This is our choice. Warm, comfortable, meets all the requirements but what was of most importance is the fact that they have experience with and work with/accept Family Care Wisconsin. That was the tipping point for us. So while the cost is very comparable to other places around month to month, long term, we need a place that works with state LTC. Thank you Meadowmere.

Overall it's in a nice area. It's pretty good. They clean the apartments once a week, and they keep the lobby and the other common areas pretty well clean too. Most of the residents I've interacted with have been pretty friendly. The staff are mostly friendly. I think they're always doing the best they can. The food has been not so great, but is getting a little better recently. The dining room is open, and they are still delivering food to the assisted living side. The chef is doing the best he can with what he has. I suppose I'm used to my own cooking. I like participating in the activities - bingo, horse racing (not real horses - on a stick), trivia. Once every two weeks they have an outing to a restaurant. I think this week they're going to a BBQ place. I think they've starting every Sunday going to church.

Our loved one never complained about the food, and the value was reasonable. The community is newer which we like and they have activities. However our loved one just needed more care then what they could offer at Orchard Park.

The cleanliness of the community seemed to be fine from what we were able to see. The staff members have all been helpful we have no complaints there. The value is reasonable and this community looked less institutional.

Awesome amenities that justify the cost and make some others actually more expensive. Seems to have a kind tender heart for the needs of elderly

I think it is a smaller and more personable community. It is all on one level, which is safe. The communication with the staff is good. It is close to home for us, they communicate well with the families.

The community is clean and attractive, and the staff seems engaged and friendly. The community made promises that they did not follow through with. I feel that staffing could be better. I would recommend this community if it fits the needs of your loved ones. Just make sure that you are checking in and making sure things are being done right.

I think they've done the best that they can under the circumstances with Covid. Not being able to go in and visit has been really difficult for our family, and it's difficult to evaluate Mill Creek, as all of our interaction has been over the phone. The staff has been pretty good, but they could improve on follow-up. I don't think they're as quick at follow-up as they could be. I think they've done as good a job as they can helping me stay in contact with my loved one, considering dementia in general and then the Covid situation on top of that. My loved one tells me they keep it really clean. I think they're pretty good generally.

All the staff members have been very friendly and very cooperative. Our loved one is being well taken care of, and she is escorted to three meals a day. They are offering several activities for the residents, and she does participate in a few of them. So far we have had no complaints and the pricing was competitive but lower then some other communities in the area.

I have had good service with the people here and would recommend them.

This has been difficult due to covid. Communication between the staff and the community could be better. If there is an issue or covid updates they are good to call us. The main issue was getting them to call us back when we leave messages. I would recommend this community depending on your loved one's needs.

They take care of their people, and I recommend it. It's difficult to give details as we haven't been able to visit much due to Covid. They do communicate well with the family, which is helpful as our loved one is pretty far gone at this point.

It is a clean community.

The space in Memory Way is bright, cheerful, and well-decorated. The rooms are of generous size, and very comfortable. All areas of the building have always been impeccably clean. The staff are very caring, and get to know residents well and treat them like family. There are loads of activities to help keep those with advancing dementia active and alert. The meals are regular and nutritious, but not stellar in Memory Way. They are significantly better in the Assisted Living are of the building. Before Covid, we visited regularly, and the care my MIL needed was more than adequate. She needs more one-on-one attention than is reasonable for Magnolia Springs to provide during the pandemic, when we are not allowed to be there as she would wish, so we have hired additional help for companionship, but it must be said that my MIL in not a naturally social person. The facility has done an outstanding job of keeping all the residents safe and well during this long quarantine period.

This is a good place to put someone. It is a smaller community, and only deals with memory care issues. The staff is caring.

We chose Brookdale Barberton because we were in a hurry and they had availability at the time we needed it. She was also comfortable with the area because she had lived here for years. I was very surprised with the size of the room, they are on the smaller side. The person who handled everything for us during the move in process was a blessing, she was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to others looking.

My experiences are based during the pandemic. Pauline and I have been able to have great interactions. She calls regularly about my mom. The community sends an email to the family with updates and a monthly calendar of activities.

The staff is very attentive to my mom. The communication is really good. They communicate via phone and email and if they don't know the answer they will find out. I would definitely recommend this community to others

The residents mostly have been dining in their rooms because of covid, and our loved one seems to be enjoying the meals. Our only negative we have to say is that we would like to see better communication regarding the health of our loved one.
