The activities are opening back up again which is nice, and the community as a whole is very good.

I would highly recommend the community for assisted living. The director of nursing, and marketing were great to work with. They were quick to respond to our concerns when any arose. Our loved one's room was huge and the community was laid out nicely.

The community still has there restrictions, but when we are able to visit and what we can see of the community it has been kept very clean. The activities are still pretty limited, but we do know they are taking the residents out on scenic drives.

We did a virtual tour with the community. It was very nice and the staff was friendly, they answered all of our questions and tried to make the virtual tour as good as it can be. The community did fit our needs due to the pricing

The community is competent and friendly. The staff was very good to work with if I had some questions over my loved one. Our time at the community was during the pandemic. I can't think of anything I would change about the community.

Our family had an in person tour experience and we really liked it. It was a nice community, but it was pretty outdated and could see in the future there would be renovations and we did not want our loved one to have to deal with the chaos of the renovations. The rooms were pretty small and pretty dark

They were very welcoming, and they work with us as a family. We get emails from them, and a monthly news letter that they send out to the families. Whenever I have questions, they're open to talking with me. They're very friendly and always talk with me and my loved ones. I'm only passing in and out going to their apartment and back out, but I haven't seen anything that would raise suspicions as far as cleanliness. And my loved ones haven't had any problems. For activities, I know they have bingo, and they've been taking the residents on bus trips out and around. That just started in the last month. There could be more going on that I'm not aware of. But I can see that they're at least trying and offering some things even during Covid.

Due to the covid restrictions we were not able to go around the community or see our loved ones room, but when our loved one went on hospice they designated a room for families to come visit and that part was very clean. The staff members were very friendly and accommodating. We believe the value was good, and overall our loved one received good and appropriate care. Our loved one was a liquid diet so the meal services didn't really fit her needs, and due to her cognitive health she was not able to partake in the activities.

Everyone we have encountered has been very friendly, our loved ones only complaint would be the food. For weeks straight they were serving turkey sandwiches and hot dogs which was very unpleasant. When we tried to see when it situation would be corrected we could not get an answer.

Communication could be better, I have to initiate the communication, or I may not get told what's going on. My loved one is happy in this community. The food is well-balanced. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

We were very happy with our experience at Elmcroft of Bedford. We were able to go inside and visit her which was big for us. The people here were all very kind and answered all of our questions and concerns that we had.

Since my loved one moved I have had peace of mind knowing he is safe. communication could be better but if it's something I need to know they always reach out and I feel comfortable communicating with them, they make it easy. I would recommend this community to others.

We chose Elmcroft of Arlington because of the cleanliness and smell of the facility and when we went in we were able to get a good deal for the time period. After a while though, the price has increased some.The room sizes are very good, I like them a lot. My mom complaints about the food, she does not like the taste and thinks there could be more variety. My biggest issue is the laundry, I do not think they take a lot of care in doing the laundry so they could use improvement there. The staff members are always helpful, they are so loving and kind. I would recommend them to others who are looking.

Overall it has been a good experience. I would recommend this community to others. Communication has been good between the staff and our family. they have kept us well informed and up to date. The staff is very friendly and do a great job caring for my loved one.

Leisure Park was a nice place. It was assisted living where you have your own individual little place - like a cottage. Meals weren't provided. I knew my loved one - if he had to make his own meals, he'd be having soup for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But if you’re able to do your own cooking, it’s fine. It would be a great place for couples.

The community is very neat, clean, and in a great location. I like all the trees and nature around the community. The inside of the community is beautiful they decorate for all the seasons. The staff is very nice and friendly and they do a good job taking care of the residence. I would recommend this community to others.

From what we could see of the activities they were really good and we thought the value was great. The staff members were very friendly, and attentive to all of our needs. They kept in great communication regarding our loved ones. We liked the rooms and the way they were set up.

From what we are able to see of the community the lobby was clean, and going off of what our loved one said the food was kind of a hit or miss. While our loved one was there due to the covid restrictions there were no activities.
