We have been really happy with them, so far. We haven't seen a problem yet. There is always room for improvement, but I don't have anything specific I would like to see improved.

Things have gone well with Myrtle Beach Estates overall! My parents really seem to be enjoying themselves here. The employees have all been very receptive, helpful, and polite. Their apartment is beautiful, the facility itself is well kept and clean, and they've got plenty of activities and entertainment for the residents. We did have an issue come up right when they moved in, but they got it resolved quickly and efficiently!

This is a beautiful, brand new facility, and so far things seem to be going well for my loved ones! We really liked the floor plans here, as we were able to get a 2 bedroom floor plan that felt like it was designed for two people, as opposed to a master/guest suite type setup. There are a few services that have been a bit rocky so far, which I'm sure is just due to the community being so new. As of this review they have not yet contracted a beautician for their on-site beauty shop. I also am not entirely happy with the visiting PT/OT service they contract with. But they're very willing to listen and work with me on these issues, and we are looking forward to things getting even better than they already are!

Very clean and bright. The staff is friendly and helpful. They were willing to work with me on a very tight time schedule.

A wonderful facility, very friendly staff, many activities, but...way too expensive for my parents' budget.

We toured this location when we were looking into care options for a loved one. Overall this seemed like a very nice place! It was clean, well kept, and the staff all seemed friendly. However, during the tour we just didn't see many people out socializing, and my loved one really wanted somewhere with an active social atmosphere.

Was impressed with the residence feel of this community. The room they had available was a large. We enjoyed our visit with Joanne.

Considering this option. Had all my needs addressed, certainly a quality option.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in the door was all the residents were not zonked out. The staff was very accommodating when I had a question. The building is set up very nicely for the residents and family members. I go to see my loved one everyday or every other day at all different times and I have not had a bad experience . Like with any place there are a few bumps in the road but they were promptly dealt with and corrected. I would recommend Rittenhouse to my family and friends.

Everyone is friendly. So far, its all good.

Toured property, it is new since March 2014. The services they offer are all included. The one bedroom is very small, 445 sf, the bath is large, but bedroom and living room very small. Staff is friendly, but the space wont work for us.

My experience with Sterling House has been good. I'm satisfied with their services. I'm overall satisfied with the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the facility, and care they provide.

Orchard Park of Kyle is the best place we could've chosen for the cost. We did some extensive looking and decided on this facility for our mother. The facility is brand new and very nice. The dining area is beautiful and food is served on a regular plate, to make the feel more homey. As far as activities, there doesn't seem to be just a whole lot, but there are some. Another thing is they don't always answer the phone. I can call all five lines, and get no answer.

My loved one was only here a short time, but I thought they did a good job while she was here. The employees were all very kind, caring, and accommodating.

This place is very nice. Linda was wonderful. The only draw back is the rooms are very small, but I really liked the community itself!

Good respite care

Overall I think they're doing a good job at Birchwood at Canco. It's a nice looking facility, and the individual rooms are much nicer than many of the other places I saw, and at a much better price as well. They've also got an incredibly friendly director who has been very easy to work with.

We used Rittenhouse for a brief respite stay for my loved one, and overall I thought they did an excellent job with his care. It is a very nice, clean community, and the staff were all very friendly. I was particularly impressed by the nursing staff, they were very knowledgeable and professional!

It's clean, and the staff is friendly enough, and they check in on us. The food is good, the activities are mostly set up for the women. There are only about 2 men for every ten women.

Things have gone very well so far at Elmcroft of Lima. It's a nice looking, clean facility, and the staff have all been very friendly. They're always willing to answer any questions I have regarding my loved one's care, or set up a meeting with me if I needed to speak with them in person.
