We toured this community for care for my father. We liked the staff who were nice and able to answer the questions We did not take a tour due to we were informed that they did not accept Medicaid. We would suggest that families tour this community to see if they have the care needed for a loved one.

This is a nice community to recommend. My tour of it went very well. The community looked nice. The staff was very informative, and helpful. They provided me with tons of information. Their follow-up was great, but there was no pressure. Unfortunately they did not provide the level of care my mother needed at the time, but my tour was a nice one.

We toured this community for care. We liked the community that is new and the staff is nice and caring. We wanted to be closer to the family. The community does offer a lot of activities for the residents that want to participate. We would suggest that families tour this community a nice place to call home and for the cost of care.

Very comfortable and personal, this would be our first choice if we had slightly different circumstances. I think that they offer a very high touch care. The staff and the residents seemed very happy and inviting.

The tour of this community was nice. The staff were caring. The staff could answer the questions on the levels of care depending on the needs . The community was clean and the menu looking appealing. Families might want to tour this community for the care that is needed.

Kitchenettes way too small, only a tiny refrigerator provided. Other than that units are lovely.

When I toured Farmington Square, there was some kind of disconnect. I later learned the director had been gone and came back. I could feel something going on while I toured. I felt far dad he needed more stimulation and at this community, there was no outside area which seemed a little confining. It did seem like there were some cheerful happy residents there, but it was not a good match for my father.

The tour was okay. I saw a really big community almost like an old hospital. They have a mix of independent, assisted residents. If my mom needed more car she would have to move into a different apartment in a different area. I was looking for a permanent apartment with no future moves.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community for my loved one. The staff where friendly and made sure to give my loved one and a detailed look at everything they had to offer. They had a nice open floor plan with wide hallways that was easy to navigate through. Overall great experience it was just not the right fit for my loved one in the end decision.

I really liked Farmington Square when I toured. The staff was very friendly and the tour guide was helpful with any questions I had. I really liked the place, but they did not have availability when I needed it.

Beautiful place! High level of care for those in high need of care.

This is a fantastic living option for my loved one! The staff are very nice. The facility, and surrounding neighborhood, are also very nice. We also chose this location due to the fact that it takes Medicaid, which helped our family a lot.

I have no complaints of how things went during my tour of this community. The staff where friendly and made sure to be on time to our appointment. They answered any questions we had for them and made sure to give us a lot of great information on everything they had to offer.

My loved one is still adjusting a bit with her move to this community. She is coming along, but I do feel comfortable with her move here. She is safe, and receiving good care. They have a nice staff, and they are taking good of her, and her needs. Hopefully with some more time she will become more adjustment. Overall I'am pleased with all they have done for us, this is a nice community.

When I visit I see that it is clean and the staff are very nice. The food does not look terrible. My dad has one complaint that he does not have a call button. He has called out for help to the bathroom and no one comes to his room. He ends up trying to get to the bathroom himself but his legs get weak and just sits on the floor. Overall they are doing a good job.

While the new start is going pretty good my mom has staff that are pretty nice. She tells me they are nice. I see the cleanliness is fine here. My mom is happy with the meals that are very good, she has no complaints. We mainly picked because of the size. We didn't want a very large community. A Place For Mom helped us find them.

My dad liked this facility the best of the ones we initially looked at because it was all one story. Everything is on one floor and it was not huge. The food was good and he enjoyed his lunch there. The only drawback for us was that it did not have a skilled nursing facility so if he suddenly requires skilled nursing, he would have to move to another facility.

When I toured Elmcroft, I thought it was a nice place with nice people. What I did not like was that it was a bit crowded and not as locked down.

The tour guide at Elmcroft was very friendly and informative. The facility itself was nice, but it was too silent. There was no activity and it seemed kind of musty. It was not what we were looking for.

They were nice to see. It was too far when visiting the community. It was 35 minutes away. We were looking for something much closer.
