This has been a tough year. All communities probably have a difficulty in reviewing their place. I feel Magnolia Springs Bridgewater did a good job in keeping us safe and secure. Three very good staff members are leaving by October. So I feel we are in for some rough times.

This place was super until purchased by a corporation evidently and food budget was cut and other things causing a decline in food offerings maybe cooks could be more closily watched as well. Otherwise it is a nice friendly environment a pleasurable place.

We've been here 4 months and have been more than satisfied until this week. Now we are losing our Manager and 2 kitchen employees. We are so short of help that nothing seems right.

We're very happy with Magnolia Springs Florence. It has been a good experience for us. The staff is friendly. The food is great. And we've had no real problems at all.

We chose Library Square mainly because management was so easy to work with and they really helped me out a lot. I was also impressed with the longevity of the management, they have been there 20+ years and one of them actually has their mother in law there. It is overall a very nice clean place and the rooms are a very good size. I would recommend to others looking.

The staff members were very friendly, it was a great atmosphere and even during the time of covid they were very attentive to our loved ones needs. They always kept an eye on her, answered all questions, fixed any repairs and always encouraged her to get involved in activities.

Calusa Harbour is a very large community. It is busy and there is a wide variety of people and things going on at all times. The decor was older and we did not get a homey feel from the facility. My parents are small town, so this was not the right fit for them.

I can sleep at night knowing my mother is well taken care of. Even with COVID stressors and staff shortages I knew she was given the best care possible. Freedom of worry is a game changer.

Our family had an in person tour and it was alright it did not really stand out in our mind. The community was nice and the people were friendly, but we did like the location it was only a couple minutes away from work.

Couldn't ask for a better place to live everyone is so nice, and the caregivers treat me so good. It feels like home.

I like living here the people are friendly.

Like physical structure and grounds. Like our leader, [name removed], for keeping us busy-too soon to tell on most management personnel because of high turnover.

This community was physically not as attractive. Nice community just not as much scenery like I was looking for.

We had a great tour with Lakeside. The facility and staff were all very nice but the location was not going to work for us.

Stratford Court of Palm Harbor was very nice, and our second choice. The staff was very nice, and the facility was very nice. The reason why we chose another place is the décor at Stratford Court was just too dark. The place we chose was more open, bright, and airy.

This is the first assistance Sr. living I have lived in but I have no complaints.

Administratively they're very strong. Our respite stay experience started out strong, but then Covid hit while my loved one was there, and it was kind of a mess. They were understaffed and so busy. But they tried really hard. I would still recommend them in all ways except for food. The couple of meals that I saw I would have thrown out if they were served in my home. They just didn't look appetizing, and there weren't really any choices. I found the cost to be a bit pricey as well. But they're good people with good intentions, very loving and very caring. The marketing director is fantastic - 5 stars to her. She was wonderful with us. They just need to improve that dining experience.

We had a virtual tour, and with the virtual tour format, it's harder to tell if there are things you don't like. But from what I could see, I thought they were great. I liked it there. I just didn’t like the location. There wasn't really anything else to do or get done on the way there or back. But I loved the people. I liked everything about it.
