It was a difficult adjustment for my loved one. As for the food, it could use some improvement sometimes. Also, perhaps they could maybe serve smaller portions, since not everybody eats that much. However, the staff are wonderful. They've been great! They try to keep all the residents busy. "Cookie" was exeptionally helpful! The value is good, once you consider that they gets their meals, bathing and laundry included. The price is just more than I expected, though.

My aunt is there right now and the staff has been incredible. Everyone knows her by name even though its just been a couple of weeks so far, they even know me. They are helpful and go out of their way to keep her happy. Clare Bridge has been a god send during this hard time and the cost is very reasonable compared to other facilities that I have looked at.

We really liked this place, but it may be out of our price range. We are researching options/

Rittenhouse Senior Living of Hoover is only for memory care patients. The staff there seemed to be caring and helpful. This is not a place for someone who is not suffering from dementia.

Everything is working out fine here so far! It's a nice looking facility, it is clean, and the staff are all very friendly and caring. The company that owns this place recently went through a merger so there was a bit of chaos due to staff turnover, but things have settled down and many aspects have actually improved. They used to have trouble with keep the laundry service consistent but I've noticed that improving recently. I've also noticed that on the weekends sometimes they will miss scheduled activities. One feature that I really like is that instead of one large dining room they have several smaller ones spread throughout the facility. That makes them both easier to get to and a smaller more social setting.

Laura and Stephen were very personable. Liked the concept of the services offered. Kind of difficult to picture everything since the building is not complete. May take a peek this weekend at one of the Louisville facilities since I will be down there. Liked that transportation is included. Like that I can paint the room. Less expensive than where my mom is now.

Housekeeping comes in once a week. Cory the wellness nurse is really good. The caregivers in memory care are all women, which can be difficult if you have a male loved one. I'm really happy about the activities, weather permitted they take him out for scenic rides. The food is pretty good quality, and they have a choice in what they get.

Our loved one was here briefly, until his deteriorating health necessitated a movie. They did a great job with his care while he was here, however. I also really appreciated how much of a help they were in accommodating his needs before it became more than they could handle, as well as all the help they gave us in the search for a more suitable community when it became clear they couldn't help us directly.

I toured this location when I was looking into care options for my loved one. We were very impressed by this place during our tour. It was a nice looking, clean community, and the staff all seemed friendly and caring. Our decision came down to this and one other community, and we ended up choosing the other for logistical reasons.

I visited here and liked it. The staff was very nice. This was further away so I didn't chose this one.

I chose this one because it's only 5 minutes away and is so convenient. It costs less than the other ones near me and the staff look like they care about their residents. The staff are very nice too. The only thing that might be a problem is that a couple of the common areas are a little dark for my mom.

My Mom and Dad moved in very unwillingly and the people at the Gardens worked hard to make thbem feel at home.

My Dad lived at this location for quite a while before he moved out of state to be closer to family. The staff were very friendly, and kept the place looking nice. We only ever had a few small issues during his stay here, and overall they did a very good job.

I had a loved one at this facility in the past, and they always did a good job taking care of her. They had some really outstanding nurses who were always willing to go above and beyond their duties, but also some were only interested in doing whatever tasks were assigned to them. But overall it was a nice place, and my loved one seemed to enjoy herself.

My visit with Carri went very well. She was pleasant and provide enough information. She introduced me to Victor who prepares the meals and he was very pleasant as well. The location was good and the facility was well maintained. Will consider it if my mother changes her mind in the future.

It's been quite nice. I'm glad we found such a great place for her. The size of the facility it's not giant or puny, I would say they have around a hundred residents. There are plenty of people to meet and, the law of numbers means that if she doesn't mesh with someone it, gives her a chance to socialize. The atmosphere the staff has helped to facilitate is more family like, they aren't punching their card and doing their job they treat their residents like family members. When I look at the cost of her care there it's quite a value. I have tried the food and I thought they did quite well, I thought that the menu was reasonably good, at least a four out of five. Their senior most staff resource appeared to have a high turnover they have had 3 senior staff changes in a four to five month period.

Two of the ladies allowed us in their rooms to check them out before we committed to move mom in. The flower arranging class was great. Mom only spent two weeks there before passing on.

Very nice facility but apartment seemed too small. Didn't care for no dinner meal on Sundays policy.
