2 price increases in a year Don't get any updates Activities were better in The beginning Room not cleaned as well as beginning Just as she moved in Another Corp took over and I believe is was the one who had taken over Where she was and was Not happy with them Also turn over in staff Lately so not sure what is happening Considers changing again but that just causes more confusion For the resident They did work with us Though on the rate increase after I told them 2 on a year was not acceptable For now it ok

i just moved from i.l. at park summitt to a.l. at park summit they take care of my needs 3 meals a day cloths that need washes look in on me etc the events at i.l. at park summit are better tham a.l. for me most of the residents at a.l. are not in there rights minds they don;t come to events ect i go to exercise art class ext there is bingo every day they promise park summit would be remolel but nothing happen i am satfied here they were wonerful moving me from i.l. to a.l.

[name removed] is a wealth knowledge and so helpful in explaining the options available. Visit was exceptional. Staff and residents were very friendly and seemed to really enjoy living at this location. Hopefully my love ones will choose this location

My loved one is currently a resident at Olympics West Senior Living and overall, the experience has been very good. The cleanliness and friendliness are good. The staff and care services are also good. My loved one is doing well.

Moved here sight unseen from out of state in December 2021. I learned about it through A Place For Mom. It was a tough adjustment, but my family had worked with the staff to make the move as easy as possible. I am really happy I chose The Forum, due to the quality of the food, the caring staff, and the feeling of community here. The pool was a big plus for me and there are plenty of opportunities to get and stay strong. They go out of their way to provide many opportunities for learning, worship, and fun. After talking to people who moved from other facilities, I am so glad I chose The Forum, as I feel I am getting good value for my money.

I do feel that the staff really does care. They are kind & accommodating. They know the residents well & quickly after arriving there. There are 2 things though: the food is hit or miss. A few years ago the chef was very good. Now....you never know if it'll be good. 2nd: When you start to walk down the hallways of residents, there is a smell. Not good!!

My loved one is currently a resident at Five Star Premier Residences of Hollywood and the experience has been mostly okay, so far. What I can say is that I would like for them to clean the apartments better and that they should offer more nutritious options at mealtime.

The staff are helpful and courteous. My sister is very happy with her decision to move to Brookdale Edina.

The staff has been very responsive and compassionate. Overall, very good experience. My sister doesn't participate in activities.

Probably one of better homes in area. Excellent head nurse ([name removed]). Most staff very good. Could & should improve staff to resident ratio. Needs more music and activities. Clean facility in good neighborhood. 100% memory care is great so the dementia residents are not step-children.

My parents moved to Shawnee estates from another facility where they had fallen through the cracks. The nurses at Shawnee have been wonderful with communicating about their health and updates. They are very kind and my parents feel like they're at home at Shawnee. There are lots of activities for them to choose from in Assisted living.

They have welcome to my dad in like family. Dad is diabetic, does not feel like he gets many vegetables besides starchy ones.

[name removed]and the staff were very helpful in a stressful situation as I was trying to find a place for my brother and doing so long distance! It's sometime hard to coordinate moves but they did everything help it run as smooth as possible. My brother is happy there and I feel better knowing he can be more social and has the care he needs.

The staff is friendly and courteous. The facility has a front porch but it would be nice if there was a larger space for residents to enjoy the outdoors. My father-in-law tells us that the food is not so good, not much flavor and meat is tough. He does seem to like the breakfasts.

In today's times it's difficult to obtain and also retain caring / good employees, Sugar Creek is always striving to make that happen.

They need mor help in the dining area. I would recommend to others.

The staff at Brookdale North Oaks was very friendly and helpful. Everything was kept very clean. Communication with the family was good. The move in process was very easy. The meals were very good quality. I would recommend the facility to others.

Better communication from staff than at other facilities. Staff interaction with residents is frequent, kind, and gracious. They give mom the reminders and prompts she needs to keep her day on track. They do their best to make a tough situation tolerable.

This facility doesn't feel as depressing as some that I toured, but I rarely see interaction amongst the residents. I would say that it's a nice, smaller facility for parents that aren't looking for a large facility but the resident needs to want to get involved. They don't spend much time as a facility to coax you into attending events.

It is hard to answer with just a number cause staffing changes so much/ often. Also because I'm in the independent part so the care is very different. It is also hard/maybe even unfair because I have a food allergy that effects my daily choices. But, overall, the service is great and quantity/quality is good. There are problems, as seem to be senior housing, but staff really respects our differences and usually tries to please us. And this applies to the activities director though improvements ARE needed. That work is in progress for an ambassador program to help new residents with adjusting and to not be hesitant to ask questions. Most of the time, I am really glad I am here.
