community. The staff are nice and caring. They need some organization assistance. The community is clean and well maintained. They do offer a lot of great activities that are offered to the residents who want to participate with the others residents. We would recommend this community for other families.

We liked this community when we visited. The people we met were nice and the community seemed clean. The community had a homey feel to it. This is an older building and we did not think our loved one would have been comfortable here.

I liked this community when visited as it was clean and the staff we met were nice. I had heard some negative things about the food. The only apartment they had available when we visited was smaller than what we were looking for.

The Grand View was okay, but the rooms did not look very good. I did not like the way the community was set up, it felt more like a nursing home than anything. We were looking for something a bit more homelike.

This is good community, and my father in law is doing great since his move here. They are caring for him very well, and we are pleased with all they have done for us. All is well for us here at this community, and I would recommend it.

The Brookdale Eden Prairie was nice, but it was very far from our home which was the deciding factor. Other than that, the place was clean and the staff was very friendly.

There's a few things that they could improve. My mom says she feels like sometimes they don't have enough staff. It's also very warm in the building at 75-80 degrees.My father really enjoys when they have pianists come in but sometimes they cancel. He really enjoys the meals as well. We chose Brookdale Plymouth because of the location and we had prior experience with them in the past so we were more familiar and comfortable with the process. They also offer a very unique living space. It's indoor atrium style and we like that it allows the outdoors inside.

I would recommend looking at this community during the day and in the evening before you decide if you would like to live here. The caregivers are friendly. We have had some minor issues with communication, however we are working on this together. The food is good and seems healthy. They hired a new activities director for the memory care area and they are good. They keep the community clean.

The staff at Elmcroft were amazing and we had good communication with them. They offer daily activities and they have outside entertainment come in. The food was ok and they kept the community clean. I would recommend this community.

There's a staffing issue on the weekends. They don't have enough people sometimes. They always encourage her to participate but she isn't very social. They take out the trash daily and clean her room once a week. We chose this community because it offers continuing care and multiple levels of care. I feel confident that she is set for the rest of her life.
