If in my search I had not seen some places the equate to Club Med, I would tell you that this place is a5 star resort. For the amount paid you get an amazing bang for the buck. My only wish is that there were a few more activities, however, dad does get to go out every Friday if he wants to. all in all if you are on a budget you are not going to find a better place. And if you have a little more disposable income then there are a few more activities you can participate in. All in all a stellar place with a stellar staff. Especially if you are looking for independent living.

They needed a transition team to help new residents acclimatize. The food was normal . The elevator gets crowded, so you’ll need some patience. It’s conveniently located. The areas that are outside for residents could be better.

toured with dawn; 400+ residents; seems like a small town feel; indep living and skilled nursing care in addition to al and bridges. lots of activities, pet friendly, trips, rooms ok.

They’re not doing their laundry, not doing the food service very well. Last Friday they didn’t have a lot of people there. They don’t respond when they say will. I know a lot of people who have family there. They think highly of it and so do I. I recommend the community.

Really wonderful cottages at back- look over at Whitford school and nature areas. Long waiting list. Put name on. Assisted Living option. Across from swimming pool. Met with April but also met Pepsi

I think that their price is fair, and in line with other options in the area. We mainly picked them because they offer special care, and they were accomodating as far as my loved one's needs. Things sort of fell through in the beginning, but eventually were resolved. The nursing care is slow to respond, and it seems that is because they are understaffed. It was difficult to get a shower scheduled in the beginning. They only have 1 nurse, 2 lpns, and the rest are nurse's aids. So, when you push your button for assistance, it takes a while for a response. However, they are very efficient and very clean. The staff members who clean the rooms also serve dinner. Everyone seems to do everything, and it seems to work here! The staff don't seem to mind. Every little issue we've had has been resolved, and we really like this place. I would recommend them!

One thing that really impressed the activities here! There's a good variety of activities - they go for rides around town, listen to music and play games. They have something going on every day and that was something my loved one really liked! The sign-up process was the most confusing and their prices weren't very obvious. It seemed like the people in billing didn't communicate well with the management. Also, the rooms are pretty small and there's very little storage. However, the facility is smaller and is broken up into multiple buildings, where there's about 25 residents per building, so it feels a little more like home.

clean, bright, and cheerful. easy for disabled. Activities room was boring. nice places to sit and read. looks like a hotel. Food looked good....

We enjoyed the entire environment and particularly Viki Mullins's kindness. Rittenhouse's sole dedication to Dementia is a big lure... while also learning their attendants are well screened and paid higher than average to reduce employee turnover. Did not like wall to wall carpet floors in patients rooms. Should be laminate covering to avoid stains, odors and snags.

We've been pleased with the service at Farmington Square, so far they seem to be doing a good job of taking care of her. The employees are all very friendly and professional, and they keep the facility itself well looked after and clean.

The staff was exceptionally warm, friendly and informative. The lunch was delicious. We were more impressed once we got inside. The verandas, library and bright dining room were great. Liked the community trips and also that they have the school children and sorority come in to interact with residents. The residents seemed very happy. The rooms were more spacious than other places. Liked the Respite option, the reasonable pricing,and that the staff seemed very flexible. Like that its close to Reading hospital. Only downfall is that it's farther than other places and from where Mom is now.

They definitely offer activities, which is nice. They are definitely among the top tier of care facilities of this nature, and they do a really good job. I wasn't really blown away by them, since the feeling is a little institutional. We did like that they cover the complete spectrum of care, from Assisted Living all the way to advanced Memory Care. She can age in place and never has to pack up and move.

It was a difficult adjustment for my loved one. As for the food, it could use some improvement sometimes. Also, perhaps they could maybe serve smaller portions, since not everybody eats that much. However, the staff are wonderful. They've been great! They try to keep all the residents busy. "Cookie" was exeptionally helpful! The value is good, once you consider that they gets their meals, bathing and laundry included. The price is just more than I expected, though.

My aunt is there right now and the staff has been incredible. Everyone knows her by name even though its just been a couple of weeks so far, they even know me. They are helpful and go out of their way to keep her happy. Clare Bridge has been a god send during this hard time and the cost is very reasonable compared to other facilities that I have looked at.

We really liked this place, but it may be out of our price range. We are researching options/

Rittenhouse Senior Living of Hoover is only for memory care patients. The staff there seemed to be caring and helpful. This is not a place for someone who is not suffering from dementia.

Everything is working out fine here so far! It's a nice looking facility, it is clean, and the staff are all very friendly and caring. The company that owns this place recently went through a merger so there was a bit of chaos due to staff turnover, but things have settled down and many aspects have actually improved. They used to have trouble with keep the laundry service consistent but I've noticed that improving recently. I've also noticed that on the weekends sometimes they will miss scheduled activities. One feature that I really like is that instead of one large dining room they have several smaller ones spread throughout the facility. That makes them both easier to get to and a smaller more social setting.

Laura and Stephen were very personable. Liked the concept of the services offered. Kind of difficult to picture everything since the building is not complete. May take a peek this weekend at one of the Louisville facilities since I will be down there. Liked that transportation is included. Like that I can paint the room. Less expensive than where my mom is now.
