The staff are very friendly and very helpful. We've had a few little issues here and there, like the maintenance staff can be slow to get to requests. I also think there might be some communication issues between the front desk/doctors/care staff. But if our loved one falls, they call us immediately and let us know. The doctors and nurses on staff are great, so your loved one will receive good care. They're very attentive, so we feel very good having our loved one there.

Though I've come across some of the up & downs of having my mother at Brookdale Whitby. The overall care I've noticed at Brookdale Whitby each of the resident's I was most impressed with was the safety protocol administered during Covid & the dignity shown to each of the residents there, no matter the circumstance. The meals are somewhat palatable but believe it is due to trying to please as many residents as possible because of diet/allergy restrictions. Also from what I've seen the newest staff members are the ones with a high turnover ratio. although there are a handful of staff member who have been there a lot longer than my mother has; 3+ years there.

Our family had a virtual experience and it was a good experience. The team we worked with gave great information, it was down to this community and one other, but our loved one just liked the rooms at the other community more.

We chose Elmcroft of Xenia because of the location of the facility. It all worked out here and we had a good experience. My dad really liked the food and they also have a very nice front porch that is a nice option. I would recommend them to others who are looking.

Our first impression of Eagle River was how amazing the director is there. We would recommend this community to other.

We chose Morningside because of the close location so I could go visit my loved one all of the time. The rooms were on the smaller side, my loved one had a tv and had a chair in there. Some of the staff were great and some were not very warm. The food at the facility was very good and they have a nice patio out back with umbrellas. We did have issues where they did not bring my loved one water all the time. Overall, I would recommend to others looking if you are in an urgent situation.

People were very nice and the property was very clean and loved the outside porch areas. We were looking for a room that had a kitchen in it so it did not fit our needs.

Rivira is a beautiful facility, but the surrounding area it is in is questionable. The rooms were beautiful here and all of the people we spoke with were very nice. The location was further than what I was looking for.

I would suggest you look into the community, it is wonderful. The caring nature for the residents in the community stands out to me. They go above and beyond. The communication skills were a little lacking in the beginning; however, it has gotten better over the last several months.

We chose Brookdale Western Hills because of the value for the money. The room sizes at the facility are pretty good. They could use improvement on the food, he has a hard time chewing and they are constantly giving him food that is too tough and everything is covered with gravy.

Everything is going well. The only issue I have is that my loved one was classified into a higher level of care after being evaluated by their nursing staff, and I don' t think she gets more care than what she would at a regular assisted living classification to justify the price. But they do get back to me when I call. My loved one seems to like the food, and it smells good. And they seem to offer a wide variety of activities.

I chose Isles of Vero Beach because of the cleanliness of the facility as well as the friendliness of the staff members. The apartment sizes are really good, I have a 1 bedroom and it is plenty spacious., I have a full kitchen, spacious bathroom, and a balcony that is screened in. They did just a hire a new chef to work on improving the food. I would recommend to others looking.

I would remind others that this is assisted living, which is not required to have a certain staff-to-patient ratio. When I've brought up staffing concerns to Elmcroft, they tell me this isn't a nursing care facility, it's an assisted living facility. So there's no state-mandated ratio. Otherwise, we've been very happy there. My loved ones are happy and happy with their care. They like the staff and the food. Elmcroft has on-site physical therapy that has done a great job. We've been happy with everything except the fact that they're short-staffed, which boils down to when you push the button, they don't come running. It can take about 30 -45 minutes for a response. But overall, we're more happy than not.

They're kind of a one stop shop for everything. While they have all the care options you might need, they are also a very large facility, so you have to deal with large facility problems. So they can move patients from one side to another in the building, from assisited living to memory care, and you lose track easily. For the most part the care has been good. The staff have communicated everything possible that's needed, so I feel I'm informed when needed.

The staff is very caring and for the most part very responsive. The community is clean and well kept and our loved one is not able to give us feedback over the meals, but when we got to visit they looked and smelled amazing. We would recommend the community to others.

Weekly housekeeping, & linen service social and recreational activities, Pharmacy i house for medication management. Walking path for organized walking club; 90 day trial period for loved one. Facility is far back from road, which is an industrial park, for CMP et al, so very little traffic. this facility a possibility

I would recommend the community, you have to get things straightened out. This has taken awhile to get things worked out. They are using a lot of temporary staffing for caregivers, it would be nice to have regular fulltime employees available. Eclipse micromanages the staff at Elmcroft..
