We've been living at Laurel Oaks for 3 & 1/2 years. We've made new friends and been involved in daily exercise classes, book club, and other groups. I've enjoyed the library. I've been able to use the onsite physical therapist for the therapy my doctor recommended. I'm glad we made the decision to move.

Beautiful facility, well maintained. We love all the public areas, sitting rooms and kitchens with fireplaces and TVs. Lots of room for family visits and get togethers. The pool table and Lg TV in the fifties dinner are our favorite! In our current Covid situation, we would recommend your loved one be more independent as staffing has been difficult.

I was looking for a community within a community with great outdoors space. Activities, flexible menu, low covid infection rate and easily accessible apartment. Magnolia Springs East checked off all of my criteria. Moved in about 5 months ago and pleases with my move would highly recommend this Independent living apartment.

I love living at Magnolias - I have many nice neighbor's and very good friends. Have been here a year and a half. The management & staff are great - until about 3 months ago. Our chef in the dining room was [name removed] and the meals were well prepared & good. A new man has taken over & the food has changed - especially meat - tough to cut - dried out - even ham. Chicken - burnt and blackened.

Winterberry Heights is very close to our family making it easy to come and visit, but the reason they get a 4 out of 5 is because of staffing. We know its due to the pandemic, and to no fault of their own but they are short staffed. The activities do not apply to our loved one, but they do have activities for residents who choose to participate. The friendliness of the staff members really stood out to us initially.
